Description
本发明涉及一种带有不同形状的热交换器元件的锅炉。
热交换器是通过强迫与另一流体(“交换流体”)进行热交换而改变流体(“工作流体”)温度的装置,大量的交换流体处于足以将工作流体转变成所需的温度的温度。当热交换完成后,工作流体达到所需的温度,而消耗殆尽不再维持热交换的交换流体则被排出。
锅炉的热交换器配有燃烧器,燃烧器能在燃烧室里产生交换流体(燃烧烟雾和热空气),以便在锅炉壳内或锅体内加热水或空气(即工作流体)。
国际专利申请No.PCT/EP2006/067252公开了一种组合式热交换器,其由热交换模块组成,每个模块包括:
-用于加热交换流体的燃烧室;
-用于热交换器通道的交换壁;
-配有排烟道的交换流体排出室。
每个热交换模块由一对基本元件形成,它们相互连接在相面对的位置,以形成单一块体。
一旦这种热交换器安装在机壳内部形成锅炉,其内部压力会使机壳的内壁发生变形。
本发明的目的是获得一种锅炉,与传统的热交换器相比它能承受更高的压力。
根据本发明,该目的通过这样一种锅炉来实现,该锅炉包括燃烧器;适于通过与交换流体进行热交换来提高工作流体温度的热交换器,该热交换器包括限定出燃烧室的多个并排设置的热交换模块,在燃烧室内插入用于产生所述交换流体的所述燃烧器;用于所述交换流体通道的交换壁;用于配有排烟道的所述交换流体的排出室;以及适于填充工作流体的基本是平行六面体的外壳,其特征在于,所述外壳具有侧壁、上壁和下壁、以及端壁,所述侧壁通过位于所述热交换器模块之间的垫板相互连接,所述端壁配有加强件,以防止它们由于所述工作流体的压力而变形。
热交换器可以是专利申请PCT/EP2006/067252公开的相同类型的。加强件可以是从外部连接至外壳的壁的杆。垫板与外壳的壁连接,其具有显著小于外壳壁的区域,因此不会阻碍外壳内工作流体的通道。

图1-5表示根据本发明的锅炉1。它能通过与组成交换流体的热空气及烟雾的热交换来提高水或其他工作流体的温度。
锅炉1包括热交换器50,其由用于形成燃烧室2B、槽形交换壁2C和排出室2D的八个交换器模块2构成。燃烧器3,如图1-5所示,用于位于八个热交换器2中的第一个热交换器的入口51处的燃烧室2B,同时排烟道4连接排出室2D的出口52。在燃烧室2B内产生的交换流体通过交换壁2C,然后通过排出室2D和排烟道4。
为了获得支撑,模块设置在基本是平行六面体的密封外壳5内,如图1-5所示。这种外壳5由下列围壁形成:
-平行于排烟道4内交换流体流向的上壁和下壁5B;
-平行于交换壁2C的两个端壁5C(一个位于前部、一个位于后部);
-与交换壁2C成直角的两个侧壁5D。
外壳5盛放通过交换壁2C与交换流体进行热交换的工作流体。该工作流体通过导管7B引入,并通过导管7C排出;导管7B和7C均与前壁5C组成一体--还包括入口51、燃烧器3的支撑元件、和通向排烟道4的出口。
三个垫板或面板6在结构上连接侧壁5D,并定位平行于交换壁2C和前壁5C;这种面板6具有焊接端10,因此能牢固地插入侧壁5D之间的空腔11内(在其他实施例中,可以使用其他连接件,只要适合将面板6与侧壁连成一体)。在该实施例中,这种空腔11就像形成侧壁5D的金属片上的槽。
面板6的尺寸是其高度显著小于交换壁2C的高度,因此不会阻碍工作流体的通道。
面板6的作用是将两个侧壁5D相互支撑定位,即使交换流体的压力增加到4.5bar,也能防止它们变形。
加强杆8用于前壁和后壁5C以及上壁和下壁5B,在结构上增强外壳5,防止所述围壁在高压下变形。
Claims (6)
1、一种锅炉(1),其包括燃烧器(3);适于通过与交换流体进行热交换提高工作流体温度的热交换器(50),热交换器(50)包括限定出燃烧室的多个并排设置的热交换模块(2),在燃烧室内插入用于产生交换流体的所述燃烧器(3);用于交换流体的通道的交换壁(2C);用于交换流体并配有排烟道(4)的排出室(2D);以及基本上呈平行六面体用于盛放工作流体的外壳(5),其特征在于,所述外壳(5)包括侧壁(5D)、上壁和下壁(5B)以及端壁(5C),侧壁(5D)通过热交换器模块(2)之间的垫板(6)相互连接,端壁(5C)配有加强件(8),以防止它们由于工作流体的压力发生变形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锅炉,其特征在于,所述垫板(6)由面板(6)形成,面板(6)的端部(10)牢固地安装在外壳(5)的所述侧壁(5D)之间的空腔(11)内。
3、根据权利要求2所述的锅炉,其特征在于,所述面板(6)平行于所述交换壁(2C)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的锅炉,其特征在于,所述面板(6)基本是矩形的,并且其高度显著小于所述交换壁(2C)的高度。
5、根据上述任一权利要求所述的锅炉,其特征在于,所述加强件(8)包括用于所述上壁和下壁(5B)以及端壁(5C)的杆。
6、根据权利要求5所述的锅炉,其特征在于,所述杆(8)位于所述外壳(5)的外部。
