Abstract

本发明涉及一种叉车装卸装置，包括支架及设在支架上的翻斗，该支架的端部通过铰链与翻斗底面中部连接，支架的下端面焊接有两横截面为长方形的钢管，所述翻斗底面端部通过钢丝绳与叉车底部连接。搬运非箱体类货物时，装载的货物放置在翻斗内，提升叉车的货叉，由于翻斗底面端部与叉车底部之间的钢丝绳是绷紧的，翻斗端部绕铰链向下旋转，倾倒出货物，无需人工将货物拿出，提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及一种叉车装卸装置，包括支架及设在支架上的翻斗。
背景技术
叉车在企业的物流系统中扮演着非常重要的角色，是物料搬运设备中的主力军。广泛应用于车站、港口、机场、工厂、仓库等国民经济各部门，是机械化装卸、堆垛和短距离运输的高效设备。
在纺织印染业中，装卸的货物通常没有箱体，使用叉车进行装卸需将货物放进箱子内，到达目的地后，再将货物从箱子内卸出，很不方便，效率低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种叉车装卸装置，安装在叉车上，可方便叉车进行非箱体类货物的装卸。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种叉车装卸装置，包括支架及设在支架上的翻斗，其特征在于：所述支架的端部通过铰链与翻斗底面中部连接，支架的下端面焊接有两横截面为长方形的钢管，所述翻斗底面端部与端面上部还焊接有吊耳。
本发明的优点在于：使用时，将支架的钢管套在叉车的货叉上，翻斗底面端部的吊耳通过一根绷紧的钢丝绳与叉车底部连接，端面上部的吊耳使用另一根钢丝绳与叉车的货叉横梁连接。装载的货物放置在翻斗内，需要卸载时，提升叉车的货叉，由于翻斗底面端部与叉车底部之间的钢丝绳是绷紧的，翻斗端部绕铰链向下旋转，倾倒出货物，翻斗端面上部的吊耳与叉车之间的钢丝绳用于控制翻转的角度。采用这种叉车装卸装置，在搬运非箱体类货物时，无需人工将货物拿出，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，包括支架1、翻斗2、铰链3、钢管4、吊耳5、吊耳6。
上述支架1下端面焊接有两横截面为长方形的钢管4，所述钢管4套在叉车的货叉7上。支架1上设有翻斗2，该翻斗2底面中部与支架1的端部通过铰链3连接，使得翻斗2可绕铰链3旋转。翻斗2的底面前端部焊接有吊耳5，该吊耳5通过一根绷紧的钢丝绳8与叉车10的底部连接。翻斗2的端面上部焊接有吊耳6，该吊耳6通过一根钢丝绳9与叉车1的货叉7横梁连接，可参见图3。需要进行卸载时，如图4所示，提升叉车10的货叉7，钢丝绳8拉动翻斗2绕铰链3旋转，使得翻斗2向前倾翻，与货叉7连接的钢丝绳9用于控制翻斗2的前倾角度，防止其完全翻倒；货物卸载完后，下降货叉7，翻斗2在其自重的作用下回落到支架1上。
