Abstract

本发明提供一种包装材料,该包装材料包括一基层及形成于该基层一表面上的一缓冲层,该基层由聚苯乙烯及添加剂组成,该缓冲层由硅胶材料制成。该包装材料具有很好的缓冲减震功能。本发明还提供一种上述包装材料的制备方法及一种由该包装材料制成的包装制品。

包装材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料,尤其涉及一种减震缓冲的吸塑包装材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在物质产品极为丰富的今天,人们对产品的性能以及外观质量的要求越来越严格,而产品包装结构的设计及材料的使用是否科学合理就成了影响产品外观质量的一个重要因素。因为大多数产品从生产到销售乃至被消费者使用的过程中都离不开包装,如果包装结构的设计及材料的使用不合理,很容易造成被包装产品外观质量的损坏和脏污。
比如,在产品的流通过程中,为了运输的方便,通常会将产品通过货运托盘成批包装。现有的货运托盘大多为聚苯乙烯(PS)材料通过注塑或吸塑等方式做成,这种材料做成的托盘主要缺点在于其表面阻尼系数较小,缓冲能力较差,产品在搬运和运输过程中,货运托盘与产品接触处不断的震动、摩擦,常常使产品表面遭到刮伤和磨损。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较好的防震缓冲作用的包装材料。
另外,还有必要提供一种上述包装材料的制备方法。
一种包装材料,该包装材料包括一基层及形成于该基层一表面上的、且与该基层热合成整体的缓冲层,该基层由聚苯乙烯及添加剂组成,该缓冲层由氨丙基硅胶材料制成。
一种包装材料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将聚苯乙烯与碳酸钙按预定质量比混合,得到一混合料;
加热上述混合料至熔融状态并保持;
提供预定用量的氨丙基硅胶,将该氨丙基硅胶加热至融熔状态并保持;
提供一成型容器,于该成型容器中射出一该熔融状的混合料层;
将该熔融状的氨丙基硅胶射出至该熔融状的混合料层之上而与该混合料层热合得到一双层整体;
冷却上述双层整体。
上述包装材料通过在硬度及强度均较大的聚苯乙烯基材的表面形成一具有较强附着力及较大静摩擦系数的硅胶缓冲层,使该包装材料具有很好的缓冲减震功能。由该包装材料制得的包装制品强度高,耐冲击性能好,有利于保护被包装物的外观质量。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明较佳实施例包装材料10包括一基层11及形成于该基层11一表面上的一缓冲层13。
该基层11由聚苯乙烯及添加剂组成,该添加剂与聚苯乙烯的质量比为1∶12~1∶8,其优选质量比为1∶10。该添加剂为碳酸钙。
该缓冲层13由硅胶材料制成。该硅胶为氨丙基硅胶,如BS32-09297-50G型号的氨丙基硅胶。一般情况下,该缓冲层13的厚度应小于基层的厚度,所以硅胶与上述聚苯乙烯的用量质量比可为4∶110~6∶90,其优选质量比为5∶100。
该包装材料10可以进行吸塑加工。
上述包装材料10的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将碳酸钙与聚苯乙烯材料(如聚苯乙烯颗粒材料)按质量比为1∶12~1∶8的比例混合均匀,得到一聚苯乙烯与碳酸钙的固体混合料。
步骤S2a:加热上述混合料至195~205℃,使该混合料熔融,并保持在该熔融状态。
步骤S2b:提供预定用量的硅胶颗粒,将该硅胶颗粒加热至195~205℃使其熔融并保持在该熔融状态。
步骤S3:提供一成型容器,将上述熔融状的聚苯乙烯与碳酸钙的混合料射出至该成型容器中,该容器优选一具有水平底面的矩形容器。
步骤S4:将该熔融状的硅胶均匀射出至该成型容器中仍处于熔融状态的混合料层之上,使该硅胶层与该混合料层热合而得到一双层整体。射出该硅胶至该混合料层上时,该混合料层最好仍处于熔融状态,以保证获得较好的热合效果。
步骤S5:对上述热合后的双层整体进行压光,使该双层整体的表面光滑平整。
步骤S6:自然冷却上述压光后的双层整体即可获得该缓冲减震的包装材料。
上述包装材料可以通过吸塑加工的方式制成多种包装制品,该包装制品可以为比如包装箱及包装盒等包装容器,也可以为包装用的缓冲垫等,还可以为货运托盘。
当该包装制品为一货运托盘时,该缓冲层的厚度可以为大约0.05mm,该基层的厚度可以为大约1mm。
上述包装材料通过在硬度及强度均较大的聚苯乙烯基材的表面形成一具有较强附着力及较大静摩擦系数(μ=0.9)的硅胶缓冲层,使该包装材料具有很好的缓冲减震功能。由该包装材料可制得强度高,耐冲击性能好,有利于保护被包装物外观质量的包装制品。

Claims (4)

1.一种包装材料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将聚苯乙烯与碳酸钙按预定质量比混合,得到一混合料;
加热上述混合料至熔融状态并保持;
提供预定用量的氨丙基硅胶,将该硅胶加热至熔融状态并保持;
提供一成型容器,于该成型容器中射出一该熔融状的混合料层;
将该熔融状的氨丙基硅胶射出至该熔融状的混合料层之上而与该混合料层热合得到一双层整体;
冷却上述双层整体。
2.如权利要求1所述的包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法还包括在该双层整体冷却前进行压光使其表面光滑平整。
3.如权利要求1所述的包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:该碳酸钙与该聚苯乙烯的质量比为1∶12~1∶8。
4.如权利要求1所述的包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:该容器为一具有水平底面的矩形容器。
