Abstract

本发明涉及弯头制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种锻造弯头的制备工艺,其特征在于:(1)锻管:将锻棒固定后打成锻管,锻管管道的偏心距为成品弯头壁厚的4%~6%;(2)弯制:将锻管热处理后,将由于偏心距而形成的锻管的壁薄的那部分半圆形管壁做为弯头的内环,壁厚的半圆形管壁作为弯头的外环,而将锻管弯制成弯头。本发明与现有技术相比,工艺简单,采用这种工艺还能弯制大型的弯头,并保证的弯头内、外环壁厚的相对均匀。

Description

锻造弯头的制备工艺
[技术领域]
本发明涉及弯头制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种锻造弯头的制备工艺。
[背景技术]
现在的弯头制造工艺主要是将对称中心距的锻管弯制成弯头,这样造成弯头外环的壁厚在弯制后变薄,而内环的壁厚弯制后变厚了,造成弯头内外环的壁厚不均匀,这样在实际应用中焊接到相关设备后,在壁薄处容易造成破裂,影响产品使用寿命。
[发明内容]
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,通过锻管时形成的偏心距,使锻管的一半壁较厚,另一半壁相对薄,弯制时壁厚的作为弯头的外环,壁薄的作为弯头的内环,这样保证弯制出来的弯头内、外环的壁厚相对均匀。
为实现上述目的,本发明设计的一种锻造弯头的制备工艺,其特征在于:(1)锻管:将锻棒固定后打成锻管,锻管管道的偏心距为最终成品弯头壁厚的4%~6%;(2)弯制:将锻管热处理后,将由于偏心距而形成的锻管的壁薄的那部分半圆形管壁做为弯头的内环,壁厚的半圆形管壁作为弯头的外环,而将锻管弯制成弯头。
锻管热处理后,锻管的内外表面还进行喷砂和修磨处理。
本发明与现有技术相比,工艺简单,采用这种工艺还能弯制大型的弯头,并保证的弯头内、外环壁厚的相对均匀。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述。
锻管:将锻棒固定后打成锻管,锻管管道的偏心距为弯头成品壁厚的4%~6%;
弯制:根据锻管的材质,将锻管热处理后,一般加热至1050~1200℃,再根据需要将锻管内外表面进行喷砂和修磨处理,将由于偏心距而形成的锻管的壁薄的那部分半圆形管壁做为弯头的内环,壁厚的半圆形管壁作为弯头的外环,而将锻管弯制成弯头,这样弯制出来的弯头壁厚相对比较均匀,这样后续只要通过稍许打磨等精加工处理即可得到均匀壁厚的弯头,另外可根据产品设计需要对弯制好的弯头进行坡口、倒角等后续精加工处理。

Claims (2)

1、一种锻造弯头的制备工艺,其特征在于:(1)锻管:将锻棒固定后打成锻管,锻管管道的偏心距为成品弯头壁厚的4%~6%;(2)弯制:将锻管热处理后,将由于偏心距而形成的锻管的壁薄的那部分半圆形管壁做为弯头的内环,壁厚的半圆形管壁作为弯头的外环,而将锻管弯制成弯头。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种锻造弯头的制备工艺,其特征在于:锻管热处理后,锻管的内外表面还进行喷砂和修磨处理。
