Abstract

本发明光电绕组,用于0.1千伏至1100千伏电压工作的变压器、电抗器、电感器的机芯及发电机、电动机的定子、转子等,光电绕组的导线是光铜线或光铝线。光电绕组在传导电能的同时还可传感或传输温度或电流或压力等相关信息。光铜线或光铝线由光纤或光纤束被包敷在导电金属铜或铝坯的光纤槽内挤压而成。本发明能感知、传输光电绕组工作时的温度、电流、压力等相关工况信息,这就使电力设备具有了自检报警功能,为设备的良好运行及避免事故提供了根本保证,成为智能化的电力电信设备,具有划时代意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力、电信部门广泛使用的电感、电动设备。
背景技术
电力、电信行业的各种变压器、电抗器、电感器的机芯及发电机、电动机的定子、转子上均有导线绕制的绕组。在使用过程中,一但出现故障,高温烧损,会带来整个设备及线路的损坏,后果十分严重。能否在上述设备运行时感之其工作状态并将有关信息传输至监控设备是人们关注的一大问题。而研制具有自检报警功能的智能变压器等电感设备就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明正是为了提供具有自检报警功能的电力、石油、矿山、电信设备而设计的光电绕组。这种光电绕组用于0.1千伏至1100千伏电压的电网或智能电网工作的变压器、电抗器、电感器的机芯及发电机、发动机的定子、转子,所说的光电绕组的导线是光铜线或光铝线。光电绕组在传导电能的同时还可传感或传输温度或电流或电压或电量或应力应变或压力等相关信息。光铜线或光铝线由光纤或光纤束被包敷在导电金属铜或铝坯的光纤槽内挤压而成。其横截面为圆形或方形或长方形;其表面可有绝缘层,光纤或光纤束可是单模光纤或多模光纤或高温光纤或传感光纤,光纤的周围可填充油膏。光铜线或光铝线可绕制在铁心或磁芯上,也可将光铜线或光铝线绕制成线圈后套装在铁芯或磁芯或定子、转子上。铁芯或磁芯可是非晶合金材料。光电绕组可制成各种圆柱体或棱柱体或圆形、椭圆形、异形等各种形状的线圈,这种光电绕组能在0.1千伏-1100千伏电压下工作,具有电力变压器、电动机等设备的原有功能,同时又能感知传输光电绕组及设备工作时的温度、电流、压力等相关工况信息,这就使电力设备具有了自检报警功能,为设备的良好运转或避免事故提供了根本保证,成为智能化的电力、电信设备,具有划化时代意义。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明光电绕组,用于0.1千伏至1100千伏电压工作的变压器、电抗器、电感器的机芯及发电机、电动机的定子、转子。光电绕组的导线是光铜线或光铝线1,光电绕组在传导电能的同时还可传感或传输温度或电流或压力等相关信息。光铜线或光铝线1由光纤或光纤束2被包敷在导电金属铜或铝坯5的光纤槽6内挤压而成,其模截面为圆形或方形或长方形,其表面可有绝缘层3,光纤或光纤束2可是单模光纤或多模光纤或高温光纤或传感光纤,光纤2的周围可填充油膏。光铜线或光铝线1可绕制在铁芯或磁芯4上,也可将光铜线或光铝线1绕制成线圈后套装在铁芯或磁芯或定子、转子4上,铁芯或磁芯4可是非晶合金属材料。

Claims (3)

1、光电绕组,用于0.1千伏至1100千伏电压工作的变压器、电抗器、电感器的机芯及发电机、电动机的定子、转子上,其特征在于所说的光电绕组的导线是光铜线或光铝线(1),光电绕组在传导电能的同时还可传感或传输温度或电流或电压或压力等相关信息。
2、根据权利要求1所述的光电绕组,其特征在于所说的光铜线或光铝线(1)由光纤或光纤束(2)被包敷在导电金属铜或铝坯(5)的光纤槽内(6)挤压而成,其横截面为圆形或方形或长方形,其表面可有绝缘层(3);光纤或光纤束(2)可以是单模光纤或双模光纤或高温光纤或传感光纤,光纤的周围可填充油膏。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的光电绕组,其特征在于光铜线或光铝线(1)可绕制在铁芯或磁芯(4)上,也可将光铜线或光铝线(1)绕制成线圈后套装在铁芯(4)或磁芯或定子、转子上,铁芯或磁芯(4)可是非晶合金材料。
