Abstract

文献EP 606808描述了一种竖形钩锁件,其中,朝向本体内侧枢转的门件由铝合金杆形成,该杆具有与本体大致相同的直径。门件通过直接作用在门件的一端上的弹簧的作用而回复到关闭位置。弹簧可以是扭杆弹簧或薄片弹簧。但是,因为门件的端部迅速接触止挡件,具有与竖形钩锁件的本体相似直径的杆的存在限制了打开区域。
还存在这样一些竖形钩锁件,其中,移动门活动件(moving gate mobile)的杆可轻便地由成形为销状的钢丝件(steel wire)代替。钢丝件可弹性变形并折成开口环。端部被弯曲为不同轴的托架形式并被插入到固定本体的偏置孔内。销在本体上绕其弯曲端部回转,且在发生回转的打开运动时变形。随后门件借助弹性偏置到关闭位置而自动返回。这类竖形钩锁件具有较大的开口区域,但其缺点是在C形本体端部处存在钩子。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有钢丝门件的竖形钩锁件,这种竖形钩锁件便于在所有条件下操作,并且制造费用低廉,抗挠强度符合安全标准的要求。
本发明的竖形钩锁件的特征在于,门件由刚硬金属线状件形成,其具有比本体直径小的内侧直径,所述线状件在其的一个端部处具有突起部以便构成凸闩锁元件,并在相对端处具有铰接环用于回转销穿过。
当关闭或打开门件时,铰接环绕固定回转销旋转,在关闭位置中,在相对端处的突起部被本体的凹固定元件阻挡。线状件是单股的并在打开时容易操作。
根据一优选实施例,铰接环包括通过卷绕金属线状件的端部而获得的闭合轮廓。门件的弹性回复机构包括与中间传递蹬状件共同作用的压缩弹簧,该蹬状件位于本体的第二端的壳体内侧。门件的铰接环具有两个处于相对的表面上的引导平坦部,在非平坦区域具有鼓起部,该鼓起部用作与本体的止挡区域一同操作的阻挡部分。本体上端处的凹固定元件包括凹陷部,该凹陷部具有与凸闩锁元件相配的轮廓。

参考图1至4和11,用于登山的竖形钩锁件10包括C形金属本体11和移动门件12,该移动门件安装为绕位于本体下端处的回转销13有限地回转。本体11的上部第一端E1设置有凹固定元件14,当由于弹性回复机构16的作用门件回到关闭位置时,门件12的凸闩锁元件15结合在凹固定元件14中。本体11优选地由锻造铝合金制成。

在图8至10中,门件12的弹性回复机构16包括压缩弹簧16A,该压缩弹簧与中间传递蹬状件20一起操作。组件设置在壳体21中,该壳体设置在本体11的下部第二端E2中,传递蹬状件20插入在铰接环17和弹簧16A之间以将关闭力传送到门件12。
