技术领域
本发明涉及发烟制品，尤其涉及带有端部敞开的过滤器和限流器的发烟制品。
背景技术
迄今为止，高通气水平的香烟通常具有不可接受的低水平吸阻(RTD)，除非在适当位置采取一些对策来弥补RTD方面的不足。过去，使用高密度醋酸纤维素过滤器段来解决这种不足。但是，这种滤过器段倾向于减少焦油释放量(FTC)，对主流烟草烟气的气相成分(比如一氧化碳(CO)和氧化氮(NO))影响极小或者没有影响。该方案倾向于使较低释放量(FTC焦油)烟草中的CO对焦油(FTC)的比率变差。

根据一个实施例，发烟制品包括：适于产生主流烟气的烟丝条；具有上游端部和下游端部的过滤器，该过滤器设置成在上游端部接收主流烟气，该过滤器包括管状段和限流器，该管状段在其下游端部处敞开，该限流器容纳在管状段内；和使过滤器与烟丝条连接的接装纸，该接装纸在过滤器的上游端部和下游端部之间的一位置处包括可进空气的通气区。

图1示出了根据一个优选实施例构造的发烟制品10的侧视图，其中过滤器接装纸16已被部分展开以显现内部过滤器部件。如图1所示，一个优选实施例提供了一种包括烟丝条12和过滤器(或过滤器组件)14的发烟制品10，过滤器(或过滤器组件)14通过接装纸16与烟丝条12连接。烟丝条12优选由圆柱形发烟材料条组成，比如包围在外接的外包装件13中的烟丝(通常是去筋烟叶形式)。该外包装件13通常是多孔包装材料或纸包装件。
优选地，过滤器14包括具有上游端部20、下游端部或嘴端部22和限流器30的管状段(或过滤器管)18，限流器30位于管状段18内。优选地，限流器30包括具有至少一个直径缩减的孔口(或限流部)34的间隔件32。限流器30将管状段18分成上游段或腔室24和在限流器下游端部22敞开的下游段或腔室26。出于美观的目的，过滤器14还可以包括位于过滤器14的下游或嘴端部22上的多孔纸棒(未示出)。可理解的是，该多孔纸棒优选不延伸至限流器30，以在过滤器14内保持下游段或腔室26。

通过将限流器30、通气区40、接装纸16的渗透性和用于管状段18的纸或材料的渗透性相结合，可将不同的通气水平(10％至90％)引入管状段18中，从而从相同的香烟提供期望的烟气释放量(FTC焦油)。根据一个实施例，管状段18优选由形成自支撑的管状段的硬纸构造而成，该管状段可由合适的激光设备或其它装置来穿孔，以将至少一周向排或系列通气孔42添加到管状段18上。
根据另一个实施例，可进空气的通气区40可以形成有延伸穿过接装纸16和管状段18的第一排(和可选的第二和可能的第三排)通气孔42。在该优选实施例中，可进空气的通气区40靠近或邻接限流器30定位，以允许通过通气区40抽吸的空气在到达过滤器14的下游端部或嘴端部22之前与主流烟气混合。根据一个实施例，通气孔42优选位于限流器30的下游，以使得通气孔42位于限流器30和下游或嘴端部22之间。通气区40(或通气孔42)和过滤器14的下游或嘴端部22之间的距离优选为至少5mm，更优选在5mm至20mm的范围内，最优选在10mm至15mm的范围内。但是，可理解的是，根据另一个实施例，通气孔42可以位于限流器30的上游，以使得通气孔42位于烟丝条12和限流器30之间。
根据另一个实施例，限流器30和通气区40优选获得至少25％更优选为至少50％至90％的发烟制品10通气水平。发烟制品10的通气水平还优选给吸烟者引入可接受水平的吸阻(RTD)。该吸阻(RTD)也可以通过改变限流器30的孔口34的数目和大小以及通气区40在过滤器14上的位置来调节。根据另一个实施例，包装纸13可具有高渗透性，或者替代地，可使用穿孔来获得高烟丝条通度。
而且，这些实施例提供必要量的吸阻(RTD)，同时维持了整个烟气的期望的高通气度。高通气度这一属性通过在限流器30下游设置通气区40来实现。而且，通气区40相对于下游端部或嘴端部22间隔开的设置确保通过通气区40吸到过滤器14中的空气与从烟丝条12抽吸的主流烟气混合。
图2示出了根据一个实施例的限流器30的剖视图。如图2所示，限流器30优选包括具有至少一个直径缩减的孔口(或限流部)34的间隔件32。限流器30的大小优选适用于提供足够的压降，以使得发烟制品10具有至少40mm水柱或者更大的吸阻(RTD)，优选在50mm至80mm水柱的范围内。
间隔件32的直径36优选为约7.0mm至8.0mm，更优选为约7.4mm至7.8mm。间隔件32还优选具有一个或可选地至少一个直径38为约0.2mm至约0.9mm的孔口34。限流器30可由纸、塑料或金属构造而成，更优选由纸制品、可生物降解的塑料或其它具有可降解性质的合适材料制成。
图3示出了图2所示限流器30沿3-3线的侧剖视图。如图3所示，限流器30可以是具有至少一个孔口34的间隔件32。间隔件32的宽度39可在约0.05mm到20.0mm之间变化，更优选为约0.5mm到2.0mm。
图4示出了根据另一个实施例的限流器30的剖视图。如图4所示，由于限流器30的压降取决于敞开面积，因此也可以使用多个孔口34。例如，根据又一个实施例，至少两个或更多个直径38为至少0.2mm的孔口34每一个可以被包括到间隔件32中。可理解的是，间隔件32内的孔口34的数目、大小和布置或位置可以变化，以使得可以与通气区40相结合来产生过滤器14内的期望压降。

