本发明公开了一种MIG/MAG焊枪,它由用以在焊接过程中起支撑、手握和定位焊枪用的手握手提式把手组成,这个把手由一个枪体和握夹组成,握夹用以支撑枪体,握夹与枪体平行同时起着枢轴的作用,握夹一端设有个转动的轴,握夹另一端与枪体能够保持一定的距离,凭借该距离,枪体就可以放置在手的上部,这样手就可以处在枪体和握夹之间一个比较合适的位置握住握夹,握夹为槽型结构。

一种MIG/MAG焊枪
技术领域
本发明涉及MIG/MAG焊枪领域,包括一个用以在焊接过程中起支撑、操作和定位焊枪作用的手提把手,这个把手由一个机身和握夹组成,握夹用以支撑枪体,与枪体平行同时起着枢轴的作用。握夹一端有个能够转动的轴,并且握夹另一端能够与枪体保持一定的距离,这样在手握握夹的时候正好处于枪体和握夹之间的一个合适的位置。
背景技术
专利发明WO 0234450和US-4161643是一款手枪式握把的焊枪,包括一个能够在枢轴转动的握夹。但是该设计由于焊枪过重和只能在一种操作状态下使用,即把手始终处于枪体的下部,所以这种焊枪到现在还没有广泛普及应用。它虽然取代了焊枪的枪体同时也能起着握夹或把手的作用,但是这种模式只是在没有从枪体上伸出手枪式握夹的情况下比较适用。
对于上述发明中所述焊枪,焊条和保护气体沿着把手纵向延伸通过握把。这个握把有一个弓形轴状延伸,尾部是焊嘴和分布在喷嘴周围的保护气圆顶盖。
这种焊枪存在的问题是在焊接各种接口的过程中,手可能会放错位置,在焊接时由于需要手来支撑焊枪所以手会容易累。这就使得焊接工在操作的过程中会感到颈部和肩部不适,容易造成胳膊和手掌的反复拉伤,引发例如腱鞘炎等疾病。
专利发明US-6,225,599是一种MIG焊枪,包括两个连续的轴向把手,这两个把手形成一个20°的夹角。但是这一款仍然没有解决如下问题,就是焊接工在焊接一些焊接头处,例如在仰焊角和立角水平角焊接,仍然需要焊接工举起的手来支撑焊枪,这样手臂仍然会容易感觉劳累。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种MIG/MAG焊夹,它能够改变在焊各样接口的时候手的位置,例如,在仰焊角焊和立角水平角焊时手可以放在一个很低的舒服的位置,然后握把可以位于手的上边,这样在使用焊枪时手就不会感到累了。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种MIG/MAG焊枪,包括一个在焊接过程中起支撑、手握和定位焊枪作用的手提式把手,这个把手由一个枪体和握夹组成,握夹用以支撑枪体,握夹与枪体平行同时起着枢轴的作用,握夹一端设有个转动的轴,握夹另一端与枪体能够保持一定的距离,凭借该距离,枪体就可以放置在手的上部,这样手就可以处在枪体和握夹之间一个比较合适的位置握住握夹,握夹为槽型结构,槽型结构的握夹形状与枪体的要求相符,在一定程度上枪体与槽型结构的握夹是比较相容的,槽型结构的握夹可以更好的容纳枪体,并且当握夹在尾部位置与枪体相交时,这两部件也会连接形成一个把手以方便抓握。
本发明的优点在于:能够根据焊接位置的不同,选择不同的握紧方式,使用时手部感觉舒适,不会造成焊接工身体劳损;结构简洁合理,成本低等。

具体实施方式
在附图1中,焊枪由枪体1和握夹2组成,握夹2用以支持枪体1,与枪体1同时移动并且起着枢轴的作用。
握夹2一端设有一个能够转动的轴,并且握夹2另一端能够与枪体1保持一定的距离,所以枪体1就可以放置在手的上部,这样在手握握具2的时候正好处于枪体1和握具2之间的一个合适的位置。
当握夹2在尾部位置与枪体1交叉时,枪体1和握夹2就会交叉形成一个用以抓握的把手,这样,本发明中,焊接工抓握焊枪的位置就有两种,第一是抓握完全打开的握夹2,第二是去抓握由握夹2和枪体1关闭结合组成的把手,焊接工可以根据加工姿势选择最为舒适的抓握方式,这样在焊接不同类型接口的时候手就可以选择放在一个合适的位置,而不至于感到劳累。
本发明进一步特征在于:在握夹2中侧面背对枪体1处设有一个启动扳手3,在握夹2一端设有一个枢轴连杆4。如附图1中所示,握夹2通过枢轴连杆4与焊枪尾部喷嘴附近的枪体1尾部直接连接。使用单个枢轴连杆4连接是结构简洁、成本低的设计方案。事实上,这一点也不会增加焊枪的生产成本。如果不用枢轴连杆4,这样势必得使用其他的机械装置,例如枢轴连杆和滑轮的组合装置。凭借枪体1和握夹2间适当的分离,可以使手在握握夹2的时候感觉更舒服一些。
握夹2上设有一个限制器5,限制器5能够通过调节转轴夹角来控制握夹2与枪体1的夹角。例如,安装在握夹2上的用以调节角度的拇指旋转控制器。握夹2以枪体1为纵轴而形成的转角范围是30°-75°,转角的最佳范围是40°-60°。当然,如果在与上述滑动装置的共同作用下进行旋转运动可以形成更小的角度。
握夹2优选采用槽型结构,因为槽型结构的握夹2能够使其在形状上适应枪体1,在某种程度上,槽型结构的握夹2可以更好的容纳枪体1。
在附图中,随着握夹2在枪体1支点处旋转时,二者可以形成V型的交叉连接。

Claims (5)

1、一种MIG/MAG焊枪,包括一个在焊接过程中起支撑、手握和定位焊枪作用的手提式把手,这个把手由一个枪体(1)和握夹(2)组成,握夹(2)用以支撑枪体(1),握夹(2)与枪体(1)同时移动并且起着枢轴的作用,握夹(2)一端设有个转动的轴,握夹(2)另一端与枪体(1)能够保持一定的距离,凭借该距离,枪体(1)就可以放置在手的上部,这样手就可以处在枪体(1)和握夹(2)之间一个比较合适的位置握住握夹(2),其特征在于:握夹(2)为槽型结构,槽型结构的握夹(2)形状与枪体(1)的要求相符,在一定程度上枪体(1)与槽型结构的握夹(2)是比较相容的,槽型结构的握夹(2)可以更好的容纳枪体(1),并且当握夹(2)在尾部位置与枪体(1)相交时,这两部件也会连接形成一个把手以方便抓握。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种MIG/MAG焊枪,其特征在于:在握夹(2)侧面背对枪体(1)处设有一个启动扳手(3),在握夹(2)一端设有一个枢轴连杆(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种MIG/MAG焊枪,其特征在于:握夹(2)上设有一个限制器,限制器能够通过调节转轴夹角来控制握夹(2)与枪体(1)的夹角。
4、根据权利要求1-3所述的一种MIG/MAG焊枪,其特征在于:握夹(2)以枪体(1)为纵轴而形成的转角范围是30°-75°,转角最佳范围是40°-60°。
5、根据权利要求1-4所述的一种MIG/MAG焊枪,其特征在于:随着握夹
(2)在枪体(1)上旋转,二者可以形成V型的交叉连接。
