Abstract

一种散热风扇,包括一底座、一定子及一转子,风扇的轴向两侧分别形成一入风口及一出风口,该定子固设于该底座上,该转子包括一轮毂及设于轮毂外围的若干扇叶,该转子还包括环设于扇叶外围并与扇叶尾端相连的一环壁,该环壁随转子转动并将风扇运转时产生的气流由入风口导向出风口侧。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热风扇,尤指一种散热风扇的转子。
背景技术
随着电子技术的飞速发展,中央处理器等发热电子元件运行速度越来越快,其运行时产生的热量亦相应增加,为了将这些热量散发出去以保障电子元件的正常运行,业界采用风扇对电子元件进行散热。传统的风扇一般包括一定子、一转子,及收容该定子及转子的一扇框,通电时,定子产生的磁场与转子相互作用,驱动转子相对定子及扇框持续运转,扇叶旋转时产生风力将热量散发出去。然此种风扇存在以下问题:一、为保证转子的正常运行,扇叶的尾端与外框之间必须存在一定间隙,因而在一定的风扇装配空间内使扇叶的尺寸受到限制,从而限制了风扇的散热性能;二、风扇高速运转时,其扇叶尾端的高速气流撞击静止的扇框产生较大的噪音。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可以有效减小噪音,且能在有限的空间内获得更大的扇叶设计尺寸的散热风扇。
一种散热风扇,包括一底座、一定子及一转子,风扇的轴向两侧分别形成一入风口及一出风口,该定子固设于该底座上,该转子包括一轮毂及设于轮毂外围的若干扇叶,该转子还包括环设于扇叶外围并与扇叶尾端相连的一环壁,该环壁随转子转动并将风扇运转时产生的气流由入风口导向出风口侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明中扇叶与环壁相连,环壁随同扇叶转动而导引气流流向出风口,由于扇叶与环壁之间无间隙,因而在同等大小的空间下,本发明风扇较传统风扇可以获得更大的设计尺寸的扇叶,从而提升了风扇的风量。此外,因环壁随转子一起转动,减小了传统风扇高速运转时扇叶尾端气流撞击静止的扇框而产生的噪音。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3,该散热风扇包括一底座10、一定子20及一转子30。风扇的轴向两侧分别形成一入风口15及一出风口17。
定子20包括一定子铁心22、一线圈24、一电路板26及两绝缘架28。定子铁心22由若干矽钢片堆叠而成,包括一圆环部及自圆环部向外延伸的若干极爪,线圈24缠绕于定子铁心22的极爪上,电路板26与线圈24电性相连以对线圈24供电。两绝缘架28分别设于定子铁心22的上下两端,将缠绕于定子铁心22上的线圈24与定子铁心22分离,起到绝缘二者的作用。
底座10包括一圆盘部12、自圆盘部12外围向外延伸的数根肋条14及设于每一肋条14的末端的一锁固部16。圆盘部12的中央向上凸设一中空中柱122,一轴承(图未示)收容于中柱122内。肋条14呈条状,自圆盘部12的周缘切向延伸形成一末端。锁固部16位于该肋条14的末端,锁固部16呈圆筒状,其顶部与外界相通,底部形成一穿孔以供扣件比如螺丝(图未示)穿过。
转子30包括一环形轮毂32、贴设于轮毂32内壁的一永久磁铁34、环设于轮毂32外围的若干扇叶36,以及环设于扇叶36外围的一环壁38。轮毂32中央设有一转轴320,转轴320自轮毂32中央垂直向下延伸形成一自由端,所述永久磁铁34沿圆周方向交替形成N、S极。每一扇叶36自轮毂32的外围呈放射状向外延伸形成一尾端,所述环壁38呈环形,环设于扇叶36的外围并与所有扇叶36的尾端相连,且环壁38的高度与扇叶36沿风扇轴向的高度相当,从而将扇叶36收容于其中间。
组装时,定子20套设于中柱122上,转子30罩设于定子20上,转子30的转轴320穿设于中柱122内的轴承中,且转子30位于所有锁固部16的内侧。通电时,定子20的线圈24产生感应磁场,该感应磁场与转子30上的永久磁铁34相互作用以驱动转子30相对定子20旋转。转子30旋转时将其入风口15侧的气流排向出风口17侧,从而产生气流对发热电子元件(图未示)进行散热。与现有技术相比,本发明中扇叶36与环壁38相连,环壁38随同扇叶36转动而导引气流由位于环壁38与扇叶36间的空间流向出风口17侧,由于扇叶36与环壁38之间无间隙,因而在同等大小的空间下,本发明风扇的扇叶36的尺寸较传统风扇大,从而提升了风扇的风量。此外,因环壁38随转子30一起转动,从而减小了传统风扇高速运转时扇叶尾端的气流撞击静止的扇框而产生的噪音,使本发明在提升风扇的散热效果的同时进一步降低了噪音。
图4所示为本发明第二实施例所采用的底座40及转子50,与上述实施例一样,该转子50沿风扇的轴向两侧分别形成一入风口45及一出风口47,该底座40也包括一圆盘部42、数根肋条44,以及若干锁固部46。该转子50的扇叶56的外围环设有一环壁58,该环壁58与所有扇叶56的尾端相连从而将所有扇叶56收容于其中。与上述实施例不同地是:该底座40还包括位于圆盘部42外围的一边框48,该边框48外侧呈方形,其内侧于边框48的四个角处呈弧形,形成一大致呈圆形的开口,圆盘部42即位于该开口中央。所述锁固部46分别位于边框48的四角处,所述肋条44自该圆盘部42向外延伸至与边框48相连,从而使圆盘部42与边框48连接为一体,本实施例中,边框48的设置增强了底座40的强度,从而使散热风扇更牢固,该边框48也可与所述圆盘部42及肋条44一体成型,制程简单。转子50的环壁58的高度大于扇叶56尾端沿风扇轴向上的高度,环壁58的底端与扇叶56尾端的底端相齐平,其顶端于入风口45侧向外张开形成一导引部581,该导引部581沿入风口45向出风口47的方向形成渐缩形流道,导引更多的气流进入风扇,同时增加气流的速度,从而在减小风扇运转噪音和增大扇叶56尺寸的同时,进一步提升了风扇的性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种散热风扇,包括一底座、一定子及一转子,风扇的轴向两侧分别形成一入风口及一出风口,该定子固设于该底座上,该转子包括一轮毂及设于轮毂外围的若干扇叶,其特征在于:该转子还包括环设于扇叶外围并与扇叶尾端相连的一环壁,该环壁随转子转动并将风扇运转时产生的气流由入风口导向出风口侧,该环壁于风扇入风口侧向外张开形成一导引部,该导引部沿入风口向出风口的方向形成渐缩形流道。
2.如权利要求1所述的散热风扇,其特征在于:该环壁的高度与扇叶沿风扇轴向的高度相等,该环壁的上下两端与该扇叶的尾端相齐平。
3.如权利要求1所述的散热风扇,其特征在于:该底座中央形成一圆盘部,该定子设于该圆盘部上,该圆盘部的周缘设有若干肋条,每一肋条自圆盘部的周缘向外延伸形成一末端,每一肋条的末端设有一锁固部以供固定风扇,转子位于所有锁固部内侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的散热风扇,其特征在于:该底座中央形成一圆盘部,该圆盘部的外围形成一边框,若干肋条自圆盘部周缘延伸至边框并与边框相连,边框上设有若干锁固部以供固定风扇。
5.如权利要求4所述的散热风扇,其特征在于:该边框外侧呈方形,其内侧于四个角处呈弧形,所述锁固部位于该边框的四个角处。
