Abstract

本发明涉及与建筑结合成一体的光伏系统安装技术领域,尤其是一种屋面光伏安装系统,包括光伏组件的上边框、下边框、左边框和右边框以及光伏组件之间的纵向缝隙下设置的龙骨,下边框外侧面上具有伸出的下边框面板,相应的上边框的外侧面上具有伸出的上边框面板,光伏组件的下边框面板覆盖在相邻光伏组件的上边框面板之上;光伏组件的左边框和右边框架设在龙骨上,相邻光伏组件左右边框之间间隙设置纵向压板,将间隙覆盖,纵向压板通过压板连接件和相邻光伏组件左右边框压紧。整个系统所需要的框架类型少了,左右边框可以是一致的,而且结构也相对简化了,安装更换也更加方便,与不同类型的建筑物的连接和收边处理更灵活。

技术领域
本发明涉及与建筑结合成一体的光伏系统安装技术领域,尤其是一种屋面光伏安装系统。
背景技术
原有的通用光伏安装系统是通过方阵中组件间上下、左右边框相互搭接结构,与安装龙骨共同组成系统防渗漏功能。其公告号为CN100424305C,该系统可实现发电功能,也可以作为建筑材料的防雨水渗漏系统。该方阵光伏组件间无缝拼接,增加了建筑美感,与建筑较好的融合,但是因组件类型多,组件边框在加工过程中工序多,对系统安装和组件边框加工带来不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,组件类型多,组件边框在加工制造过程中工序较多,对系统安装和组件边框加工来不便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种屋面光伏安装系统,包括光伏组件的上边框、下边框、左边框和右边框以及光伏组件之间的纵向缝隙下设置的龙骨,下边框外侧面上具有伸出的下边框面板,相应的上边框的外侧面上具有伸出的上边框面板,光伏组件的下边框面板覆盖在相邻光伏组件的上边框面板之上;光伏组件的左边框和右边框架设在龙骨上,相邻光伏组件左右边框之间的间隙设置纵向压板,将间隙覆盖,纵向压板通过压板连接件和相邻光伏组件左右边框压紧,压板连接件上具有压板连接件卡板,在龙骨上设置有安装滑槽,压板连接件卡板插装在安装滑槽中,纵向压板通过连接螺钉与压板连接件连接。
为了使可能渗入框架的极少量雨水排出,在上边框的内侧部设置将水排入龙骨的上边框排水槽,龙骨内设置有将水排出系统的龙骨排水槽。
具体的,光伏组件的上边框内侧部设置倒L形伸出部,倒L形伸出部围出开口面向上的上边框面板的上边框排水槽。
为了保证光伏组件横缝和纵缝更好的密封效果,最大限度地防止雨水渗入,下边框面板和上边框面板的结合面之间设置有密封胶条;左边框、右边框、纵向压板和龙骨之间的结合面之间设置密封胶条。
具体的,上边框上设置胶条安装槽,密封胶条的安装端设置在胶条安装槽中;在纵向压板上设置有胶条安装槽,纵向压板与左边框、右边框的结合面之间设置的密封胶条的安装端设置在纵向压板的胶条安装槽内;在龙骨上设置有胶条安装槽,左边框、右边框与龙骨之间的密封胶条的安装端设置在龙骨的胶条安装槽内。
左边框和右边框上设置将左边框和右边框固定到龙骨上的安装边,安装边与龙骨通过螺钉固定。
为了美观及保护纵向压板,纵向压板上设置盖板,盖板和纵向压板卡接。
为了方便龙骨安装位置的调节,龙骨的底部两侧设置卡槽,龙骨的卡槽内卡装固定在屋面上的压块,通过压块将龙骨固定在屋面上。
本发明的有益效果是:整个系统所需要的框架类型少了,左右边框可以是一致的,而且结构也相对简化了,安装更换也更加方便,与不同类型的建筑物的连接和收边处理更灵活。

