Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器、一贴设于该散热器上方的发光二极管模组、一安装于散热器上并且将发光二极管模组罩设于其内的灯罩,所述散热器包括一基座、一自基座底面中部向下垂直延伸的导热筒以及形成于所述基座底部且环绕所述导热筒的若干散热鳍片,这些散热鳍片自该导热筒的外壁放射性延伸,所述发光二极管模组贴置于基座顶面与导热筒对应的位置处。本发明发光二极管灯具通过基座及散热鳍片的作用,很好地散除发光二极管产生的热量,且散热器结构简单,易于制造,可有效降低发光二极管灯具的成本。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、亮度高、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域,如用作壁灯等照明设备。但是,壁灯的体积往往较小,其发光二极管工作时会产生大量的热量,这些热量如若得不到及时的散发,容易使发光二极管产生过热现象,进而导致其发光效率下降。因此如何对发光二极管灯具的散热也是业界非常重视的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较佳散热性能的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器、一贴设于该散热器上方的发光二极管模组、一安装于散热器上并且将发光二极管模组罩设于其内的灯罩,所述散热器包括一基座、一自基座底面中部向下垂直延伸的导热筒以及形成于所述基座底部且环绕所述导热筒的若干散热鳍片,这些散热鳍片自该导热筒的外壁放射性延伸,所述发光二极管模组贴置于基座顶面与导热筒对应的位置处。
本发明发光二极管灯具通过基座及散热鳍片的作用,很好地散除发光二极管产生的热量,且散热器结构简单,易于制造,可有效降低发光二极管灯具的成本。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,为本发明的发光二极管灯具的较佳实施例,为一安装于墙壁上的壁灯,主要包括一发光二极管模组10、一用以贴设并冷却该发光二极管模组10的散热器20、一安装在散热器20上并将发光二极管模组10罩设其内的灯罩30及将散热器20及灯罩30罩设于其内的前盖40。该发光二极管灯具还包括一围设于灯罩30底部边缘的防水垫圈50、一用于将灯罩30及防水垫圈50固定的压环60、以及安装于散热器20内的电源驱动模组70。
该发光二极管模组10包括一圆形电路板12及安装于电路板12一侧面的若干发光二极管14。该电路板12的另外一侧面贴合于所述散热器20上。
请一并参阅图3,所述散热器20包括一用于贴设所述发光二极管模组10的圆形基座21及自基座21底面垂直向下延伸的若干散热鳍片27。该基座21的顶面中部向上延伸一圆形凸台23。该凸台23与基座21的轴心相同,且其直径大小对应所述电路板12的直径以贴设发光二极管模组10。该基座21中心设置一通孔230,以供发光二极管模组10的电线穿过连接置于散热器20底部的电源驱动模组70。该基座21的边缘均匀垂直向上延伸三安装柱25。基座21底部中间垂直延伸一与基座21同轴的导热筒24,该导热筒24的位置与设置发光二极管的基座21对应。这些散热鳍片27垂直于基座21底面的同时环绕所述导热筒24,自该导热筒24的外壁放射性延伸且不超出基座21的边缘而置于基座21边缘内。这些散热鳍片27相互间隔形成散热通道270。每一散热鳍片27中部设置一缺口,使得这些散热鳍片27的缺口共同形成一圆形的沟槽275。该沟槽275垂直于连通所述散热通道270,以增加气流流动的方向。二连接柱29自基座21垂直延伸并位于沟槽275上。这些连接柱29设有贯穿的安装孔290以通过固定件(图未示)将整个散热器20固定在墙壁上。
电源驱动模组70收容于该导热筒24中。一后盖242安装于导热筒24的底部以将电源驱动模组70封闭在导热筒24中。该后盖242中部设有一中心孔240,一护线套246卡设在后盖242的中心孔240中,以防止从电源驱动模组70引出的电线被后盖242刮伤。
灯罩30用透明或半透明材料制成,如玻璃等,从而使从发光二极管14发出的光透过灯罩30。该灯罩30呈一倒置的碗状,其底部延伸有环状凸缘33,该凸缘33外径尺寸小于基座21顶面的尺寸,并使得该灯罩30安装在基座21上以后凸缘33置于固定柱25的内侧。该灯罩30用以保护置于其内的发光二级管模组10,避免灰尘进入发光二极管模组10,影响发光二极管14的工作。
