本发明涉及饮料配制器,特别涉及包括分量控制的配制器。
一种采用流量计、流量控制器、一个微处理机和分量控制的饮料配制系统如美国专利US-4487333所述的公知的。该系统的一个目的是不必每周从机械上调整流量控制,而自动地使配制后的饮料中的果汁与水达到正确比值。该系统可借助一个杯子推动杠杆臂去制作配制阀或者借助分量控制来使用。例如,推压小号、中号、大号或特大号按钮中的任一个,分量控制则使相应饮料容量自动分配给该杯子。采用机械流量控制和分量控制的饮料配制阀是公知的。分量控制包括一个R-C定时电路,由于元件值的变化,超过一定工作时限,该电路的设定就会漂移,那就得由熟练的服务员重新设定。
本发明涉及一种饮料配制设备,包括一个配制阀、一个水管道、一个果汁管道、每个管道各有的一个流量控制阀、控制果汁与水比值的装置和一个包括基于定时器的微处理机的分量控制装置,该 分量控制装置完成饮料配制使其达到满杯。在主注入周结束后,补满注入(topping    off)周有一个等待泡沫下沉的时间周期,然后再注满杯子,此补满注入周可重复数次。
本发明的目的在于提供改进的具有自动比值控制、分量控制和自动补满注入的饮料配制设备。
结合附图,从下面的详细描述,将对本发明加深理解。图中相同的标号对应于相同的元部件。
图1是本发明的饮料配制设备的部分示意图;
图2是依本发明的另一实施例的饮料配制设备的示意图。
现在参看附图,图1表示一个饮料配制设备10。它包括一个具有喷口14的配制阀12,一个与之相连的水管道16,一个与之相连的果汁管道18,水管道16上的一个流量计20和一个流量控制器22,果汁管道18上的一个流量计24和一个流量控制器26,以及一个与两个流量计和两个流量控制器相连的微处理机控制装置28,该微处理机控制装置28包括一个分量控制装置30。
除上述公知设备之外,本发明还包括补满注入装置,用以在主注入周终了后的一段时间周期之后,执行一次或多次的补满注入周。本发明的优点在于微处理机中的充分记忆一直有效,它指导微机对于数次的补满注入周的每一次和对用于可从配制阀12配制的多种不同软饮料的每一种的多用香料阀,为使泡沫下沉要等待多长时间,补满注入周要持续多长时间。
即不同的软饮料产生不同量的泡沫,而它又需要不同的下沉时间,不同的饮料需要的补满注入周的次数也不同。而且,等待泡沫下沉的时间长短和满注入周所需的时间长短还依赖于杯子的大小以及它是第一次,第二次还是第三次补满注入周。不管怎样,这种数据是很容易通过实验获得的。一旦获得,微处理机有足够的记忆能力将它存储起来,并用以控制配制阀12在补满注入周内工作。
在一优选的实施例中,对无糖可乐和中号杯子,第一次补满注入周之前的等待时间是3秒,第一次补满注入周为1.5秒,第二次补满注入周之前的等待时间是2秒,第二次补满注入周为0.75秒。
执行本发明补满注入的软件是很容易由所属技术人员开发的。
图2表示依本发明另一个优选实施例的饮料配制器40。
现存的设备提供用软饮料配制阀注满杯子的分量控制。这些器件包括一个R-C定时电路,它使软饮料配制阀在预定时间内开通。操作员可根据待注杯子的大小选择四种不同的时间周期。时间周期可用螺丝刀调节一个电位器而被设定。
超过一定工作时限,由于元件的变化设定会漂移,就必须由熟练的服务员重新设定。如果被配制的物品产生过量的泡沫,定时器必须设定到不使泡沫溢出杯子之值。当泡沫下沉后,杯子不会全满。
图2所示的实施例包括一个基于定时器的微处理机42,该电路可以记住四种不同规格饮料的适当次数。除了记住每种规格所需的时间量之外,阀门12还可以记住在主注入周结束后等待泡沫不沉需 要多长时间,在等待周期之后应开通多长时间用于一个补满注入周。
为了设定定时器的值,操作员把基于定时器的微处理机42置于其编程或记忆模式。一旦处于记忆模式,操作员推压待设定的规格按钮,阀门12开始流通。在阀门流通的同时,基于定时器的微处理机42就记录下了阀门已经流通的时间量。当泡沫达到杯子口时,操作员让手离开规格按钮,阀门停止流通。此刻,基于定时器的微处理机42在它的存储器内寄存了阀门初始开通的时间周期(主注入周)并监视阀门关断的时间周期(等待期)。当泡沫下沉之后,操作员再次推压规格按钮,阀门再次开通(用于一个补满注入周)直到操作员完成注满杯子。该定时器现在已寄存了第一次开通时间,随后的关断时间,并监视阀门以确定第二次开通时间。定时器能够记忆多至三次的开通时间并间以两次关断时间。
此刻,对此规格的编程已被完成。操作员可以给另一种规格编程,也可以退除编程模式。
一旦退除编程模式,当推压此规格的按钮时,基于定时器的微处理机42将重复编程模式中记忆的开通/关断方式。由于次数是基于晶体振荡器的时钟脉冲,因而定时器是可以重复的而又不漂移的。
基于定时器的微处理机42使用的是Intel8051微处理机,正如所属技术领域的技术人员所了解的,其他型号的微处理机也可以使用。
虽然,本发明的优选实施例在前面已详细描述。但应当理解,没 有脱离本发明的精神和范畴的变化和改型是可以做得到的。例如,虽然附图所示的阀门12是一个单用香料阀门,但本发明也可以用多种香料阀门。

Claims (7)

1、一种饮料配制设备,包括一个配制阀和喷口,将果汁和充有碳酸气的水混合在一起,并把该混合物配制成为一种饮料由喷口输出;一个与上述配制阀相连的果汁管道,用以将果汁送到配制阀;一个与上述配制阀相连的汽水管道,用以把充有碳酸气的水送到配制阀;上述每一管道内的控制阀;和与上述每一控制阀相连的控制装置,用以控制通过上述配制阀的果汁和碳酸水的流量,所述控制装置包括执行主注入周的分量控制装置和微处理器式定时器,用以配制来自上述配制阀的饮料的几种不同选定容量中的任一种;其改进的特征在于:
分量控制装置包括执行一预编程的补满注入周期的装置,在主注入周期已经结束后的一段等待时间之后,产生补满注入周期。
2、如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述控制装置包括用以执行多个分开的补满注入周期的装置。
3、如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述控制装置包括在不同时间期间内和对各种不同果汁在不同等待周期之后执行所述补满注入周期的装置。
4、如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述补满装置包括对每种所述注入果汁执行一补满周期的装置。
5、如权利要求4所述的设备,其中所述补满装置包括执行多个分开的补满注入周期的装置。
6、如权利要求4所述的设备,其中对于不同的果汁配制,所述等待周期时间和所述补满注入周期时间是不同的。
7、如权利要求1所述的设备,其中每一所述管道中安装有一流量计。
