Abstract
一种影片字幕检索系统,该系统包括:攫取模块,用于攫取影片中的字幕;生成模块,用于生成多个存储所攫取的字幕的字幕文件,依序对每个字幕文件进行编号,根据所述的字幕文件切割影片的影格,获取与所述的字幕文件相对应的多个影格片段,并对所述的影格片段进行编号;关键字处理模块,用于接收用户输入的关键字,并对关键字进行过滤处理;及检索模块,用于根据处理后的关键字在所有字幕文件中进行检索,计算处理后的关键字在检索到的字幕文件中的权重,确认与检索到的字幕文件相应的影格片段,并根据权重依序排列所确认的影格片段。本发明还提供一种影片字幕检索方法。利用本发明可对影片的字幕进行快速检索以搜寻用户想要观看的影片片段。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种检索系统及方法,尤其涉及一种影片字幕检索系统及方法。
背景技术
随着电子技术的发展,电子产品的功能日益增加以满足不同用户的个性化需求。例如,越来越多的电子产品具备播放影音文件的功能,用户可随时随地观看各类影片。一部影片的播放时间通常比较长,用户有时可能只是需要观看该影片的部分片段而非整步影片,在这种情况下,用户往往只能通过人工拖动影片播放的进度条以人工搜索想要观看的片段,如此,既难于准确找到所需的片段,又耗时费力。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种影片字幕检索系统,可根据用户输入的关键字从影片的字幕中挑选相似度最高的片段,以便于用户搜寻影片的片段。
此外,还有必要提供一种影片字幕检索方法,可根据用户输入的关键字从影片的字幕中挑选相似度最高的片段,以便于用户搜寻影片的片段。
一种影片字幕检索系统,安装于电子装置中,该系统包括:攫取模块,用于攫取所述电子装置中存储的影片的字幕;生成模块,用于生成多个存储所攫取的字幕的字幕文件,依序对每个字幕文件进行编号,根据所述的字幕文件切割影片的影格,获取与所述的字幕文件相对应的多个影格片段,并对所述的影格片段进行编号;关键字处理模块,用于接收用户输入的关键字,并对关键字进行过滤处理;及检索模块,用于根据处理后的关键字在所有字幕文件中进行检索,计算处理后的关键字在检索到的字幕文件中的权重,确认与检索到的字幕文件相应的影格片段,并根据权重依序排列所确认的影格片段。
一种影片字幕检索方法,运行于电子装置中,该方法包括如下步骤:攫取所述电子装置中存储的影片的字幕;生成多个存储所攫取的字幕的字幕文件,依序对每个字幕文件进行编号;根据所述的字幕文件切割影片的影格,获取与所述的字幕文件相对应的多个影格片段,并对所述的影格片段进行编号;接收用户输入的关键字;对关键字进行过滤处理;根据处理后的关键字在所有字幕文件中进行检索,获取检索到的字幕文件;计算处理后的关键字在检索到的字幕文件中的权重;及确认与检索到的字幕文件相应的影格片段,并根据权重依序排列所确认的影格片段。
相较于现有技术,所述的影片字幕检索系统及方法,其可将影片的字幕与影格切割成相应的多个部分,并根据用户输入的关键字从影片的字幕中挑选相似度最高的片段,以便于用户快速搜寻导想要观看的片段。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,是本发明影片字幕检索系统的功能模块图。本发明影片字幕检索系统2可安装在电子装置1中,也可嵌入至所述电子装置1的操作系统内,用于检索该电子装置1内存储的信息并获取检索结果以供用户快速查看相关内容。在本较佳实施例中,该电子装置1可以是手机、计算机、笔记本电脑、个人数字助理等。
所述的影片字幕检索系统2提供多个操作界面给用户进行相关操作,例如,输入关键字、查看检索结果等。
