本燃烧制气两用炉是一种全新概念的产品,它主要由蓄热体、点火器、绝垫层、出灰器、送料器构成。它的主要优点在于:产气稳定可调,产气质量好、适用范围广。

本发明涉及一种气化炉,特别涉及一种燃烧气化两用炉。
背景技术:
目前,制气炉分为固化床气化炉与流化床气化炉。此两种气化炉的缺点在于燃气质量不易控制,产气效率低。
发明内容:
本发明为克服上述气化炉所存在的缺点,提供了一种全新的气化炉制造方法。本气化炉采取的技术方案是:由送料器10、进料控制器9、构成燃料供给系统,由蓄热体8、与绝热层7、电点火器6、火床5、助燃气进口4、炉壁11、燃气出口1、等共同构成燃气发生器,出灰器2、灰池3构成出灰系统。
本发明的优点在于1、可合理稳定的进行燃料气化;2、气化温度可稳定调控;3、产气质量高;4、本气化炉的适用范围具有广意性。

长方型块状蓄热材料(8)码放在火床(5)上面,电点火器(6)按装在炉壁(11)内的下部,气体出口(1)与助燃气进口(4)按装在炉壁(11)的下部,绝垫层(7)套装在炉壁(11)的外部,送料器(10)按装在炉壁(11)的顶部,其内部按装有进料控制器(9),出灰器(2)按装在炉壁(11)的底部,其一端装有灰池(3)。

  1. 一种制气燃气两用炉,其主要技术特征是:长方型块状蓄热材料(8)码放在火床(5)上面,电点火器(6)按装在炉壁(11)内的下部,气体出口(1)与助燃气进口(4)按装在炉壁(11)的下部,绝垫层(7)套装在炉壁(11)的外部,送料器(10)按装在炉壁(11)的顶部,其内部按装有进料控制器(9),出灰器(2)按装在炉壁(11)的底部,其一端装有灰池(3)。
