Abstract

本发明提供一种扫描装置及扫描方法,该扫描装置包含扫描模组、馈纸滚筒和校正部。扫描模组包含线光源产生模块和扫描模块,线光源产生模块包含点光源、导光板和外壳,点光源沿第一方向射出的光线经导光板转换成线光源,导光板设置于外壳内,线光源沿第二方向从外壳的开口射出光线,扫描模块沿该第一方向包含扫描稿件区和校正区,经待扫描稿件反射的光线在扫描稿件区被接收。馈纸滚筒相邻设置于扫描模组。校正部设置于外壳或者馈纸滚筒上,并与扫描模块的校正区对应,经校正部反射的光线在校正区被接收。通过本发明,可解决受温度等影响造成色偏或亮度变化的问题,且自动实时校正,使用起来更加方便。

扫描装置及扫描方法
技术领域
本发明关于一种扫描装置及扫描方法,特别是有关于一种具有自动校正亮度和色彩功能的扫描装置及扫描方法。
背景技术
便携式扫描仪产品一般采用CIS(接触式影像传感器)作为图像采集器件,彩色CIS一般采用RGB(红绿蓝)三色LED(发光二级体)作为照明光源。在便携式扫描仪内部,因为有马达、驱动电路板以及LED光源等电子元器件在工作时会散发热量,同时受到工作环境的温度影响,扫描装置内部的温度会有变化,而这种变化会导致CIS中LED亮度的变化,继而反映在扫描图像上的亮度变化。另外因为RGB三色LED随温度而变化的程度不完全一致,会出现扫描图像的RGB色彩的变化各不相同,反映在扫描图像上就会出现偏色问题。
一种已知的解决办法是在扫描前用一个特定的白色稿件作为标准进行色彩校正,通常标准稿件固定在扫描装置内部并且其长度稍长于CIS,CIS读取这个标准稿件并与设定的图像亮度值进行比较来调整LED的曝光时间,从而达到控制扫描图像的亮度的目的。另外,CIS通过读取标准稿件的亮度数据可用来校正各像素(pixel)之间的亮度差异,从而使得到的图像在亮度上均匀一致。这种方法通常用在平板扫描仪(flat-bed scanner)上,而在便携式扫描仪或馈纸式扫描仪上,因为设计上的限制,一般不会提供固定在扫描装置内的标准稿件,而是提供一片额外的标准稿件给用户,由用户自行决定何时进行校正,也即这类扫描装置不能像平板扫描仪那样随时都可以进行校正。
这就出现一个问题,当扫描仪工作一段时间后,或者扫描仪所处的环境温度变化,CIS中的LED受环境温度变化的而亮度发生变化,导致扫描的图像亮度变化,甚至出现偏色问题。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明利用校正部将CIS中的LED光源发出的光线反射到CIS中的部分传感元件,通过此部分传感元件实时检测反射光的强度,从而使LED光源的亮度能反馈到扫描装置的控制系统,再通过控制系统控制LED相关电路来调整LED的亮度。
本发明提供的扫描装置,包含扫描模组、馈纸滚筒和校正部。扫描模组包含线光源产生模块和扫描模块,该线光源产生模块包含点光源、导光板和外壳,该点光源沿第一方向射出的光线经该导光板转换成线光源,该导光板设置于该外壳内,该线光源沿第二方向从该外壳的开口射出光线,该扫描模块沿该第一方向包含扫描稿件区和校正区,经待扫描稿件反射的光线在该扫描稿件区被接收。馈纸滚筒相邻设置于该扫描模组,用以驱动该待扫描稿件。校正部设置于该外壳或者该馈纸滚筒上,并与该扫描模块的该校正区对应,经该校正部反射的光线在该校正区被接收。
根据本发明所述的扫描装置,校正部为反射层,设置于该馈纸滚筒的外周。
根据本发明所述的扫描装置,校正部与该外壳为一体成型。
根据本发明所述的扫描装置,还包含光源控制电路和校正控制系统。光源控制电路用以控制该线光源产生模块的发光参数。校正控制系统电性连接于该扫描模块和该光源控制电路,用以根据该校正区反馈的信号调整该光源控制电路。
根据本发明所述的扫描装置,点光源为红绿蓝三色发光二级体。
根据本发明所述的扫描装置,扫描模块包含柱透镜阵列和接触式影像传感器阵列,反射的光线经该柱透镜阵列被该接触式影像传感器阵列接收。
本发明提供的扫描方法包含以下步骤。A.提供校正部,该校正部对应于扫描模块的校正区。B.预扫描稿件,光源发出的光线经该校正部反射并接收于该校正区,同时产生第一亮度信号。C.将该第一亮度信号与预设信号比对。D.若该第一亮度信号与该预设信号的差值大于参考值,调整该光源,并重新执行步骤B。E.若该第一亮度信号与该预设信号的差值小于等于该参考值,正式扫描稿件。
根据本发明所述的扫描方法,扫描模块沿第一方向还包含扫描稿件区,光源发出的光线经待扫描稿件反射并接收于扫描稿件区。