具体实施方式
如图1和3所示的一种屋面光伏安装系统,包括光伏组件1的上边框2、下边框3、左边框4和右边框5以及光伏组件1之间的纵向缝隙下设置的龙骨7,下边框3外侧面上具有伸出的下边框面板31,相应的上边框2的外侧面上具有伸出的上边框面板21,光伏组件1的下边框面板31覆盖在相邻光伏组件1的上边框面板21之上。下边框面板31和上边框面板21的结合面之间设置有密封胶条8。上边框2上设置胶条安装槽9,密封胶条8的安装端设置在胶条安装槽9中。
在上边框2的内侧部设置将水排入龙骨7的上边框排水槽22。光伏组件1的上边框2内侧部设置倒L形伸出部23,倒L形伸出部23围出开口面向上的上边框面板21的该上边框排水槽22。在图1中,在上边框和下边框拼接时可用在两个边框之间插入限位塞16来控制拼接距离。
如图2和3所示,光伏组件1的左边框4和右边框5架设在龙骨7上,左边框4和右边框5上具有将左边框4和右边框5固定到龙骨7上的安装边14,安装边14与龙骨7通过螺钉15固定。龙骨7的底部两侧设置卡槽71,龙骨7的卡槽71内卡装固定在屋面上的压块72,通过压块72将龙骨7固定在屋面上。龙骨7内设置有将水排出系统的龙骨排水槽73。
在相邻光伏组件的左边框4和右边框5之间间隙设置纵向压板6,将间隙覆盖,纵向压板6通过压板连接件12和相邻组件的左边框4、右边框5压紧。压板连接件12上具有压板连接件卡板10,在龙骨7上设置有安装滑槽13,压板连接件卡板10插装在安装滑槽13中,纵向压板6通过连接螺钉11与压板连接件12连接。
左边框4、右边框5、纵向压板6和龙骨7之间的结合面之间设置密封胶条8。在纵向压板6上设置有胶条安装槽9,纵向压板6与左边框4、右边框5的结合面之间设置的密封胶条8的安装端设置在纵向压板6的胶条安装槽9内;在龙骨7上设置有胶条安装槽9,左边框4、右边框5与龙骨7之间的密封胶条9的安装端设置在龙骨7的胶条安装槽9内。
纵向压板6上设置盖板61,盖板61和纵向压板6卡接。
在该系统中组件间导线可放置在横向安装组件的上边框的空腔内和纵向安装组件的左右边框4、5之间的缝隙间。

Claims (8)

1.一种屋面光伏安装系统,包括光伏组件(1)的上边框(2)、下边框(3)、左边框(4)和右边框(5)以及光伏组件(1)之间的纵向缝隙下设置的龙骨(7),其特征是:所述的下边框(3)外侧面上具有伸出的下边框面板(31),相应的上边框(2)的外侧面上具有伸出的上边框面板(21),光伏组件(1)的下边框面板(31)覆盖在相邻光伏组件(1)的上边框面板(21)之上;所述的光伏组件(1)的左边框(4)和右边框(5)架设在龙骨(7)上,相邻光伏组件的左边框(4)和右边框(5)之间的间隙上设置纵向压板(6),将间隙覆盖,纵向压板(6)通过压板连接件(12)和左边框(4)、右边框(5)压紧,压板连接件(12)上具有压板连接件卡板(10),在龙骨(7)上设置有安装滑槽(13),压板连接件卡板(10)插装在安装滑槽(13)中,纵向压板(6)通过连接螺钉(11)与压板连接件(12)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋面光伏安装系统,其特征是:在所述的上边框(2)的内侧部设置将水排入龙骨(7)的上边框排水槽(22),所述的龙骨(7)内设置有将水排出系统的龙骨排水槽(73)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的屋面光伏安装系统,其特征是:所述的光伏组件(1)的上边框(2)内侧部设置倒L形伸出部(23),倒L形伸出部(23)围出开口面向上的上边框面板(21)的上边框排水槽(22)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的屋面光伏安装系统,其特征是:所述的下边框面板(31)和上边框面板(21)的结合面之间设置有密封胶条(8);所述的左边框(4)、右边框(5)、纵向压板(6)和龙骨(7)之间的结合面之间设置密封胶条(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的屋面光伏安装系统,其特征是:所述的上 边框(2)上设置胶条安装槽(9),密封胶条(8)的安装端设置在胶条安装槽(9)中;在所述的纵向压板(6)上设置有胶条安装槽(9),纵向压板(6)与左边框(4)、右边框(5)的结合面之间设置的密封胶条(8)的安装端设置在纵向压板(6)的胶条安装槽(9)内;在所述的龙骨(7)上设置有胶条安装槽(9),左边框(4)、右边框(5)与龙骨(7)之间的密封胶条(9)的安装端设置在龙骨(7)的胶条安装槽(9)内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的屋面光伏安装系统,其特征是:所述的左边框(4)和右边框(5)上具有将左边框(4)和右边框(5)固定到龙骨(7)上的安装边(14),安装边(14)与龙骨(7)通过螺钉(15)固定。
