技术领域
本发明涉及金属热处理技术领域,尤其是一种锻造余热淬火工艺。
背景技术
目前的锻造余热淬火技术是利用工件锻造自身的余热,通过检测、挑选、保温等入PGA淬火,该技术先期主要存在的缺陷是个别工件由于形状、厚度等不同,存在冷却快慢的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种锻造余热淬火工艺,基本实现了超温报警,节省了大量电力。
为达到上述目的本发明所采取的技术方案是:由自动测温、报警挑选、恒温保温、淬火四个步骤实现。
本发明所提供锻造余热淬火工艺,节省了二次加热所需的大量电力、物力等,从而节约了成本,另外还减少了热辐射及环境污染,提高了产品质量。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明:
如图所示,该工艺由自动测温、报警挑选、恒温保温、淬火四个步骤实现,专门增加了一个恒温保温装置,配合计算机控制的红外测温仪,基本实现了超温报警,从而节省了大量的电力,减少了盐炉等环境污染。