根据本发明所述的扫描方法,在步骤B之前,预设光源的亮度或者曝光时间。
根据本发明所述的扫描方法,在步骤D中,增加或者减少该光源的曝光时间。
通过本发明,解决了便携式扫描仪受温度等影响造成色偏或亮度变化的问题,使用户无需像以前那样在扫描图像亮度已经发生变化甚至色偏的情况下再手动用校正卡等手段进行校正,使用起来更加方便。

请参见图1和图2,图1为本发明一实施例的扫描装置1的结构示意图,图2为本发明一实施例的校正部13的位置示意图。扫描装置1包含扫描模组10、馈纸滚筒11和校正部13。扫描模组10包含线光源产生模块14和扫描模块15,线光源产生模块14包含点光源101、导光板102和外壳103,点光源101沿第一方向X射出的光线经导光板102转换成线光源,导光板102设置于外壳103内,该线光源沿第二方向Y从外壳103的开口射出光线,扫描模块15沿第一方向X包含扫描稿件区151和校正区152,经待扫描稿件19反射的光线在扫描稿件区151被接收。馈纸滚筒11相邻设置于扫描模组10,用以驱动待扫描稿件19。校正部13设置于馈纸滚筒11上,并与扫描模块15的校正区152对应,经校正部13反射的光线在校正区152被接收。
在一实施例中,校正部13为反射层,设置于馈纸滚筒11的外周。在实际应用中,校正部13为白色反射涂层。点光源101为红绿蓝三色发光二级体。优选地,第一方向X垂直于第二方向Y。
在一实施例中,扫描模块15包含柱透镜阵列106和接触式影像传感器阵列105,反射的光线经柱透镜阵列106被接触式影像传感器阵列105接收。接触式影像传感器阵列105沿第一方向X包含扫描稿件区151和校正区152,经待扫描稿件19反射的光线在扫描稿件区151被部分传感元件接收,经校正部13反射的光线在校正区152被另一部分传感元件接收。
请结合参见图3,图3为本发明一实施例的扫描装置1的系统框图。扫描装置1还包含光源控制电路16和校正控制系统17,光源控制电路16用以控制线光源产生模块14的发光参数,校正控制系统17电性连接于扫描模块15和光源控制电路16,用以根据校正区152反馈的信号调整光源控制电路16。
请继续参见图4和图5,图4为本发明另一实施例的扫描装置4的结构示意图,图5为本发明另一实施例的校正部43的位置示意图。扫描装置4包含扫描模组40和校正部43。扫描模组40包含线光源产生模块44和扫描模块45,线光源产生模块44包含点光源401、导光板402和外壳403,点光源401沿第一方向X射出的光线经导光板402转换成线光源,导光板402设置于外壳403内,该线光源沿第二方向从外壳403的开口404射出光线,扫描模块45沿第一方向X包含扫描稿件区和校正区,经待扫描稿件反射的光线在扫描稿件区被接收。校正部43设置于外壳403上,并与扫描模块45的校正区对应,经校正部43反射的光线在校正区被接收。
在实际应用中,校正部43与外壳403为一体成型。在第一方向X,校正部43的长度远小于导光板402的长度。因此,线光源的部分光线经校正部43反射,进入扫描模块45的校正区,而部分光线经待扫描稿件进入扫描模块45的扫描稿件区。点光源401为红绿蓝三色发光二级体,并与光源控制电路相连。
在该实施例中,扫描模块45包含柱透镜阵列406和接触式影像传感器阵列405,反射的光线经该柱透镜阵列406被该接触式影像传感器阵列405接收。请参见图6,图6为本发明另一实施例的扫描稿件区451和校正区452的示意图。扫描模块中的接触式影像传感器阵列405沿第一方向X包含扫描稿件区451和校正区452,经待扫描稿件反射的光线在扫描稿件区451被部分传感元件接收,经校正部反射的光线在校正区452被另一部分传感元件接收。
除了上述实施例外,本发明也可以将校正部设置于扫描模组表面,以实现光源亮度的实时自动反馈。请参见图7A和图7B,图7A和图7B为本发明又一实施例的扫描装置的结构示意图。在扫描模块75的可扫描区的一部分增加反射片73(校正部),反射片73固定在扫描模块75上,与馈纸滚筒71不发生位置干涉,通过扫描模块75对应的部分传感元件接收反射片73反射的光源亮度反馈信号。
请参见图8,图8为本发明一实施例的扫描方法的流程图。本发明提供的扫描方法包含以下步骤。S61,提供校正部,该校正部对应于扫描模块的校正区。该扫描模块沿第一方向还包含扫描稿件区,光源发出的光线经待扫描稿件反射并接收于扫描稿件区。S62,预扫描稿件,光源发出的光线经该校正部反射并接收于该校正区,同时产生第一亮度信号。在实际应用中,该第一亮度信号可以为该校正区内接收信号的平均亮度。S63,将该第一亮度信号与预设信号比对。在实际应用中,该预设信号可以为初始校正扫描装置时该校正区内接收信号的平均亮度。S64,若该第一亮度信号与该预设信号的差值大于参考值,调整该光源,并重新执行步骤S62。S65,若该第一亮度信号与该预设信号的差值小于等于该参考值,正式扫描稿件。
