Abstract

本发明提供一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖及一按钮,该电池盖具有一卡钩,该按钮上设有一卡扣件,该按钮上延伸一复位件,该复位件一端固定在该机体上,该复位件提供弹力,使该卡钩可脱离地卡合于该卡扣件上。该电池盖卡锁结构通过该按钮上的卡扣件与电池盖的卡钩配合,从而来卡固电池盖于机体上,拆装时只需轻轻按压该按钮即可解锁。

电池盖卡锁结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池盖卡锁结构,尤其是关于一种应用于移动电话等便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构。
背景技术
移动电话及个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置的应用日益广泛,而提供便携式电子装置能量的电池因随着能量消耗,不得不进行更换,为使电池安装方便,人们设计出许多电池盖卡锁结构。
现有的便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构多采用卡钩和扣锁结构卡固于本体上,即在电池盖一端设置一对卡钩,另一端设置一卡锁销,对应的在机体一端设置一对卡槽,另一端设置一扣锁孔。安装时,先将电池盖的卡钩插入机体的卡槽,再将电池盖以该卡槽为轴朝向机体方向旋转并按压该电池盖直至电池盖的卡锁销卡入机体的扣锁孔中。
该类电池盖安装后虽与机体结合紧密且牢固,但拆装时较费力,操作不方便,而且用力过大还会损坏电池盖,较为严重的情况下甚至造成便携式电子装置的损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种操作方便的电池盖卡锁结构。
一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖及一按钮,该电池盖具有一卡钩,该按钮上设有一卡扣件,该按钮上延伸一复位件,该复位件一端固定在该机体上,该复位件提供弹力,使该卡钩可脱离地卡合于该卡扣件上。
相较于现有技术,本发明电池盖卡锁结构通过该按钮上的卡扣件与电池盖的卡钩的配合,从而来卡固电池盖于机体上,拆装时只需轻轻按压该按钮即可解锁。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种电池盖卡锁结构,其适用于移动电话等便携式电子装置,在本实施例中以移动电话为例加以说明。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明电池盖卡锁结构10包括一机体11、一电池盖12及一按钮13。
所述机体11包括一顶壁111、一与该顶壁111相对设置的底壁112以及连接该顶壁111及底壁112的一左侧壁113、一右侧壁114。该顶壁111、底壁112、左侧壁113及右侧壁114围成一矩形的容置槽115,用于容置移动电话的电池(图未示)及电路板等电子元件(图未示)于其内。该底壁112上开设有一矩形缺口116,该缺口116与容置槽115相连通。该机体11靠近该缺口116一侧的底壁112上凸设一固定部117,该固定部117大致呈“L”板状结构,其内表面向该容置槽115方向凸设一定位柱118。
所述电池盖12用于盖设在机体11的容置槽115上以遮蔽电池。该电池盖12大致呈矩形片状,其具有一底壁121及由该底壁121的周缘弯折而成的周壁122,由所述周壁122及底壁121共同围成一收容腔123。该电池盖12的周壁122对应所述缺口116处延伸一卡钩124,该卡钩124包括一本体125及一钩部126,该本体125大致为一矩形板状结构。该钩部126由该本体125的一端沿垂直于该本体125并向收容腔123内侧延伸。
所述按钮13包括一按压部131及一复位件136,所述按压部131与该复位件136是一体成型的。该按压部131具有一按压面1311及一相对的底面1312。临近按压部131的底面1312两侧分别设置一大致呈“L”形的凸棱1314。一卡扣件132垂直的凸设在该底面1312上,并位于二凸棱1314之间。该卡扣件132与该底面1312垂直的表面上开设一矩形开口1321,该矩形开口1321用于与卡钩124配合。
该复位件136包括一弹性部1361及一卡合部1362。该弹性部1361大致呈一“U”形,其一端固定在该底面1312上,并与其中一凸棱1314相交设置。该卡合部1362由该弹性部1361的另一端沿着平行于底面1312的方向延伸,该卡合部1362的表面开设一通孔1363,该卡合部1362可通过该通孔1363套设并固定在该定位柱118上。
请一并结合参阅图3及图4,装配时,首先将卡合部1362通过通孔1363套设在定位柱118上,并将定位柱118与卡合部1362热熔为一体,从而使按钮13的按压部131容置于该缺口116上。此时,复位件136预设一弹力使得按钮13的凸棱1314紧紧抵持于机体11的底壁112的内侧,如此即将该按钮13安装在该机体11上。
需将该电池盖12盖设于该机体11上时,首先将该电池盖12与该容置槽115对准。然后按压该电池盖12,使该钩部126穿过该卡扣件132的矩形开口1321使该钩部126卡持在该卡扣件132上,以将电池盖12固定在该机体11上。
请参阅图5,需开启该电池盖12时,只需按压该按钮13的按压面1311使得按钮13克服复位件136的弹力朝容置槽115滑移,直至钩部126脱离该卡扣件132的限制。此时,对该电池盖12施加一外力,使钩部126脱离该卡扣件132,从而开启该电池盖12。然后释放该按钮13,该按钮13在复位件136弹性回复力的作用下返回至初始位置。
可以理解,该复位件136的卡合部1362也可粘接于机体11上。
可以理解,该复位件136的卡合部1362也可螺纹连接于机体11上。
本发明电池盖卡锁结构10通过该按钮13上的卡扣件132与电池盖12的配合,从而来卡固电池盖12于机体11上,拆装时只需轻轻按压该按钮13即可解锁。

Claims (9)

1.一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖及一按钮,该电池盖具有一卡钩,该按钮上设有一卡扣件,其特征在于:该按钮上延伸一复位件,该复位件一端固定在该机体上,该复位件提供弹力,使该卡钩可脱离地卡合于该卡扣件上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述复位件包括一弹性部及一卡合部,该弹性部一端固定在该按钮上,该卡合部由该弹性部的另一端延伸并固定在该机体上。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该机体上凸设一定位柱,该卡合部上开设一通孔,该卡合部通过通孔套设在该定位柱上。
4.如权利要求2所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该弹性部为“U”形。
5.如权利要求4所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该卡合部由该弹性部的另一端沿着平行于该按钮的方向延伸。
6.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按钮具有一底面,该底面两侧分别设置一凸棱。
7.如权利要求6所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述机体的底壁开设一缺口,该按钮容置在该缺口中,所述凸棱抵持在该缺口边缘的底壁上。
8.如权利要求7所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该卡扣件凸设在该按钮的底面上,该卡扣件上开设一开口。
9.如权利要求8所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该卡钩包括一钩部,其可脱离地卡合在该开口内。
