Abstract
当髋关节假体长期承受高负荷时就仅使用坚硬材料而言会出现磨损现象。这虽然不会导致损坏,例如当假体由陶瓷材料制成时导致组件断裂,但这总归是不希望的。在材料对为金属-金属时通过摩擦形成的磨耗对于人的身体而言是有害的。因此按照发明提出了髋关节假体的髋臼植入物,在所述髋关节假体中,大腿骨的球头支承在所述髋臼植入物的球囊隐窝式的凹槽中,其中该球囊隐窝具有进入区,所述进入区在一侧以圆弧沿切向终止于所述髋臼植入物的端面中并且在另一侧到达至进入边缘,其特征在于,圆弧(7)的开始处(12)具有长度(RE)的半径(11),球囊隐窝(3)的进入边缘(5)具有长度(RK)的半径(13),在所述开始处(12)与所述进入边缘(5)之间进入区(6)形成弧线(14),该弧线的函数能够在每个点上连续微分两次。
Description
对于髋关节假体而言使用了各种各样的材料以用于实现生物相容的、磨损少的支承。其中按照现有技术的所谓的硬-硬-材料对最适于持久且可靠地照料病人。对于这种材料对而言,不仅髋体上的球头而且髋臼中的髋臼植入物都是由一种在技术意义上坚硬的材料形成的。目前这种材料对使用的是陶瓷-陶瓷以及金属-金属。就目前的调查看来,将来也会提出陶瓷-金属材料对的使用。
对于长期承受高负荷的髋关节假体而言,即使在使用所提到的坚硬材料的情况下仍然会出现磨损现象。这虽然不会导致损坏,例如当假体由陶瓷材料制成时导致组件断裂,但这总归是不希望的。在材料对为金属-金属时通过摩擦形成的磨耗对于人的身体而言是有害的。
图1示出了由陶瓷材料制成的髋臼植入物1的截面。球囊隐窝3的中点2位于球囊隐窝的对称轴4上。对于硬-硬-材料对来说磨损的特别形式出现在所谓进入边缘5的区域中。所述进入边缘位于髋臼植入物1的球囊隐窝3和进入区6之间。所述进入区6以圆弧7沿切向终止于髋臼植入物1的端面9上的过渡区8中。通过半脱位以及出现的球头的微离导致进入边缘5的区域中出现不仅对于髋臼植入物1而且对于未在这里示出的球头而言很高的负荷。因此出现局部提高的磨损,这种磨损根据材料的不同导致磨耗提高或者导致能够看得到的、表面粗糙度的提高。
在进入边缘5的区域中出现的提高的磨损归咎于球头在进入区6的区域中滑动时不连续的应力分布以及较高的表面压力(集中载荷)的作用。
本发明的目的在于,避免或者至少大幅地减小在进入区的区域中的磨损。
为了解决之一目的,按照发明提出,进入区6的几何形状在圆弧7的端点12和球囊隐窝3内的进入边缘5之间设置为曲线14,该曲线的函数能够在每个点上被连续微分两次。
图2作为以相对于图1放大的比例尺示出的截取部分示出了髋臼植入物1中的进入区6。具有中点10的圆弧7在进入区6的开始处具有长度为RE的半径11。该圆弧7终止于点12,在那里连接着的是进入区6的按照发明的曲线14。曲线14到球囊隐窝3的圆弧的过渡区位于进入边缘5中,其中球囊隐窝3的圆弧具有长度为RK的半径13。点A、圆弧7的开始处12,以及点B、进入边缘5是曲线14的点,在这些点中,其曲率与分别连接的曲线的曲率、圆弧7或者说球囊隐窝的圆弧3一致。
进入区6的曲线14在其两个端点A和B上分别具有所连接曲线的曲率。在端点A上,曲线14的公式为f″A(X,Y)=1/RE,在端点B上为f″B(X,Y)=1/RK。
在这种方式下,曲线14的曲率分布是连续的,球头在球囊隐窝3和进入半径7之间沿着该曲线运动。这使得不仅接触力而且平面压力的分布都是连续的。球头在髋臼植入物中滚动。
为了数学地描述曲线14,可以设想各种各样的函数。例如可以在此提到那些在凸轮装置中著称的正弦曲线分布或者是多项式形式。
Claims (4)
1.髋关节假体的髋臼植入物,在所述髋关节假体中,大腿骨的球头支承在所述髋臼植入物的球囊隐窝式的凹槽中,其中该球囊隐窝具有进入区,所述进入区在一侧以圆弧沿切向终止于所述髋臼植入物的端面中并且在另一侧到达至进入边缘,其特征在于,圆弧(7)的开始处(12)具有长度(RE)的半径(11),球囊隐窝(3)的进入边缘(5)具有长度(RK)的半径(13),在所述开始处(12)与所述进入边缘(5)之间进入区(6)形成弧线(14),该弧线的函数能够在每个点上连续微分两次。
2.按权利要求1所述的髋臼植入物,其特征在于,所述弧线(14)在其各端点(A)、圆弧(7)的端点(12)、和(B)、进入边缘(5)中具有与其所连接的曲线、圆弧(7)或者说球囊隐窝(3)相同的曲率。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的髋臼植入物,其特征在于,所述曲线(14)的分布是正弦的或者具有多项式。
4.按权利要求1至3之一所述的髋臼植入物,其特征在于,所述曲线(14)的在其端点(A)、圆弧(7)的开始处(12)上的公式为f″A(X,Y)=1/RE,在其端点(B)、进入边缘(5)和球囊隐窝(3)的圆弧的开始处上为f″B(X,Y)=1/RK。