图6示出了根据一个实施例的图5所示的限流器30沿5-5线的剖视图。如图6所示，限流器30包括至少两个流动通道60，其绕纸泡沫条66的外周67对称布置。这至少两个通道60可具有椭圆形或圆形的横截面或其它合适的横截面形状和/或构造。
图7示出了根据另一个实施例的限流器30的剖视图。如图7所示，限流器30包括多个绕纸泡沫条66的外周67的通道60，这些通道60呈多个具有V形横截面的凹槽65形式。可理解的是，凹槽65可以是V形的、矩形的、椭圆形的或其它合适的构造。
图8示出了限流器30又一个实施例的侧剖视图。限流器30包括具有至少一个孔口34的间隔件(横向壁)32和绕间隔件32的外周33延伸的外环形部46。如图8所示，外环形部46可以是稍微锥形的，以便于将限流器30插入管状段18。
图9示出了限流器30的另一个替代实施例的侧剖视图。限流器30包括具有至少一个孔口34的间隔件32和绕间隔件32的外周33延伸的外环形部46。如图9所示，外环形部46可包括具有斜切边或斜边50的对称底脚48，以便于将限流器30插入管状段18。
根据另一个实施例，可以使用筛网材料(未示出)防止松散的烟丝阻塞孔口34(或通道60)。香烟或发烟制品10的总吸阻(RTD)和焦油释放量通过通气区40、孔口34(或通道60)的直径38和孔口34(或通道60)的数目的结合而得到平衡。可理解的是，随着通气水平增加，流入发烟制品的燃煤中的空气会减少，这样会减少燃烧的烟草量、降低燃煤温度和减少烟气成分生成。另外，由较低流率引起的增强的向香烟纸(即外包装件13)外的扩散可进一步减少气态烟气成分，比如一氧化碳(CO)和氧化氮(NO)。

应当理解的是，在所有实施例中，过滤器14可以由通常用于高速制造香烟工业的简单组合技术来构造。另外，每一个实施例可以包括至少一个在上游和/或下游腔室24、26周围的支撑件28(图10)，从而提供整个过滤器14长度上的期望的稳固性。支撑件28优选是位于管状段18内表面和/或外表面上的圆环或者其它可给过滤器14的管状段18提供刚性的合适装置。
图11示出了一个与图1所示的实施例在某些方面相似的实施例，但其中管状元件18是柔软的多孔管状材料，比如通常称为中空醋酸纤维素管或HAT的醋酸纤维素构成的管。使用HAT给吸烟者的嘴唇提供了比由硬纸管构造的过滤器(比如本文所述的其它实施例中的那些过滤器)更柔软的感觉。限流器30可以采用本文所述的限流器的形式，但优选采用图9所示的类型，其中间隔件32从外环形部46向内延伸并且一个或多个孔口34延伸通过该间隔件。过滤材料的上游棒24′将限流器30与烟丝条12分开。管18、限流器30和棒24′可包装在纸中，比如传统的棒包装纸。这种布置允许使用高速组合机械组装过滤器并且不需要将过滤器部件插入硬管中。此外，可以使用预穿孔接装纸，从而不需要先前的实施例中的形成穿过硬管的穿孔。
可理解的是，对于如图1-10所示的发烟制品10，其中过滤器可以不具有过滤材料(比如醋酸纤维素棒)，可以省去与醋酸纤维素材料和制造相关的成本。另外，也减少了发烟制品由于丢弃香烟烟蒂(buttlittering)而对环境的影响。
在此所示出和描述的实施例提供了如下优点：提供了具有期望量的吸阻的高通气发烟制品和便于在传统香烟制造设备上高速制造香烟。
应当理解的是，前面描述的是优选的实施例，因此仅仅是对该制品及其制造方法的示例。可理解的是，根据上述教导，对这些不同实施例进行改变和修改对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此，在不脱离所附权利要求书所提出的制品与方法的精神和范围的情况下，可以实施示例性实施例和替代实施例。

Claims (8)

1.一种发烟制品，包括：

具有至少一个孔口的限流间隔件，该间隔件容纳在管状段内，其中该间隔件具有绕间隔件的外周延伸的外环形部，以便于将间隔件插入管状段；
和
使过滤器与烟丝条连接的接装纸，该接装纸在过滤器的上游端部和下游端部之间的一位置处包括可进空气的通气区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发烟制品，其中可进空气的通气区包括至少一排周向排列的通气孔，所述通气孔延伸穿过接装纸和管状段。
