技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的注塑模具,它具有至少一个热通道喷嘴的,该热通道喷嘴具有一个借助一个封闭针可封闭的出口。
背景技术
一种此类型的注塑模具在现有技术中是充分已知,并且一般几乎都用来生产塑料件。通过热通道喷嘴的出口借助一个封闭针可封闭的方式,可以生产一些几乎看不出浇注部位的塑料件。就是说,借助已知的注塑模具可以生产很高质量的塑料件。
然而,可能出现这种情况,封闭针没有完全封闭出口。其原因可能例如是出口中存有冷却的塑料塞(Kunststoffpfropfen)。然而,如果出口不封闭,这对塑料件的浇注部位产生很不利的影响。在塑料件的浇注部位上留存一个浇口,这可能导致塑料注件不能用。
由于一种此类型的缺陷常常不被立即识别,这可能出现生产大量不能用的塑料件。这显然是很不利的。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,这样构成一种开始所述的注塑模具,以致可以确定热通道喷嘴的出口借助封闭针是否封闭。
该任务的解决方案由权利要求1的特征部分的特征给出。本发明的有利的其它进一步构成则由从属权利要求给出。
根据本发明,一个注塑模具,具有至少一个热通道喷嘴,该热通道喷嘴具有一个借助一个封闭针可封闭的出口,其特征在于,有一个元件,借助该元件可测定封闭针的至少一个位置。
通过设有一个元件方式,借助该元件可测定封闭针的至少一个位置,可以简单的方式确定出口是否封闭。对此必须测定封闭针的位置,在该位置,封闭针处在出口中,也就是说,出口是封闭的。如果该位置被识别出,这就意味着出口是封闭的。因此,通过测定封闭针的这一位置,可间接确定出口是否封闭。
如果确定封闭针在出口本应被封闭的那一时刻不在它将出口封闭的位置,这就意味着出口不是封闭的。因此,可采取相应的措施,以排除由此引起的故障。由于故障可以立即被识别,所以生产的不能用的塑料件的数量是很少的。
本发明的一种实施形式已经显示出是很有利的,其中,用于测定封闭针位置的元件构成为电气接触传感器。例如在注塑模具中可以设置一个开关,该开关这样被调准,以致只有封闭针处在其封闭位置时,开关才准确闭合。
在一个注塑模具中,其中封闭针借助一个操纵元件可调节到封闭位置,用来测定封闭针位置的元件以特别有利的方式可构成为开关。其中一个第一触头设置在操纵元件上,而一个第二触头设置在一个止挡上,操纵元件在封闭位置顶靠该止挡。
一种此类型的实施形式特别是有利的,操纵元件构成为气动缸,因为此处开关的第一触头可通过活塞构成,而开关的第二触头可通过一个位于缸壳体的有关壁中的电气绝缘元件构成,该壁在封闭针的封闭位置的形成用于活塞的止挡。一种此类型的实施形式可以费用很合算地产生并且此外还可以改装已有的注塑模具。为了改装,仅需将现有的气动缸换成按照本发明构成的气动缸。
当然,用于测定封闭针位置的元件也可构成为接近传感器。接近传感器一般可以毫无问题地设置在一个注塑模具中。
接近传感器的一个位置已显示出是很有利的,在该位置,接近传感器设置在离缸的活塞一段距离的地方,借其可以操纵封闭针。通过活塞的行程操纵接近传感器。
在本发明的另一种特别的实施形式中设想,在操纵元件和封闭针之间设置一个力传感器。由于如果封闭针不能调节到其理论位置,也就是一直调节到它处在出口中的位置,施加到封闭针上的力增大,并由力传感器可确定增大的力,因此力传感器也构成一个用于测定封闭针位置的元件。因此,力传感器可以用于取代一个电气开关或接近传感器。但力传感器也可被附加地使用,由此提高位置测定的可靠性。
力传感器以有利的方式构成为压电元件。为此,它可以特别简单的方式设置在注塑模具中。

具体实施方式
如由图1可以看出的那样,一个注塑喷嘴1具有一个用于通过一个熔体通道1b输送的熔体的出口1a。出口1a借助一个封闭针2可以封闭,该封闭针沿轴向可调节地设置在热通道喷嘴1中。为了封闭出口1a,封闭针2被调节到一个其针尖2a处在出口1中的位置。这个位置示出在图1中。
为了调节封闭针2,与其针尖2a相对置的端部2b与一个气动缸的活塞4连接,该端部具有一个直径加大的台肩区域。通过经由缸壳体6的一个第一孔6a输送压缩空气,活塞4被推压到壳体6的下壁上。这样封闭针2的针尖2a进入出口1a并将其封闭。通过经由一个第二孔6b输送压缩空气,活塞4被推压到壳体6的相对置的壁上。在这个位置,封闭针2的针尖2a不再处在出口1a中,因而这个出口打开。
