Abstract

本发明涉及一种润滑油,尤其是指一种全甲醇发动机润滑油。本发明主要针对目前大多数发动机润滑油不适合在全甲醇发动机上使用的缺陷,提供了一种适合在燃烧纯甲醇的发动机上使用的全甲醇发动机润滑油。本发明的主要内容为:用于甲醇发动机的发动机润滑油,其组分包括矿物油、聚烯烃和添加剂,添加剂为高碱值水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和辅助防腐剂。

全甲醇发动机润滑油
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油,尤其是指一种全甲醇发动机润滑油。
背景技术
目前,环境污染和能源紧张日益加剧,促进了汽车代用燃料的研究和应用。甲醇作为一种新型的车用燃料,已经越来越被众多汽车供应商所接受和认可。与传统燃料相比,甲醇作为一种替代燃料具有来源广、排放低等优点。
但是,如果将汽油发动机所用的润滑油直接用在甲醇汽车上,会造成如下的危害:
1)甲醇吸湿性强,会稀释润滑油,使其润滑性能下降;
2)被稀释的机油导致活塞与气缸壁之间的磨损加大,也加速了其他零部件的磨损;
3)甲醇燃烧会产生酸性物质,会造成发动机部件的腐蚀,导致发动机故障。
发明内容
本发明主要针对目前大多数发动机润滑油不适合在全甲醇发动机上使用的缺陷,提供了一种适合在燃烧纯甲醇的发动机上使用的全甲醇发动机润滑油。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种用于甲醇发动机的发动机润滑油,其组分包括矿物油、聚烯烃和添加剂,添加剂为高碱值水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和辅助防腐剂。
上述全甲醇发动机润滑油,作为优选,所述的组分包括85~94wt%矿物油、1~7wt%聚烯烃和5~14wt%添加剂,添加剂为高碱值水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和辅助防腐剂。
上述全甲醇发动机润滑油,作为优选,所述的辅助防腐剂为有机胺,含量占全甲醇发动机润滑油0.5~1.2wt%。
上述全甲醇发动机润滑油,作为优选,所述的有机胺可以是烷基二苯胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺。
上述全甲醇发动机润滑油,作为优选,所述的高碱值水杨酸盐是指碱值大于300mgKOH/g。
上述全甲醇发动机润滑油,作为优选,所述的高碱值水杨酸盐为水杨酸钙或水杨酸镁,含量占全甲醇发动机润滑油1.0~5.0wt%。
上述全甲醇发动机润滑油,作为优选,所述的矿物油可以是溶剂精制或加氢精制的矿物油,含量占全甲醇发动机润滑油85~94wt%。
上述全甲醇发动机润滑油,作为优选,所述的聚烯烃可以是PAO 4或PAO 6,含量占全甲醇发动机润滑油1.0~7.0wt%。
本发明有以下优点:
本发明具有优异的酸中和能力,优异的抗磨性和防腐性,防止润滑油分层等特点。
本发明润滑油与一般润滑油相比,具有突出的抗磨、防腐性能;优异的酸中和能力及防止润滑油分层的能力,能够满足燃烧M100甲醇的发动机的润滑需求。M100甲醇为纯甲醇,即此润滑油在M100甲醇的发动机上使用时,效果最为突出。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:
按照表1的含量称取溶剂精制矿物油作为基础油、PAO6、碱值300mgKOH/g的高碱值水杨酸镁作为高碱值水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二烷基二苯胺作为有机胺。总重量为2Kg。
将上述的组分在50℃恒温条件下,搅拌2小时即为全甲醇发动机润滑油。
实施例2:
按照表1的含量称取加氢精制矿物油作为基础油、PAO4、碱值310mgKOH/g的高碱值水杨酸镁作为高碱值水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二烷基二苯胺作为有机胺。总重量为2Kg。
将上述的组分在50℃恒温条件下,搅拌2小时即为全甲醇发动机润滑油。
实施例3:
按照表1的含量称取溶剂精制矿物油作为基础油、PAO4、碱值300mgKOH/g的高碱值水杨酸钙为高碱值水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、N-苯基-α-萘胺作为有机胺。总重量为2Kg。
将上述的组分在50℃恒温条件下,搅拌2小时即为全甲醇发动机润滑油。
实施例4:
按照表1的含量称取溶剂精制矿物油作为基础油、PAO4、碱值310mgKOH/g的高碱值水杨酸钙为高碱值水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、N-苯基-α-萘胺作为有机胺。总重量为2Kg。
将上述的组分在50℃恒温条件下,搅拌2小时即为全甲醇发动机润滑油。
实施例5:
按照表1的含量称取溶剂精制矿物油作为基础油、PAO6、碱值320mgKOH/g的高碱值水杨酸钙为高碱值水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二烷基二苯胺作为有机胺。总重量为2Kg。
将上述的组分在50℃恒温条件下,搅拌2小时即为全甲醇发动机润滑油。

实施例6:
称取溶剂精制矿物油1700g,PAO6 80g。
称取高碱值水杨酸镁70g,丁二酰亚胺110g,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌24g,二烷基二苯胺10g。
将上述的组分在50℃恒温条件下,搅拌2小时即为全甲醇发动机润滑油。
四球磨损试验是一种测试润滑油摩擦磨损性能的方法,相应的标准是SH/T0189润滑油抗磨损性能测定法(四球机法),该标准系参照采用ASTMD4172润滑液抗磨性能试验方法(四球法)而制订的。
该标准规定:钢球必须符合GB308II级轴承钢球,直径为12.7mm,材料GCr15;转速为1200r/min±60r/min,负荷147N或392N(15kgf或40kgf),要避免振动和冲击;温度为75℃±2℃;运转时间为60min±1min。试验完毕,测量3个下球的磨痕直径,测量精度为0.01mm。
本发明的四球磨损试验是针对M100甲醇的发动机进行的。
本发明中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管对本发明已作出了详细的说明并引证了一些具体实例,但是对本领域熟练技术人员来说,只要不离开本发明的精神和范围可作各种变化或修正是显然的。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于甲醇发动机的发动机润滑油,其组分包括85~94wt%矿物油、1~7wt%聚烯烃和5~14wt%添加剂,添加剂为高碱值水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和辅助防腐剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于甲醇发动机的发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的辅助防腐剂为有机胺。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于甲醇发动机的发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的有机胺为烷基二苯胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于甲醇发动机的发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的高碱值水杨酸盐是指碱值大于300mgKOH/g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于甲醇发动机的发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的高碱值水杨酸盐为水杨酸钙或水杨酸镁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于甲醇发动机的发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的矿物油为溶剂精制或加氢精制的矿物油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于甲醇发动机的发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的聚烯烃为PAO 4或PAO6。
