本发明涉及一种换位导线,尤其是一种防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包换位导线,属于线圈绕组技术领域。按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包换位导线,包括无氧铜扁线导体;所述无氧铜扁线导体的外表面进行抛光处理,再依次包覆绝缘防水胶膜层及聚酰亚胺基膜层,形成换位导线线芯的单线,所述换位导线线芯的单线配列成窄边相互接触的两列,经过换位形成整束线,在整束线外缠绕耐高温绝缘层形成一体。本发明耐高温、耐高压、抗电晕性及防水性好,适用性强,使用寿命长。

防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包换位导线
技术领域
本发明涉及一种换位导线,尤其是一种防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包换位导线,属于线圈绕组技术领域。
背景技术
在已有技术中,耐高温、抗电晕型的变压器用低压线圈绕组线是采用单一的漆膜结构或聚酰亚胺F-46复合膜层的换位导线。采用上述结构的换位导线具有如下缺点:第一,单一漆膜结构的换位导线,若是采用耐潮湿型绝缘漆,它的耐高温、耐高压、抗电晕性能差;若是采用耐高温、耐高压、抗电晕性能绝缘漆,它对铜导体的附着性极差。因此,在变压器绕组承受瞬间高压冲击、高机械应力冲击和恶劣环境冲击时,换位导线的运行安全性和保障性都存在缺陷。第二,聚酰亚胺F-46复合膜层的换位导线,虽然从材料使用性能上能解决耐高温、耐高压、抗电晕性和耐潮湿性,但若采用传统的聚酰亚胺F-46薄膜复合绕包工艺,膜包线表面存有气泡和皱褶,薄膜对导体的附着有不连续性和针孔点,同样会影响变压器的安全工作和使用寿命。国内的此等换位导线性能制约着高速货车电力机车组的设计与制造,因此,发明防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包换位导线已属时不我待。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包换位导线,其耐高温、耐高压、抗电晕性及防水性好,适用性强,使用寿命长。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包换位导线,包括无氧铜扁线导体;所述无氧铜扁线导体的外表面用用氧化铝或尼龙进行抛光处理,再依次包覆绝缘防水胶膜层及聚酰亚胺基膜层,形成换位导线线芯的单线,所述换位导线线芯的单线配列成窄边相互接触的两列,经过换位形成整束线,在整束线外缠绕耐高温绝缘层形成一体。
所述铜导体表面用氧化铝或尼龙进行抛光处理。所述绝缘防水胶层的厚度为0.128~0.132mm。所述聚酰亚胺基膜层的为厚度0.245~0.255mm。所述耐高温绝缘层的厚度为0.35~0.45mm。
本发明的优点:设计结构紧凑、合理,绕组线的耐水、耐高温、耐高压、抗电晕、耐高机械强度性能大幅提高。绕制的线圈除能经受抗高频脉冲尖峰电压冲击和耐电晕性方面的性能外,还能经受淋雨、浸水、热汽化等恶劣环境的冲击,适用性强,提高了牵引电力变压器及电机的使用功能和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示:本发明由无氧铜扁线导体1、绝缘防水胶膜层2、聚酰亚胺基膜层3及耐高温绝缘层4组成。
所述无氧铜扁线导体1的外表面用氧化铝或尼龙进行抛光处理。所述无氧铜扁线导体1的外表面依次包覆绝缘防水胶膜层2及聚酰亚胺基膜层3,形成换位导线线芯的单线,所述换位导线线芯的单线配列成窄边相互接触的两列,经过换位形成整束线,在整束线外缠绕耐高温绝缘层4形成一体。
所述绝缘防水胶层的厚度为0.128~0.132mm。所述聚酰亚胺基膜层的为0.245~0.255mm。所述耐高温绝缘层的厚度为0.35~0.45mm。
加工时,所述的无氧铜扁线导体1经连续挤压高温成型后,进行矫直整形。使用氧化铝、碳化硅或尼龙对无氧铜扁线导体1的表面进行抛光处理。将绝缘防水胶膜层2、聚酰亚胺基膜层3依次包覆在无氧铜扁线导体1的外表面上,通过电磁线高频感应加热设备烧结后,绝缘防水胶膜层2、聚酰亚胺基膜层3熔融后粘结在无氧铜扁线导体1上,经轧辊压制后绝缘防水胶膜层2、聚酰亚胺基膜层3与无氧铜扁线导体1紧密结后在一起,经水循环冷却之后即用强冷风吹干后形成单根防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包扁线。单根防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包扁线在预设节距内将所有单线配列成窄边相互接触的两列,经过双向推指换位装置将防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包扁线进行“S”型小边弯曲,迭次交叉换位,编结成集束导线线芯,然后包覆耐高温绝缘层4,经过牵引设备压实后上盘卷绕即成防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包换位导线。

1.一种防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包换位导线,包括无氧铜扁线导体(1),其特征是:所述无氧铜扁线导体(1)的外表面依次包覆绝缘防水胶膜层(2)及聚酰亚胺基膜层(3),形成换位导线线芯的单线,所述换位导线线芯的单线配列成窄边相互接触的两列,经过换位形成整束线,在整束线外缠绕耐高温绝缘层(4)形成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包扁线,其特征是:所述绝缘防水胶层(2)的厚度为:0.128~0.132mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包扁线,其特征是:所述聚酰亚胺基膜层(3)的厚度为:0.245~0.255mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水型聚酰亚胺烧结膜包扁线,其特征是:所述耐高温绝缘层(4)的厚度为:0.35~0.45mm。
