Abstract
一种散热风扇,包括底座、定子及转子,该定子固定于该底座上,该转子包括一轮毂及设于该轮毂内壁的一磁组,该轮毂包括一端部及自该端部周缘延伸的一侧壁,该磁组包括一中空壳体及一永久磁铁,该壳体贴设于该轮毂的侧壁的内侧,该永久磁铁贴附于该壳体的内壁,该壳体包括一圆柱形本体及自该本体的底端向外翻折形成的一环形折边,该永久磁铁的顶端抵靠于该轮毂的端部,使得该永久磁铁的中心上移从而使转子与定子之间的磁偏增大,从而使转子与定子之间的吸附力增强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热风扇及其转子。
背景技术
随着电子技术的飞速发展,中央处理器等发热电子元件运行速度越来越快,其运行时产生的热量亦相应增加,为将这些热量散发出去以保障电子元件正常运行,业界采用风扇对电子元件进行散热。传统的风扇一般包括一扇框、及收容于该扇框中的一定子及一转子。转子包括一轮毂、环设于轮毂外围的数片扇叶及设于轮毂内壁的磁环。该磁环包括一筒状马达壳及一设于马达壳内壁的磁条。马达壳的顶端向内弯折形成一内缘以增强马达壳的强度使之不易变形,该内缘的外侧抵靠于轮毂的内端部。该磁条的顶端抵靠于该内缘的内侧面,由于马达壳的内缘将磁条与轮毂的内端部隔开,这样使得磁条无法进一步延伸至抵靠于轮毂的内端部,使磁条的高度受到限制,从而减小了转子与定子间的磁偏量,转子与定子的吸附力减弱,转子在旋转时易于产生轴向上的串动而产生噪音。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可有效增强与定子间吸附力的转子及采用该转子的散热风扇。
一种散热风扇,包括底座、定子及转子,该定子固定于该底座上,该转子包括一轮毂及设于该轮毂内壁的一磁组,该轮毂包括一端部及自该端部周缘延伸形成的一侧壁,该磁组包括一中空壳体及一永久磁铁,该壳体贴设于该轮毂的侧壁的内侧,该永久磁铁贴附于该壳体的内壁,该壳体包括一圆柱形本体及自该本体的底端向外翻折形成一环形折边,该永久磁铁的顶端抵靠于该轮毂的端部。
一种转子,包括一轮毂及设于该轮毂内壁的一磁组,该轮毂包括一端部及自该端部周缘延伸形成的一侧壁,该磁组包括一中空壳体及一永久磁铁,该壳体贴设于该轮毂的侧壁的内侧,该永久磁铁贴附于该壳体的内壁,该壳体包括一圆柱形本体及自该本体的底端向外翻折形成一环形折边,该永久磁铁的顶端抵靠于该轮毂的端部。
上述散热风扇中,该永久磁铁抵靠于轮毂的端部的内侧,与传统风扇相比,该永久磁铁沿轴向上的中心相对上移,转子与定子间的磁偏量增大,转子与定子间的吸附力增强,从而抑制了转子旋转时的轴向串动,从而降低了噪音。同时,该环形折边增强了壳体的强度,使壳体于组装和运输过程中不易变形,从而保证壳体的真圆度,防止于转子旋转时设于壳体内侧的永久磁铁与定子产生磨擦。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,散热风扇包括一底座10、一定子20及一转子30。该定子20固定于底座10上,该转子30罩覆于定子20的外围。
底座10的中央向上设一中空中柱12,一轴承14收容于该中柱12内。
定子20包括一定子铁心22、一线圈24、一电路板26及两绝缘架28。该定子铁心22由若干矽钢片堆叠而成,两绝缘架28分别设于定子铁心22的上下端,线圈24缠绕于绝缘架28上,电路板26与线圈24电性相连以对线圈24供电。两绝缘架28由绝缘材料制成,该两绝缘架28将线圈24与定子铁心22分离,达到将二者绝缘的作用。
