技术领域:
本发明是油田采油用的井下抽油设备,特别是一种双层分采抽油泵。
背景技术:
目前多数油井射开了多个油层,由于各个油层的压力、含水不同,合采时互相干扰,高压层压制低压层,使低压层发挥不了作用,甚至会发生高压层向低压层倒灌的问题,造成油井水窜,严重影响油井生产,为了解决这一问题,常采用分层开采的办法,但现有的双层分采抽油泵的上泵进油阀安装在两泵筒之间,由于受套管内径的限制,上泵进油阀阀球直径较小,抽油时很容易工作不灵,引起油井不出油。中国专利申请200620085231.8底部加重抽油泵,阀体为偏心结构,进油阀球直径不受泵径限制,增大了进油阀球直径,使其在稠油井中工作灵活,关闭即时,提高了抽油泵的可靠性,但它也受套管直径限制,进油阀球直径增大的空间有限。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是设计一种双层分采抽油泵,使其上进油阀球直径不受泵径限制,可以增大进油阀球直径,使其工作灵活,关闭即时,提高抽油泵的可靠性。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:有上泵筒、上柱塞、上出油阀、下出油接头、下柱塞、下泵筒、下出油阀,上柱塞与上出油阀上部连接,上出油阀下部与下出油接头上部连接,下出油接头下部与下柱塞连接,下泵筒下部与下出油阀上部连接,上柱塞处于上泵筒内,下柱塞处于下泵筒内,还有连接管、流道接头、分流接头、上泵进油阀,上泵筒下部与连接管上部连接,连接管下部与流道接头上部连接,流道接头下部与分流接头的大螺纹连接,下泵进油阀下部与分流接头上部连接,分流接头下部与上泵进油阀连接,分流接头上有侧流道,侧流道与上泵进油阀相通,分流接头上有竖流道,竖流道与通过下泵进油阀与下泵筒相通。
本发明的有益效果是:上泵进油阀安装在下部,不受泵径限制,在现有套管井内可以将阀球直径增大到足够大的直径,工作灵活,关闭即时,可以大大提高抽油泵的可靠性。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。由图可见,本发明的实施例由上泵筒1、上柱塞2、上出油阀3、连接管4、下出油接头5、下柱塞6、下泵筒7、下出油阀8、下泵进油阀9、流道接头10、分流接头11、上泵进油阀12组成,上柱塞2与上出油阀3上部连接,上出油阀3下部与下出油接头5上部连接,下出油接头5下部与下柱塞6连接,下泵筒7下部与下出油阀8上部连接,上柱塞2处于上泵筒1内,下柱塞6处于下泵筒7内,上泵筒1下部与连接管4上部连接,连接管4下部与流道接头10上部连接,流道接头10下部与分流接头11的大螺纹连接,下泵进油阀9下部与分流接头11上部连接,分流接头11下部与上泵进油阀12连接,分流接头11上有侧流道13,侧流道13与上泵进油阀12相通,分流接头11上有竖流道14,竖流道14与通过下泵进油阀9与下泵筒7相通。
在抽油管柱中,在两个油层之间下入封隔器,使其下油层的油经泵下油管内向上流入上泵内,上油层的油经泵下油管与套管之间的环空进入下泵内,从而实现双层采油的目的。
上行程时,下泵进油阀9、上泵进油阀12打开,上油层油经竖流道14、下泵进油阀9进入下泵筒内,下油层油经上泵进油阀12、侧流道13及连接管4与下泵筒7之间的环空进入上泵筒内。下行程时,下泵进油阀9、上泵进油阀12关闭,上出油阀3、下出油阀8打开,进入泵筒内的油液被排至泵上,从而实现双层分采的目的。

1、一种双层分采抽油泵,有上泵筒(1)、上柱塞(2)、上出油阀(3)、下出油接头(5)、下柱塞(6)、下泵筒(7)、下出油阀(8),上柱塞(2)与上出油阀(3)上部连接,上出油阀(3)下部与下出油接头(5)上部连接,下出油接头(5)下部与下柱塞(6)连接,下泵筒(7)下部与下出油阀(8)上部连接,上柱塞(2)处于上泵筒(1)内,下柱塞(6)处于下泵筒(7)内,其特征是:还有连接管(4)、流道接头(10)、分流接头(11)、上泵进油阀(12),上泵筒(1)下部与连接管(4)上部连接,连接管(4)下部与流道接头(10)上部连接,流道接头(10)下部与分流接头(11)的大螺纹连接,下泵进油阀(9)下部与分流接头(11)上部连接,分流接头(11)下部与上泵进油阀(12)连接,分流接头(11)上有侧流道(13),侧流道(13)与上泵进油阀(12)相通,分流接头(11)上有竖流道(14),竖流道(14)与通过下泵进油阀(9)与下泵筒(7)相通。