所述的电子装置1还包括内存3,用于存储各类数据,包括影片、短信、通讯记录、联系人等数据。所述的内存3可以是该电子装置1本身的内存,还可以是外部存储卡,如SM卡(Smart Media Card,智能媒体卡)、SD卡(Secure Digital Card,安全数字卡)等。
所述的电子装置1进一步包括处理器4,用于执行所述影片字幕检索系统2以及电子装置1内安装的其他软件,例如:操作系统以及其他应用程序。
为了便于下文对所述影片字幕检索系统2的描述,以检索影片的片段为例。
所述的影片字幕检索系统2主要包括:攫取模块20、生成模块22、关键字处理模块24以及检索模块26。
所述的攫取模块20用于攫取影片中的字幕。字幕的攫取可利用OCR(Optical CharacterRecognition,光学字符识别)技术。
所述的生成模块22用于生成多个存储所攫取的字幕的字幕文件,并依序对每个字幕文件进行编号,其中,每个字幕文件中存储同等数量的字幕,并且相邻的字幕文件中有部分重复的字幕以避免因为字幕的切割造成字幕前后意思不连贯。例如,可以设置每个字幕文字中存储20句字幕,通常,影片中每一个影格对应的字幕视为一句字幕,并且设置相邻的字幕文件中重复五句字幕,具体而言,三个相邻的字幕文件分别是A、B、C,其中A字幕文件的后五句字幕为B字幕文件的前五句字幕,而B字幕文件的后五句字幕为C字幕文件的前五句字幕,以此类推,使得各个字幕文件虽然相互独立却也具备一定的关联性。对字幕文件的编号可以用阿拉伯数字、字母等进行编号。
所述的生成模块22还用于根据所生成的多个字幕文件切割影片的影格,获取与多个字幕文件相对应的多个影格片段,并对所述的影格片段进行编号。影格片段的编号与字幕文件的编号可以相同,或者相对应。所述的攫取模块20攫取字幕时还会获取每一句字幕所在影格的位置、时间信息等,而所述的生成模块22则可依据相应字幕所在影格的位置、时间信息对影片进行切割,从而使切割后的影格片段与字幕文件相应。
所述的生成模块22进一步用于建立一个资料库,用于存储所述的字幕文件以及与字幕文件相应的影格片段。
所述的关键字处理模块24用于接收用户输入的关键字,对关键字进行过滤处理以将关键字中不具备具体意义的字、词、符号等去除,该不具备具体意义的字、词、符号等可预先进行设置,例如:“的”、“吗”、“了”、“啦”、“?”等。
所述的检索模块26用于根据处理后的关键字在资料库中的所有字幕文件中进行检索,并计算处理后的关键字在检索到的字幕文件中的权重。所述的权重可根据关键字在每一个字幕文件中出现的次数进行计算,出现次数越高,相应的权重就越高。
所述的检索模块26还用于确认与检索到的字幕文件相应的影格片段,并根据权重依序排列所确认的影格片段。在本较佳实施方式中,具有较高权重的字幕文件所对应的影格片段排列在前面。与字幕文件相应的影格片段可通过编号进行确认。用户可根据排序后的影格片段选择播放。
如图2所示,是本发明影片字幕检索方法的较佳实施例的流程图。首先,步骤S2,所述的攫取模块20攫取影片中的字幕。字幕的攫取可利用OCR(Optical CharacterRecognition,光学字符识别)技术。
步骤S4,所述的生成模块22生成多个存储所攫取的字幕的字幕文件,并依序对每个字幕文件进行编号,其中,每个字幕文件中存储同等数量的字幕,并且相邻的字幕文件中有部分重复的字幕以避免因为字幕的切割造成字幕前后意思不连贯。例如,可以设置每个字幕文字中存储20句字幕,通常,影片中每一个影格对应的字幕视为一句字幕,并且设置相邻的字幕文件中重复五句字幕。
步骤S6,所述的生成模块22根据所生成的多个字幕文件切割影片的影格,获取与多个字幕文件相对应的多个影格片段,并对所述的影格片段进行编号。影格片段的编号与字幕文件的编号可以相同,或者相对应。
步骤S8,所述的生成模块22建立一个资料库,用于存储所述的字幕文件以及与字幕文件相应的影格片段。