转子30包括一轮毂32、一转轴34、若干扇叶36及一磁组38。该轮毂32包括一圆形的端部324及自该端部324的周缘垂直向下延伸的一筒状侧壁322。该端部324的中央向下凸起形成一轴座321,所述转轴34自该轴座321竖直向下延伸形成一自由端。该若干扇叶36环设于该侧壁322的外围,该磁组38贴设于侧壁322的内表面,该侧壁322内表面的底端内凹形成一环形凹陷386。
请同时参阅图2及图3,所述磁组38包括一中空壳体382及设于壳体382内侧的一永久磁铁384。该壳体382包括一圆柱形本体381及自本体381底端向外翻折形成的一环形折边383,该环形折边383的设置使壳体382的制造更为方便,折边383还增强了壳体382的强度,使壳体382于组装和运输过程中不易变形,从而保证壳体382的真圆度。壳体382的本体381的外侧贴附于轮毂32的侧壁322的内表面上,壳体382的顶端抵靠于轮毂32的端部324的内侧,壳体382的折边383嵌入至轮毂32的侧壁322底端的凹陷386内,永久磁铁384的顶端和底端分别与壳体382的顶端和底端相平齐。从而永久磁铁384的顶端抵靠于轮毂32的端部324的内侧。
组装时,定子20套设于中柱12上,转子30的转轴34的自由端穿设于轴承14内,转子30的轮毂32罩覆于定子20上,轮毂32的侧壁322位于定子20的外围,磁组38的永久磁铁384与定子20相对。因永久磁铁384的顶端抵靠于轮毂32的端部324的内侧,相较于传统风扇,该散热风扇的永久磁铁384高度增加,该永久磁铁384沿轴向上的中心也相对定子20的中心上移,从而使转子30与定子20间的磁偏量H增大,使转子30与定子20间的吸附力增大,抑制了转子30旋转时轴向上的串动。从而降低散热风扇的噪音。此外,该散热风扇倒置时,由于磁偏的增大增强了转子30与定子20间的吸附力,转子30较不易受地心引力的影响而产生弱磁现象而影响散热风扇的正常工作。同时,由于壳体382的折边383与轮毂32的侧壁322底端的凹陷386存在配位关系,从而方便组装与定位,使磁组38在轮毂32中的位置更加精准。此外,壳体382的折边383保证了壳体382的真圆度,防止于转子30旋转时设于壳体382内侧的永久磁铁384与定子20产生磨擦,从而保障散热风扇的正常工作。
如上所述,该转子30可用于轴流风扇、离心风扇或其他种类的风扇。
Claims (8)
1.一种散热风扇,包括底座、定子及转子,该定子固定于该底座上,该转子包括一轮毂及设于该轮毂内壁的一磁组,该轮毂包括一端部及自该端部周缘延伸形成的一侧壁,该磁组包括一中空壳体及一永久磁铁,该壳体贴设于该轮毂的侧壁的内侧,该永久磁铁贴附于该壳体的内壁,其特征在于:该壳体包括一圆柱形本体及自该本体的底端向外翻折形成的一环形折边,该永久磁铁的顶端抵靠于该轮毂的端部。
2.如权利要求1所述的散热风扇,其特征在于:该永久磁铁的顶端和底端分别与壳体的顶端与底端相平齐。
3.如权利要求1所述的散热风扇,其特征在于:该轮毂的侧壁的底端形成一环形凹陷,该壳体的折边嵌设于该凹陷内。
4.如权利要求1所述的散热风扇,其特征在于:该散热风扇为一轴流风扇。
5.如权利要求1所述的散热风扇,其特征在于:该散热风扇为一离心风扇。
6.一种转子,包括一轮毂及设于该轮毂内壁的一磁组,该轮毂包括一端部及自该端部周缘延伸形成的一侧壁,该磁组包括一中空壳体及一永久磁铁,该壳体贴设于该轮毂的侧壁的内侧,该永久磁铁贴附于该壳体的内壁,其特征在于:该壳体包括一圆柱形本体及自该本体的底端向外翻折形成的一环形折边,该永久磁铁的顶端抵靠于该轮毂的端部。
7.如权利要求6所述的转子,其特征在于:该永久磁铁的顶端和底端分别与壳体的顶端与底端相平齐。
8.如权利要求6所述的转子,其特征在于:该轮毂的侧壁的底端形成一环形凹陷,该壳体的折边嵌设于该凹陷内。
