技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于防治农业害虫与卫生害虫的中草复合杀虫剂的配方与工艺,其特点是采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术,从向日葵族植物(Heliantheae)、瓜叶茼蒿(Chrysanthemucinerariaefolium)、野薄荷(Menth haplocalyx)和辣薄荷(Menth piperita)中萃取具有杀虫活性的有效成份,按照一定比例配制成中草复合杀虫剂。
背景技术
我国有着丰富的中草植物资源,有些中草植物的体内含有的某些成分可以用来杀虫,将这些中草植物的根、茎、叶、花、果、实等进行提炼加工,把其中具有杀虫活性的有效成分提取出来,按照一定的比例复配,可以制成环境友好的中草复合杀虫剂。
本发明根据中草药植物“相配增效”的原理,针对一般植物源农药成分不稳定、稀释倍数低、稳定性差而提供的一种中草复合杀虫剂的制备方法。其特点是采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术,从向日葵族植物、瓜叶茼蒿、野薄荷和辣薄荷中萃取具有杀虫活性的有效成份,按照一定比例配制成中草复合杀虫剂。其中向日葵族植物萃取物(其中主要有效成分为多炔类、噻吩类、倍半萜等天然产物)0.3-0.5%,瓜叶茼蒿萃取物(其中主要有效成分为水苏碱)0.3-0.5%,野薄荷精油和辣薄荷精油各1-3%,增效剂(海藻酸钠)1-3%,稳定剂(环氧化植物油)0.3-3%,渗透剂(有机硅)5-8%,PH调节剂(乙酸、碳酸氢钠)0.01-1%,乳化剂(吐温80)5-8%,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐到设计量。
本发明所采用的原材料为向日葵族植物(野生向日葵、观赏向日葵、食用向日葵等)、瓜叶茼蒿、野薄荷和辣薄荷。将其烘干粉碎处理后,采用超临界CO2流体萃取的技术进行提纯,向日葵族植物萃取物中主要有效成分为多炔类(具有光活化毒杀作用)、噻吩类(具有光活化毒杀作用)、倍半萜(具有胃毒和拒食作用)等天然产物,瓜叶茼蒿萃取物中主要有效成分为水苏碱(具有触杀作用),野薄荷和辣薄荷的萃取物主要为野薄荷精油(具有驱避作用)和辣薄荷精油(具有很强的熏蒸作用)。这些中草植物均来源广泛、成本低廉、适合大规模种植,生产与推广的实用性和可操作性很强。本发明中草复合杀虫剂主要用于防治蚊子、苍蝇、蟑螂等卫生害虫;蚜虫、蓟马、叶甲、螟虫、夜蛾、白粉虱、棉铃虫、菜青虫、小菜蛾等田间害虫;米象、谷盗等储粮害虫。
发明内容
一、主要成分的制备
上述向日葵族植物萃取物、瓜叶茼蒿萃取物、野薄荷精油和辣薄荷精油的提取方法为超临界CO2流体萃取法,将向日葵族植物、瓜叶茼蒿、野薄荷和辣薄荷盛花期的全草,烘干后粉碎进行萃取,获得以多炔类、噻吩类、倍半萜、水苏碱、野薄荷精油和辣薄荷精油为主的天然的杀虫活性成分。
(1)向日葵族(Heliantheae)植物萃取物的制备
将向日葵族植物盛花期的全草阴干,放入恒温箱中42-55℃烘干至材料发脆,粉碎后过80目筛。采用超临界CO2流体萃取,将粉碎后的材料装入超临界萃取釜中,加入少量98%的乙醇作夹带剂。在压力控制在28-32MPa,温度42℃,CO2气体流量18m3/h条件下萃取5-8小时,获得萃取液,将萃取液在低于40℃时减压蒸干夹带剂,浓缩至浸膏状。
(2)瓜叶茼蒿(Chrysanthemu cinerariaefolium)萃取物的制备.