上述防水垫圈50套设在该灯罩30底部的凸缘33以加强发光二极管灯具的密封性,以实现防水和防尘。该防水垫圈50由具有弹性的材料如橡胶组成,呈环状设置。该防水垫圈50的内壁设有环槽55,该环槽55的大小与灯罩30的凸缘33大小匹配,使得防水垫圈50将整个凸缘33围设其内。所述压环60包括一环状的抵靠部61及自抵靠部61向外延伸的三定位部62。该抵靠部61的大小与防水垫圈50的大小对应;定位部62与散热器20的固定柱25对应。
前盖40包括一圆环状的本体42及自本体42向下延伸的侧壁41。该本体42均匀向下延伸三连接柱420以对应散热器20的安装柱25。这些连接柱420两侧设有若干加强肋425以连接本体42与边框41并增加固定连接柱420的强度。该本体42向内延伸有一半圆形的遮光板43,使得本体42顶部形成与遮光板43对应的半圆形透光孔44。本体42与遮光板43整体向上稍凸,以对应灯罩30。
请一并参阅图4,上述发光二极管灯具组装时,先将发光二极管模组10固定在散热器20的基座21上,同时将电源驱动模组70固定在散热器20的导热筒24中,通过后盖242将其封闭;然后,将防水垫圈50套设在该灯罩30的凸缘33一并放置在基座21上,将压环60压在防水垫圈50上方;最后,将前盖40罩设散热器20的基座21、发光二极管模组10以及灯罩30,螺钉80穿过前盖40的连接柱420、压环60的定位部62进而螺合在散热器20的安装柱25中。其中,前盖40的侧壁41超过基座21将散热鳍片27的上部分围设。此时,整个发光二极管灯具完成安装。
发光二极管灯具工作时,发光二极管14发出的光线透过灯罩30以及前盖40的透光孔44照射出去。由于前盖40的遮光板43的作用,使得发光二极管灯具照射出来的光线可以根据实际需要朝向一侧,例如该发光二极管灯具安装在墙壁较高处时,遮光板43位于上侧使得光线朝下;发光二极管灯具安装在墙壁较低处时,遮光板43位于下侧使得光线朝上照射,减少对人的眼睛的直射。当该发光二极管灯具安装在天花板上朝下照射时,遮光板43可以去掉,起全面照射的作用。散热器20可对发光二极管模组10进行散热,以保证发光二极管模组10处于正常的工作温度范围内,且散热器20结构简单,易于制造,可有效降低发光二极管灯具的成本。另外,前盖40的侧壁41将置于发光二极管灯具底部的散热器20的散热鳍片27部分围住,在不影响散热器20的散热性能的同时很好地保护了散热鳍片27。

Claims (9)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器、一贴设于该散热器上方的发光二极管模组、一安装于散热器上并且将发光二极管模组罩设于其内的灯罩,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一基座、一自基座底面中部向下垂直延伸的导热筒以及形成于所述基座底部且环绕所述导热筒的若干散热鳍片,这些散热鳍片自该导热筒的外壁放射性延伸,所述发光二极管模组贴置于基座顶面与导热筒对应的位置处。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基座呈圆形,每一散热鳍片之间形成散热通道,每一散热鳍片中部设置一缺口,这些散热鳍片的缺口共同形成圆形的沟槽,该沟槽垂直连通所述散热通道。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩底部设有一凸缘,该凸缘收容于一防水垫圈中。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一压环,该压环具有一抵靠在所述防水垫圈上的抵靠部以及自抵靠部延伸的定位部,该定位部固定在散热器的基座上。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一固定在该散热器上并将灯罩罩设于其内的前盖,该前盖包括一圆环状的本体、自本体向下延伸的侧壁及自本体向内延伸的遮光板。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述遮光板呈半圆形设置,以遮住发光二极管发出的一部分光线。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述侧壁超过该散热器的基座以将散热鳍片的上部分围设。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一收容于导热筒内的电源驱动模组,以及一安装于导热筒的底部的后盖以将电源驱动模组封闭在导热筒中。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述后盖中部设有一中心孔,一护线套卡设在该中心孔中以保护从电源驱动模组引出的电线。
