背景技术:
目前市场上的酒有三七酒和葡萄酒,尚没有把二者结合在一起的酒,且三七酒多为浸泡酒,三七中的有效成份不能充分溶解到酒中。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是发明一种将三七酒、葡萄酒融为一体且使三七中有效成份能充分溶解到酒中、口感极好的新型三七葡萄酒。
三七葡萄酒,将10-50份鲜三七浸泡在100份50度葡萄酒中2-3个月,把浸泡过三七的葡萄酒进行蒸馏提纯到50-60度后装坛埋入地下储存3-5个月,再用80份20-60度葡萄酒与1-20份储存了3-5个月的浸泡过三七的葡萄酒调配后装坛埋入地下3-5个月取出过滤调配而成。
由于本发明的工艺是将鲜三七和葡萄酒进行蒸馏,使得三七中有效成份充分溶解到酒中,再经过储存、调配,进一步改善了口感,该酒颜色微红,口感甘甜,香味绵长,经卫生部门检测,各项指标符合国家的有关标准。

三七葡萄酒,将30份鲜三七浸泡在100份50度葡萄酒中2-3个月,把浸泡过三七的葡萄酒进行蒸馏提纯到50-60度后装坛埋入地下储存3-5个月,再用80份20-60度葡萄酒与1-20份储存了3-5个月的浸泡过三七的葡萄酒调配后装坛埋入地下3-5个月取出过滤调配而成。

1. 三七葡萄酒,其特征在于将10-50份鲜三七浸泡在100份50度葡萄酒中2-3个月,把浸泡过三七的葡萄酒进行蒸馏提纯到50-60度后装坛埋入地下储存3-5个月,再用80份20-60度葡萄酒与1-20份储存了3-5个月的浸泡过三七的葡萄酒调配后装坛埋入地下3-5个月取出过滤调配而成。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的三七葡萄酒,其特征在于将20-40份鲜三七浸泡在100份50度葡萄酒中2-3个月,把浸泡过三七的葡萄酒进行蒸馏提纯到50-60度后装坛埋入地下储存3-5个月,再用80份20-60度葡萄酒与1-20份储存了3-5个月的浸泡过三七的葡萄酒调配至25-55度后装坛埋入地下3-5个月取出过滤调配而成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的三七葡萄酒,其特征在于在于将30份鲜三七浸泡在100份50度葡萄酒中2-3个月,把浸泡过三七的葡萄酒进行蒸馏提纯到50-60度后装坛埋入地下储存3-5个月,再用80份20-60度葡萄酒与1-20份储存了3-5个月的浸泡过三七的葡萄酒调配至25-55度后装坛埋入地下3-5个月取出过滤调配而成。
