具体实施方式
一个优选实施例提供了一种发烟制品10，其包括通过水松纸16结合在一起的烟丝条12和过滤器14。
过滤器14包括与烟丝条12的接装端21相邻的第一过滤段20。优选地，第一过滤段20由纤维状醋酸纤维素(CA)束或装有活性炭微粒(COT)、珠粒或其他吸收剂的醋酸纤维素束的芯棒(plug)构成。
过滤器14还包括在第一过滤段20下游(沿抽吸过程中主流烟气被抽吸经过过滤器14的方向)的第二过滤段22。第二过滤段22包括中空截头圆锥的上游部分24和带槽下游部分26。带槽下游部分可包括限定空隙28的一个或多个平面或非平面壁。第二过滤段22的直径与过滤器14的直径基本相等，以使部分24、26的外周和任何(可选的)芯棒包装物29与水松纸16相邻(邻接)。第二过滤段22还包括在围绕截头圆锥部分24的位置处的一个或多个孔口34，优选至少两个孔口34，所述孔口34将上游截头圆锥部分24的内部空间25与限定在下游带槽部分26和芯棒包装物29和/或水松纸16的相邻部分之间的一个或多个槽28(或“空隙”)连通。

在优选实施例中，下游过滤段形成为设有四(4)个槽28，然而，代替地，可布置有三(3)个、两(2)个或一(1)个槽(图3中的28’，28”)。也可能布置多于四个槽。
用于构造第二过滤段22的优选材料为加厚包装纸，比如类似于Parliament(商标)的具有凹槽的带过滤器香烟中使用的不透性的厚度为0.15mm(0.006英寸)的纸或硬多孔式芯棒包装物。但是也可使用其他材料，比如聚乙烯、聚丙烯等、无纺稳定性纤维和/或挤出的开孔型泡沫材料(例如醋酸纤维素丝束材料)。例如，第二过滤段可由高密度聚乙烯和/或聚丙烯制成。
第一过滤段20防止烟草微粒等阻塞第二过滤段22的孔口34。优选地，其由低微粒效率(particulate efficiency)的醋酸纤维素束构成，该醋酸纤维素束例如为每根丝8.0旦尼尔、总共35000旦尼尔的醋酸纤维素束。烟嘴过滤段30优选由醋酸纤维素束构成并且具有低微粒效率，该醋酸纤维素束例如为每根丝8.0旦尼尔、总共35000旦尼尔的醋酸纤维素束。
通气孔32优选为通过已知的在线激光穿孔技术制造的激光穿孔。但是也可以使用预穿孔的水松纸。
孔口34可相对于槽28设置并且与槽28对准，以使它们促进主流烟气与所通空气沿槽28混合。现在参照图2，另外或替代地，孔口34可布置用于朝向下游带槽部分的相邻表面区域125引导主流烟气，以促进主流烟气的冲击，从而从主流烟气去除较大部分的焦油微粒，并且在较高速率或较大抽吸量的情况下提高烟气微粒的过滤效率。
香烟10及其过滤器14的设计有助于适用于高速制造技术，包括US-A-4 357 950中所教导的高速制造技术，在此将其全部内容引入本文以作参考。
现在参照图3，制造香烟10的方法包括生产连续中空管50，所述中空管50通过一组压接轮54供给，该组压接轮的外周在其压区处形成第二过滤段22的上述下游带槽部分26。可选地，可使用配件56或其他装置添加芯棒包装物29。激光器58用于在围绕第二过滤段22的截头圆锥部分24的位置处形成孔口34。刀60将连续的、经过压接的烟丝条切断成第二过滤段22、22’的双联(2-up)芯棒，所述第二过滤段22、22’的双联芯棒与第一过滤段20、20’的双联芯棒结合，其在双联第二过滤段22、22’的中部被切断并且与烟嘴过滤段30、30’的双联芯棒结合以形成双联过滤器14、14’。成对的烟丝条12、12’与双联过滤器14、14’和水松纸16接装以形成双联香烟，所述双联香烟被切断并且被激光器穿孔以形成通气孔32。可以改变前述制造步骤的顺序。
优选地，孔口34尺寸的直径范围可为从0.4mm到0.8mm，并且其尺寸适合于产生期望的吸阻范围，例如在1050cm3/min的流速下测量的至少50mm水柱或更大的吸阻，优选为60mm到90mm水柱的吸阻；而通气孔32的尺寸和数量使其产生大约45％到90％范围的通气量，更优选为大约50％到80％范围的通气量。
使用这样的过滤器和香烟结构，获得了一种具有可接受的吸阻(RTD)水平并且具有期望的烟气感官质量的通气性增强的可批量生产的过滤器和发烟制品。
在另一个实施例中，当第二过滤段由聚乙烯、聚丙烯等构成时，第二过滤段可使用注射成型以单件或以2、4或6(2联、4联或6联)的多件方式来代替使用压接轮的连续工艺进行制造。当与由过滤材料构成的上游和/或下游芯棒结合时，通过注射成型制造的2联、4联或6联的第二过滤段可包装在具有期望厚度和机械强度的芯棒包装物中，以使截头圆锥部分和带槽部分的外周以及任何可选的芯棒包装物与水松纸相邻。

Claims (6)

1.一种发烟制品，包括烟丝条、过滤器和用于将所述过滤器和所述烟丝条连接起来的水松纸，所述过滤器包括由过滤材料构成的上游和下游芯棒和在上游和下游芯棒之间的中空部件，所述中空部件具有多个通道，所述多个通道既建立了期望的吸阻又建立了主流烟气与所通空气的混合，其中，所述中空部件具有带槽部分和截头圆锥部分，所述带槽部分包括限定了一个或多个空隙的一个或多个壁，所述截头圆锥部分包括一个或多个孔口，每一个所述孔口与相应的一个所述空隙保持流体连通，并且其中，所述带槽部分和所述截头圆锥部分的外周与所述水松纸相邻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发烟制品，其中，通气孔在所述孔口下游沿所述过滤器设置，并且与所述空隙中的一个或多个保持流体连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发烟制品，其中，所述带槽部分包括限定了四个空隙的四个平面壁，所述截头圆锥部分包括一个或多个孔口，每一个所述孔口与相应的一个所述空隙保持流体连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发烟制品，其中，所述中空部件的截头圆锥部分的外径约等于由过滤材料构成的上游芯棒的直径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发烟制品，其中，所述中空部件的截头圆锥部分邻接由过滤材料构成的上游芯棒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发烟制品，其中，所述中空部件包括吸收剂。
