一种淡化海水的方法,以滤水井过滤的海水为介质,用防腐水泵将其先送入太阳能加热池升温,再经过滤管二次过滤后送入蒸馏塔进行低压蒸馏,同时凭借蒸馏塔外部设置风机经抽气管与蒸馏塔顶部相通,使其产生负压,使塔中的海水在低压下升腾蒸发大量水蒸气,被风机连续抽出,被抽出加压的水蒸气经管道再返回加热池冷却板进行冷却,沿加热池冷却管逆海水进入方向从淡水出水口流出,汇集在淡水池中,蒸馏塔下部设有与料斗配合的绞龙出盐装置,将盐浆输出蒸馏塔外凉干处理。本发明的有益效果:成本极低,易于普及推广。

本发明涉及一种淡化海水的方法。
背景技术
目前,淡水生产成本费高,工农业用水及民用水难以承受。海水蒸馏需要的热量是发电厂汽轮机排出的水,存在资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足,提供一种淡化海水的方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种淡化海水的方法,其特征在于:以滤水井过滤的海水为介质,用防腐水泵将其先送入太阳能加热池升温,再经过滤管二次过滤后送入蒸馏塔进行低压蒸馏,同时凭借蒸馏塔外部设置风机经抽气管与蒸馏塔顶部相通,使其产生负压,使塔中的海水在低压下升腾蒸发大量水蒸气,被风机连续抽出,被抽出加压的水蒸气经管道再返回加热池冷却板进行冷却,沿加热池冷却管逆海水进入方向从淡水出水口流出,汇集在淡水池中,蒸馏塔下部设有与料斗配合的绞龙出盐装置,将盐浆输出蒸馏塔外凉干处理。
本发明的有益效果:成本极低,易于普及推广。
