Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的齿轮在一变速箱的主轴上的布置,该变速箱具有至少两个中间轴。
背景技术
已知,在具有一主轴和至少两个中间轴的变速箱中在主轴上布置的各齿轮(也称为钩起轮(

))的载荷平衡沿径向方向实现。各钩起轮(其嵌入各中间轴的齿部中)相对于主轴可径向移动地布置并且通过各中间轴的齿部引导或定心。通过侧面布置的各止推盘实现各钩起轮的轴向引导,各钩起轮在变速装置中构成为擒纵轮。
具有主轴和两个中间轴的变速箱的各钩起轮的这样的布置由本申请人的DE 102004010270A1是已知的。在一主轴上布置两个构成为空套齿轮的钩起轮,其与两个中间轴的齿部相啮合并且以径向间隙相对于主轴布置。
由本申请人的DE 19630804A1已知一齿轮在一浮动地在变速箱中布置的主轴上的类似的布置,其中齿轮与至少两个中间轴啮合并且相对于主轴具有一径向间隙。
钩起轮(也称为主轴轮)在主轴上的另一布置由本申请人的DE 102004057126A1是已知的。在那里在一轴向止推盘与齿轮之间布置一碟簧形式的弹簧元件,以便减小主轴轮的轴向间隙。
在已知的钩起轮在主轴上的布置中不利的是,由于各齿轮的径向活动性和外部的激振产生不期望的噪音(所谓蜂音)。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,改进一种开头所述方式的布置,使其避免或至少减少不符合要求的噪音形成。
由权利要求1的特征达到该目的。按照本发明在齿轮与主轴之间和/或在齿轮与各中间轴之间设置一弹性元件,其限制、阻止或抑制齿轮的径向活动性。借此避免不符合要求的噪音。尽管如此,由于在齿轮与主轴之间的或在齿轮与各中间轴之间的弹性元件实现载荷平衡。
按照本发明的一有利的实施形式弹性元件构成为弹簧环,其能够沿径向方向变形,因此弹性的弹簧力对抗齿轮或主轴的径向运动。可以成本低和简单地安装一这样的弹簧环。有利地可以在弹簧环与齿轮之间设置一滑动环,以便减少摩擦。
按照另一优选的实施形式在齿轮上设置一具有径向引导的圆盘,其在主轴的一凹槽中引导并且通过一径向弹性的弹簧环加载。
按照一优选的实施形式,在齿轮与主轴之间设置的弹性元件构成为一体的。同样可设想,在齿轮与主轴之间设置的弹性元件构成多件的。
按照另一有利的实施形式,弹性元件设置在齿轮的圆周与中间轴之间并且例如构成为一体的。有利地弹性元件设置在齿轮的外齿部的旁边。借此限制齿轮的径向活动性并且避免噪音。
按照本发明的一有利的实施形式,弹性元件构成为弹性体。

具体实施方式
图1示出变速装置的一部分剖面图,其包括一主轴1和两个中间轴2、3,它们仅仅简要绘出。在主轴1上布置两个擒纵轮(齿轮)4、5用于变速装置的第一挡和第二挡。擒纵轮4、5分别与中间轴2、3相啮合。擒纵轮4、5构成为空套齿轮并且也称为钩起轮,它们相对于主轴1由于载荷平衡原因可径向移动地布置,亦即在各钩起轮4、5与主轴1之间存在一径向间隙。齿轮5具有一轮毂区域5a,轮毂区域5a在两侧通过止推盘6、7引导。在轮毂区域5a与主轴1之间设置一构成为弹簧环8的弹性元件。此外在弹簧环8与轮毂区域5a之间设置一滑动环9。通过弹簧环8与滑动环9相联系,通过弹簧环8的弹性的恢复力使得齿轮5与主轴1之间的径向运动加难和得到限制。借此可以避免由外部的振动激起的不符合要求的噪音。
示出本发明的对于齿轮4的第二实施例。齿轮4(也称为钩起轮或擒纵轮)与中间轴2、3相啮合并且通过它们在径向上引导。相对于主轴1同样设置一用于载荷平衡的间隙。齿轮4具有一轮毂区域4a,在其位于图右侧面上设置一止推盘10。在位于图左侧面上齿轮4具有圆盘11,该圆盘在齿轮4中沿着径向引导,亦即圆盘11沿着径向容纳于齿轮4中。主轴1在圆盘11的区域内具有一环形槽12,一构成为弹簧环13的弹性元件设置在环形槽12中并且沿着轴向引导。因此齿轮4向内的径向运动经由圆盘11和弹簧环13相对于主轴1弹性缓冲。
图2示出本发明的另一实施例,其中一弹性元件14设置在一齿轮15与一中间轴16之间。同样构成为钩起轮或擒纵轮的齿轮15相对于一主轴17可径向移动地设置并且通过两个止推盘18、19引导。齿轮15与中间轴16和另一未示出的中间轴处于齿啮合并通过各中间轴沿着径向引导。弹性元件14设置在齿轮15的位于齿部15b旁边的突出部15a中并且经由一滑动环20支承在中间轴16上。因此齿轮15的径向运动经由弹性元件14与滑动环20的相联系相对于中间轴16减振。
补充于所示的各实施例,也有可能并且也在本发明的范围内的是,将弹性元件不仅设置在齿轮与各中间轴之间而且设置在齿轮与主轴之间。

Claims (10)

1.齿轮(4,5,15)在具有至少两个中间轴(2,3,16)的变速箱的主轴(1,17)上的布置,其中,构成为钩起轮或擒纵轮的齿轮(4,5,15)与中间轴(2,3,16)处于齿啮合并且可径向移动地布置在各中间轴(2,3,16)之间;其特征在于,在齿轮与主轴(1)之间和/或在齿轮与中间轴之间设置弹性元件(8,13,14)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的布置,其特征在于,弹性元件(8,13,14)构成为弹簧环,该弹簧环能够沿径向方向弹性变形。
3.按照权利要求1所述的布置,其特征在于,弹性元件(8,13,14)构成为弹性体。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一项所述的布置,其特征在于,齿轮具有一轮毂区域(5a),该轮毂区域在两个止推盘(6,7)之间引导,并且弹性元件设置在轮毂区域(5a)与主轴(1)之间。
5.按照权利要求4所述的布置,其特征在于,在轮毂区域(5a)与弹性元件之间设置一滑动环(9)。
6.按照权利要求1至3之一项所述的布置,其特征在于,齿轮借助于一圆盘(11)设置在主轴(1)上,所述圆盘在齿轮中沿着径向引导,并且弹性元件设置在圆盘(11)与主轴(1)之间。
7.按照权利要求6所述的布置,其特征在于,主轴(1)具有一环形槽(12),在该环形槽中设置所述弹性元件。