如果封闭针2处在其封闭位置,活塞4顶靠缸壳体6的下壁,一个电触头3通过一个不导电的套筒7设置在该下壁中。只有在活塞4顶靠缸壳体6的下壁时,也就是封闭针2处在其封闭位置时,在电触头3和活塞4之间才存在导电连接。如果封闭针2不在其封闭位置,也就是活塞4没有顶靠到缸壳体6的下壁上时,在活塞4和电触头3之间不存在导电连接。因此,活塞4和电触头3构成一个电气开关,它只有在封闭针2处在其封闭位置时才闭合。
由于活塞4与缸壳体6导电连接,因此可以接收在缸壳体6及在电触头3上的开关信号。
此外,触头3与一条第一信号线3a连接,而缸壳体6与一条第二信号线3b连接。此外第一信号线3a和第二信号线3b还与一个在图1中未示出的控制装置连接。
在封闭针2上方设置一个压电元件5,该压电元件与活塞4连接并因此在将封闭针2调节到其封闭位置时将一个力施加到封闭针2的与针尖2a相对置的端部2b上。由压电元件5发出的信号借助一条第三信号线5a输送给在图1中未示出的控制装置。
如果通过经由第一孔6a输入压缩空气而朝缸壳体6的下壁方向将一个力施加到活塞4上,那么压电元件5就推压到封闭针2的背离针尖2a的端部2b上。这样封闭针2就被调节到其封闭位置。
如果出口1a例如被一个冷却的塑料塞封闭,那么封闭针2的针尖2a就不能进入出口1a。因而,活塞4不能顶靠到缸壳体6的下壁上,这样活塞与电触头3没有形成电接触。因此,第一信号线3a就不与第二信号线3b连接。因此在图1中未示出的控制装置识别出,封闭针2不在其封闭位置,也就是出口1a未封闭。如果在出口1a本应被封闭的那一时刻是这种情况,则控制装置识别出存在故障。
由于活塞4没有顶靠到缸壳体6的下壁上,作用到活塞4上的反作用力不是由缸壳体6的下壁施加的,而是由封闭针2施加的。由于封闭针2不是直接与活塞4连接,而是通过压电元件5与其连接,所以这个反作用力可以由压电元件5测定。相应的信号通过第三条信号线5a传送到在图1中未示出的控制装置。
如果压电元件5在出口1a本应被封闭的那一时刻发出一个相应的信号,这就意味着活塞4没有顶靠到缸壳体6的下壁上,而是位于离缸壳体的下壁6b一段距离的地方,并且作用到活塞4上的反作用力不是由下壁施加的,而是该反作用力由封闭针2施加的,这又意味着封闭针2不在其封闭位置。
在图2中所示的配置与在图1所示的配置基本相同。因此,相同的元件设有同一标记。然而为了区别起见,这些标记都具有一个撇。
与在图1中所示的实施形式不同,位置测定元件不是通过一个电触头构成,而是通过一个接近传感器3′构成。由图2可以看出的那样,接近传感器3′设置在由一个活塞4′和一个缸壳体6′构成的气动缸的上方。接近传感器3′优选具有一个由0到10毫米的测量距离、一个小于0.01毫米的分辨率和一个0.015毫米的重复精度。接近传感器3′这样设置或调节,以致当活塞4′在缸壳体6′的下壁前临近时,接近传感器发出一个信号。就是说,在封闭针2′已经几乎完全处在其封闭位置时,接近传感器3′发出一个信号。
如果活塞4′处在离缸壳体6′的下壁一段距离的地方,接近传感器3′不发出信号。接近传感器3′的信号通过一条第一信号线3a′传送给在图2中未示出的控制装置。
另外,在图2中所示的配置的工作原理与在图1中所示的配置的工作原理相同。
Claims (7)
1.注塑模具,具有至少一个热通道喷嘴(1;1′),该热通道喷嘴具有一个借助一个封闭针(2;2′)可封闭的出口(1a;1a′),其特征在于,有一个元件(3;3′),借助该元件可测定封闭针(2;2′)的至少一个位置。
2.按照权利要求1所述的注塑模具,其特征在于,至少封闭针(2、2′)的使出口(1a;1a′)封闭的位置是可测定的。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的注塑模具,其特征在于,所述元件(3′)构成为电气开关。
4.按照权利要求3所述的注塑模具,其特征在于,所述封闭针(2′)借助一个操纵元件(4′)可调节到封闭位置,其中,操纵元件(4′)具有开关(3′)的一个第一触头,并且一个止挡具有开关(3′)的一个第二触头,在封闭位置,操纵元件(4′)顶靠所述止挡。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的注塑模具,其特征在于,所述元件(3)构成为接近传感器。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的注塑模具,其特征在于,所述封闭针(2;2′)借助一个操纵元件(4;4′)可调节到封闭位置,并且在操纵元件(4;4′)和封闭针(2、2′)之间设置一个力传感器(5;5′).
7.按照权利要求6所述的注塑模具,其特征在于,所述力传感器(5;5′)构成为压电元件。
