Abstract

一种城市公交车快速更换压缩天然气钢瓶装置属清洁气体燃料在城市公共交通的应用领域。本发明的主要技术是:在公交车大梁上分别用螺纹副固定前吊耳、后吊耳和紧固吊耳;用型钢做一个钢瓶架;将充满压缩天燃气的钢瓶安装到钢瓶架上,用运输液压千斤顶把钢瓶架推入公交车大梁下并顶升,使前锥销进入前销座内,后推销进入后销座内,用风炮将紧固吊耳内的紧固螺杆旋进后销座顶住钢瓶架后用紧固螺母紧固。本发明的有益效果是:公交车就近到更换点更换钢瓶,更换迅速、固定简便、省时省力,可大大节省投资,并可同样用于液化石油气、液化天燃气及二甲醚等清洁气体燃料,加快其推广应用,促进环保减排。

Description

城市公交车快速更换压缩天然气钢瓶装置
一、技术领域:
本发明属清洁气体燃料在城市公共交通的应用领域。 
二、背景技术:
当前,我国同世界各国一样正在大力发展清洁能源,减少污染物排放,保护大气环境。由于压缩天然气即CNG辛烷值高、燃烧性能好、热值高、价格低、污染物排放少等特点,越来越广泛地替代汽油、柴油用于城市公共交通领域。CNG充入钢瓶内,固定在公交车大梁下面,一般每辆公交车需三个钢瓶,加气时间较长,对于拥有大量公交车的大中城市来说,还要新建许多座CNG加气站,投资巨大。如果改变加气方法和相应设施,在少量的加气站内充装CNG,把钢瓶固定在一个快速更换钢瓶装置内运到分布在城市多个地方的更换点,公交车就近到更换点快速更换钢瓶,可大大节省投资,加快清洁气体燃料的推广应用,促进环保减排。 
三、发明内容:
本发明的目的就是要改变城市公交车加气方法,设计一种更换迅速、固定简便、省时省力的城市公交车快速更换CNG钢瓶装置。 
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在公交车大梁上分别用螺纹副固定前吊耳、后吊耳和紧固吊耳,将充满压缩天燃气的钢瓶安装到钢瓶架上,用运输液压千斤顶把钢瓶架推入公交车大梁下并顶升,使前锥销进入前销座内,后锥销进入后销座内,用风炮将紧固吊耳内的紧固螺杆旋进后销座,顶住钢瓶架后用紧固螺母紧固。 
本发明的有益效果是:在少量的加气站内将CNG充装入钢瓶内并固定在钢瓶架上运到分布在城市多个地方的更换点,公交车就近到更换点更换钢瓶,更换迅速、固定简便、省时省力,可大大节省投资,并可同样用于液化石油气即LPG、液化天燃气即LNG及二甲醚即DME等清洁气体燃料,加快其推广应用,促进环保减排。

结合图1、图2详细说明本发明的细节与工作情况。在公交车大梁(1)上用螺纹副I(4)固定前吊耳(3),用螺纹副I(4)和螺纹副IV(20)固定后吊耳(14),用螺纹副I(4)固定紧固吊耳(17),前吊耳(3)安装两个前锥销(6),后吊耳(14)安装两个后锥销(15),均可用调节螺母(5)前后微调,紧固吊耳(17)的螺纹孔中穿有紧固螺杆(18);用型钢做一个钢瓶架(2),在钢瓶架(2)上焊接两个前销座(7)和两个后销座(16);将充满压缩天然气的钢瓶(13)安装到钢瓶架(2)上,用运输液压千斤顶把钢瓶架(2)推入公交车大梁(1)下并顶升,使前锥销(6)进入前销座(7)内,后锥销(15)进入后销座(16)内,用风炮将紧固吊耳(17)内的紧固螺杆(18)旋进后销座(16),顶住钢瓶架(2)后用紧固螺母(19)紧固。钢瓶架(2)上用螺纹副III(12)固定有瓶座(8),钢瓶(13)外套有橡胶圈(11),橡胶圈(11)外箍有瓶带(9)并用螺纹副II(10)箍紧后固定在瓶座(8)内。在公交车大梁(1)上固定前吊耳(3)、后吊耳(14)和紧固吊耳(17)均在螺纹副I(4)的螺栓上穿入支撑管(21)。在加气站内将CNG充装入钢瓶(13)内并固定在钢瓶架(2)上运到分布在城市多个地方的更换点,公交车就近到更换点更换钢瓶,更换迅速、固定简便、省时省力,可大大节省投资,并可同样用于液化石油气即LPG、液化天然气即LNG及二甲醚即DME等清洁气体燃料,加快其推广应用,促进环保减排。

1.一种城市公交车快速更换压缩天然气钢瓶装置;其特征在于:在公交车大梁(1)上用螺纹副I(4)固定前吊耳(3),用螺纹副I(4)和螺纹副IV(20)固定后吊耳(14),用螺纹副I(4)固定紧固吊耳(17),前吊耳(3)安装两个前锥销(6),后吊耳(14)安装两个后锥销(15),均可用调节螺母(5)前后微调,紧固吊耳(17)的螺纹孔中穿有紧固螺杆(18),用型钢做一个钢瓶架(2),在钢瓶架(2)上焊接两个前销座(7)和两个后销座(16),将充满压缩天然气的钢瓶(13)安装到钢瓶架(2)上,用运输液压千斤顶把钢瓶架(2)推入公交车大梁(1)下并顶升,使前锥销(6)进入前销座(7)内,后锥销(15)进入后销座(16)内,用风炮将紧固吊耳(17)内的紧固螺杆(18)旋进后销座(16),顶住钢瓶架(2)后用紧固螺母(19)紧固。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种城市公交车快速更换压缩天然气钢瓶装置;其特征在于:钢瓶架(2)上用螺纹副III(12)固定有瓶座(8),钢瓶(13)外套有橡胶圈(11),橡胶圈(11)外箍有瓶带(9)并用螺纹副II(10)箍紧后固定在瓶座(8)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种城市公交车快速更换压缩天然气钢瓶装置;其特征在于:在公交车大梁(1)上固定前吊耳(3)、后吊耳(14)和紧固吊耳(17)均在螺纹副I(4)的螺栓上穿入支撑管(21)。