请参见图9,图9为本发明另一实施例的扫描方法的流程图。本发明提供的扫描方法包含以下步骤。S81,提供校正部,该校正部对应于扫描模块的校正区。该扫描模块沿第一方向还包含扫描稿件区,光源发出的光线经待扫描稿件反射并接收于扫描稿件区。S82,预设光源的曝光时间。S83,预扫描稿件,光源发出的光线经该校正部反射并接收于该校正区,同时产生第一亮度信号。S84,将该第一亮度信号与预设信号比对。S85,若该第一亮度信号与该预设信号的差值大于参考值d,增加或者减少该光源的曝光时间,并重新执行步骤S83。在实际应用中,该第一亮度信号可以为该校正区内接收信号的平均亮度Br,该预设信号可以为初始校正扫描装置时该校正区内接收信号的平均亮度Br0,若Br-Br0>d,减少该光源的曝光时间,若Br0-Br>d,增加该光源的曝光时间。S86,若该第一亮度信号与该预设信号的差值小于等于该参考值,也即|Br-Br0|≤d,正式扫描稿件。另外,在正式扫描稿件过程中,可以包含习知的图像算法处理步骤。
在CIS扫描装置中引入LED亮度反馈机制,实时调整因温度或其它因素变化对CIS中LED亮度的影响。通过设置于CIS一端的校正部,在稿件扫描的同时CIS输出信号也包含了校正部的亮度信号,该亮度信号可以用来与首次校正后的信号进行比对,从而判断CIS亮度是否发生变化;若有变化,则通过控制系统对LED相关电路进行调整,以维持CIS原有亮度。
通过本发明,解决了便携式扫描仪受温度等影响造成色偏或亮度变化的问题,使用户无需像以前那样在扫描图像亮度已经发生变化甚至色偏的情况下再手动用校正卡等手段进行校正,使用起来更加方便。
本发明已由上述相关实施例加以描述,然而上述实施例仅为实施本发明的范例。必需指出的是,已揭露的实施例并未限制本发明的范围。相反地,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内所作的更动与润饰,均属本发明的专利保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种扫描装置,其特征在于包含:
扫描模组,包含线光源产生模块和扫描模块,该线光源产生模块包含点光源、导光板和外壳,该点光源沿第一方向射出的光线经该导光板转换成线光源,该导光板设置于该外壳内,该线光源沿第二方向从该外壳的开口射出光线,该扫描模块沿该第一方向包含扫描稿件区和校正区,经待扫描稿件反射的光线在该扫描稿件区被接收;
馈纸滚筒,相邻设置于该扫描模组,用以驱动该待扫描稿件;
校正部,设置于该外壳或者该馈纸滚筒上,并与该扫描模块的该校正区对应,经该校正部反射的光线在该校正区被接收。
2.如权利要求1所述的扫描装置,其特征在于:该校正部为反射层,设置于该馈纸滚筒的外周。
3.如权利要求1所述的扫描装置,其特征在于:该校正部与该外壳为一体成型。
4.如权利要求1所述的扫描装置,其特征在于还包含:
光源控制电路,用以控制该线光源产生模块的发光参数;
校正控制系统,电性连接于该扫描模块和该光源控制电路,用以根据该校正区反馈的信号调整该光源控制电路。
5.如权利要求1所述的扫描装置,其特征在于:该点光源为红绿蓝三色发光二级体。
6.如权利要求1所述的扫描装置,其特征在于:该扫描模块包含柱透镜阵列和接触式影像传感器阵列,反射的光线经该柱透镜阵列被该接触式影像传感器阵列接收。
7.一种扫描方法,其特征在于包含以下步骤:
A.提供校正部,该校正部对应于扫描模块的校正区;
B.预扫描稿件,光源发出的光线经该校正部反射并接收于该校正区,同时产生第一亮度信号;
C.将该第一亮度信号与预设信号比对;
D.若该第一亮度信号与该预设信号的差值大于参考值,调整该光源,并重新执行步骤B;
E.若该第一亮度信号与该预设信号的差值小于等于该参考值,正式扫描稿件。
8.如权利要求7所述的扫描方法,其特征在于:该扫描模块沿第一方向还包含扫描稿件区,该光源发出的光线经待扫描稿件反射并接收于该扫描稿件区。
9.如权利要求7所述的扫描方法,其特征在于:在该步骤B之前,预设该光源的亮度或者曝光时间。
10.如权利要求7所述的扫描方法,其特征在于:在该步骤D中,增加或者减少该光源的曝光时间。