步骤S10,所述的关键字处理模块24接收用户输入的关键字。
步骤S12,所述的关键字处理模块24对关键字进行过滤处理以将关键字中不具备具体意义的字、词、符号等去除,该不具备具体意义的字、词、符号等可预先进行设置,例如:“的”、“吗”、“了”、“啦”、“?”等。
步骤S14,所述的检索模块26根据处理后的关键字在资料库中的所有字幕文件中进行检索,并获取检索到的字幕文件。
步骤S16,所述的检索模块26计算过滤处理后的关键字在检索到的字幕文件中的权重。所述的权重可根据关键字在每一个字幕文件中出现的次数进行计算,出现次数越高,相应的权重就越高。
步骤S18,所述的检索模块26确认与检索到的字幕文件相应的影格片段,并根据权重依序排列所确认的影格片段以供用户进行查阅,然后结束本流程。在本较佳实施方式中,具有较高权重的字幕文件所对应的影格片段排列在前面。与字幕文件相应的影格片段可通过编号进行确认。用户可根据排序后的影格片段选择播放。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照以上较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或等同替换都不应脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种影片字幕检索系统,安装于电子装置中,其特征在于,该系统包括:
攫取模块,用于攫取所述电子装置中存储的影片的字幕;
生成模块,用于生成多个存储所攫取的字幕的字幕文件,依序对每个字幕文件进行编号,根据所述的字幕文件切割影片的影格,获取与所述的字幕文件相对应的多个影格片段,并对所述的影格片段进行编号;
关键字处理模块,用于接收用户输入的关键字,并对关键字进行过滤处理;及
检索模块,用于根据处理后的关键字在所有字幕文件中进行检索,计算处理后的关键字在检索到的字幕文件中的权重,确认与检索到的字幕文件相应的影格片段,并根据权重依序排列所确认的影格片段。
2.如权利要求1所述的影片字幕检索系统,其特征在于,所述的攫取模块利用光学字符识别技术对影片中的字幕进行识别与攫取。
3.如权利要求1所述的影片字幕检索系统,其特征在于,所述的每个字幕文件中存储同等数量的字幕,并且相邻的字幕文件中有部分重复的字幕。
4.如权利要求1所述的影片字幕检索系统,其特征在于,所述的生成模块还用于建立一个资料库,用于存储所述的字幕文件以及与字幕文件相应的影格片段。
5.如权利要求1所述的影片字幕检索系统,其特征在于,所述的权重根据关键字在每一个字幕文件中出现的次数进行计算。
6.一种影片字幕检索方法,运行于电子装置中,该方法包括如下步骤:
攫取所述电子装置中存储的影片的字幕;
生成多个存储所攫取的字幕的字幕文件,依序对每个字幕文件进行编号;
根据所述的字幕文件切割影片的影格,获取与所述的字幕文件相对应的多个影格片段,并对所述的影格片段进行编号;
接收用户输入的关键字;
对关键字进行过滤处理;
根据处理后的关键字在所有字幕文件中进行检索,获取检索到的字幕文件;
计算处理后的关键字在检索到的字幕文件中的权重;及
确认与检索到的字幕文件相应的影格片段,并根据权重依序排列所确认的影格片段。
7.如权利要求6所述的影片字幕检索方法,其特征在于,所述的影片中的字幕利用光学字符识别技术进行识别与攫取。
8.如权利要求6所述的影片字幕检索方法,其特征在于,所述的每个字幕文件中存储同等数量的字幕,并且相邻的字幕文件中有部分重复的字幕。
9.如权利要求6所述的影片字幕检索方法,其特征在于,在所述的接收用户输入的关键字步骤之前,该方法还包括如下步骤:
建立一个资料库,用于存储所述的字幕文件以及与字幕文件相应的影格片段。
10.如权利要求6所述的影片字幕检索方法,其特征在于,所述的权重根据关键字在每一个字幕文件中出现的次数进行计算。