将晒干的瓜叶茼蒿的根、茎、花,42-55℃烘干、粉碎过80目筛。采用超临界CO2流体萃取,将粉碎后的材料装入超临界萃取釜中,以水或乙醇98%作夹带剂,萃取温度45-60℃,萃取压力15-18Mpa,CO2气体流量18-20m3/h,保持恒温恒压8-10h后,获得萃取液,将提取液在45℃时减压蒸干夹带剂,得到浸膏状物。
(3)野薄荷和辣薄荷精油的制备
分别将野薄荷和辣薄荷全草42-55℃烘干,粉碎后过80目筛,然装入超临界萃取釜中,加入一定量的乙醇90%作为夹带剂。在萃取温度42℃,萃取压力18Mpa,CO2气体流量18m3/h条件下萃取5-8h,获得萃取液,将萃取液在低于40℃时减压蒸干夹带剂,获得野薄荷精油和辣薄荷精油。
二、植物源复合杀虫剂的制备
按如下照配方比例配制中草复合杀虫剂:向日葵族植物萃取物0.3-0.5%,瓜叶茼蒿萃取物0.3-0.5%,野薄荷精油和辣薄荷精油各1-3%,增效剂(海藻酸钠)1-3%,稳定剂(环氧化植物油)0.3-3%,渗透剂(有机硅)5-8%,PH调节剂(乙酸、碳酸氢钠)0.01-1%,乳化剂(吐温80)5-8%,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐到设计量,搅拌均匀充分溶解后,即制得中草复合杀虫剂。
本发明具有如下优点:
1)该中草复合杀虫剂的活性成分是自然存在的物质,自然界有其顺畅的降解途径,不会污染环境;无毒、无残留,特别适用于蔬菜、水果、茶叶等被人直接采摘食用的作物,对植物也不会产生药害。
2)该中草复合杀虫剂的主要活性成份复杂多样,能作用于害虫的多个器官和系统,有相互增效作用。其中多炔类具有光活化毒杀作用、噻吩类具有光活化毒杀作用、倍半萜具有胃毒和拒食作用、水苏碱具有触杀作用、野薄荷精油具有驱避作用、辣薄荷精油具有很强的熏蒸作用,有利于克服害虫的抗药性。
3)该中草复合杀虫剂的原料来源广泛,可因地制宜,就地取材,成本低廉;采用超临界CO2萃取方式获得活性物质,简单、快速、对环境“友好”,不会造成生产性污染;制成的中草杀虫剂杀虫谱广、稀释倍数高、稳定性好、易保存,适于大规模生产、推广和应用。
具体实施方式
实例 萃取物含量为3%的中草复合杀虫剂与同浓度单一萃取物的杀虫制剂对田间甘蓝上小菜蛾幼虫的药效试验。
中草复合杀虫剂:向日葵族植物萃取物-0.5g,瓜叶茼蒿萃取物-0.5g,野薄荷精油-1g,辣薄荷精油-1g,海藻酸钠-2g,环氧化植物油-1g,有机硅-5g,吐温80-8g,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐到100g,加入带有温度计的搅拌容器中,加温至60℃,混合搅拌均匀,获得100g萃取物含量为3%的中草复合杀虫剂,稀释1000倍后待用。
向日葵族植物杀虫剂:取向日葵族植物萃取物-3g,海藻酸钠-2g,,环氧化植物油-1g,有机硅-5g,吐温80-8g,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐到100g,加入带有温度计的搅拌容器中,加温至60℃,混合搅拌均匀,获得100g萃取物含量为3%的向日葵族植物萃取物杀虫剂,稀释1000倍后待用。
瓜叶茼蒿萃取物杀虫剂:取瓜叶茼蒿萃取物-3g,海藻酸钠-2g,,环氧化植物油-1g,有机硅-5g,吐温80-8g,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐到100g,加入带有温度计的搅拌容器中,加温至60℃,混合搅拌均匀,获得100g萃取物含量为3%的瓜叶茼蒿萃取物杀虫剂,稀释1000倍后待用。
野薄荷精油杀虫剂:取野薄荷精油-3g,海藻酸钠-2g,环氧化植物油-1g,有机硅-5g,吐温80-8g,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐到100g,加入带有温度计的搅拌容器中,加温至60℃,混合搅拌均匀,获得100g有效成分含量为3%的野薄荷精油杀虫剂,稀释1000倍后待用。
辣薄荷精油杀虫剂:取辣薄荷精油-3g,海藻酸钠-2g,环氧化植物油-1g,有机硅-5g,吐温80-8g,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐到100g,加入带有温度计的搅拌容器中,加温至60℃,混合搅拌均匀,获得100g有效成分含量为3%的野薄荷精油杀虫剂,稀释1000倍后待用。
试验设5个处理(中草复合杀虫剂、向日葵族植物萃取物制剂、瓜叶茼蒿萃取物制剂、野薄荷精油制剂、辣薄荷精油之际),每个处理重复4次,共计20个小区,每小区面积50m2。手动喷雾器均匀施药。采用5点取样法,每个试验区定点,每点10棵,做好标记,调查全棵,于施药前1、施药后1天、施药后3天调查各处理区的活小菜蛾幼虫数,计算防效。
表:防治田间甘蓝小菜蛾幼虫试验结果
通过试验比较得知,施用中草复合杀虫剂后,调查计算得出的平均虫口减退率,明显高于其他4种制剂。在a=0.05水平上进行重复比较,施药1天后与施药3天后,中草复合杀虫剂与其他4种制剂所造成的虫口减退率差异均为显著。这说明将不同杀虫植物萃取物进行合理配比后的中草复合杀虫剂,其杀虫效果要明显高于单一植物萃取物杀虫剂。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于防治农业害虫与卫生害虫的中草药复合杀虫剂,其是按照如下方法制得的:向日葵族植物萃取物0.3-0.5%,瓜叶茼蒿萃取物0.3-0.5%,野薄荷精油和辣薄荷精油各1-3%,海藻酸钠1-3%,环氧化植物油0.3-3%,有机硅5-8%,PH调节剂0.01-1%,吐温80 5-8%,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐,搅拌均匀充分溶解后即制得上述杀虫剂;所述PH调节剂为乙酸或碳酸氢钠。
