Abstract

本发明提供一种塑料片材及其制作方法。该塑料片材包括一基层,该基层包含有聚苯乙烯材料,该塑料片材还包括一形成于基层一表面的耐磨层,该耐磨层由聚丙烯及添加剂材料制成。该塑料片材的制作方法包括如下步骤:提供预定量的聚苯乙烯并将该聚苯乙烯加热至熔融状态;提供一成型容器,将该熔融的聚苯乙烯射出至该成型容器中形成一基层;提供预定量的聚丙烯与添加剂的混合料并将该混合料加热至熔融状态;提供另一成型容器,将该熔融的混合料射出至该另一成型容器中形成一耐磨层;提供一辊压机,将该基层与耐磨层辊压成型为一体。

Description

塑料片材及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料片材,尤其涉及一种具有高耐磨性能的塑料片材及该塑料片材的制作方法。
背景技术
目前,对电子产品的塑料包装片材通常要求做到具有优异的保护和防污染功能,特别是优异的耐磨擦性能。这是因为包装后的产品在运输过程中会与塑料片材发生摩擦,若该塑料片材的耐磨性较差,则其表面会很容易发生掉粉而附着于产品的表面,对产品的外观面造成污染。然而现有的常用来对电子产品进行包装的聚苯乙烯片材的耐磨性较差,在产品的运输过程中很容易发生掉粉现象,对被包装的电子产品外观面造成污染。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有高耐磨性能的塑料片材。
另外,还有必要提供一种上述塑料片材的制作方法。
一种塑料片材,其包括一基层,该基层包含有聚苯乙烯材料,该塑料片材还包括一形成于基层一表面的耐磨层,该耐磨层由聚丙烯及添加剂材料制成。
一种塑料片材的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供预定量的聚苯乙烯并将该聚苯乙烯加热至熔融状态;
提供一成型容器,将该熔融的聚苯乙烯射出至该成型容器中形成一基层;
提供预定量的聚丙烯与添加剂的混合料并将该混合料加热至熔融状态;
提供另一成型容器,将该熔融的混合料射出至该另一成型容器中形成一耐磨层;
提供一辊压机,将该基层与耐磨层辊压成型为一体。
相较于现有技术,所述塑料片材通过在聚苯乙烯基层的表面覆合一具有较强耐磨性能的耐磨层,进而提高了聚苯乙烯塑料片材的耐磨损性能,可有效防止聚苯乙烯塑料片材的掉粉现象,使被包装的产品外观面不受影响。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,本发明一较佳实施方式的塑料片材10包括一基层11及形成于基层11一表面的耐磨层13。
所述基层11主要由聚苯乙烯材料制成。该基层11中还可含少量的滑石粉。
所述耐磨层13由聚丙烯与添加剂的混合材料制成。该添加剂包括有硬脂酸、硬脂锌及色母。所述色母可为白色或彩色。所述添加剂可增强耐磨层13的耐磨擦性能及柔韧性能。该耐磨层13中聚丙烯、硬脂酸、硬脂锌及色母的质量比可在25~30∶3~8∶0.01~0.2∶0.01~0.5之间。一般情况下,该耐磨层13的厚度小于基层11的厚度。
所述塑料片材10中聚苯乙烯的含量可在55~65%之间。
请参阅图2所示,本发明一较佳实施方式制作所述塑料片材10包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:提供预定量的聚苯乙烯并将该聚苯乙烯加热至熔融状态。所述聚苯乙烯中可添加少量的滑石粉,以改善聚苯乙烯的性能。
步骤S2:提供一成型容器,将该熔融的聚苯乙烯射出至该成型容器中形成一基层11。该成型容器优选为一具有水平底面的矩形容器。该基层11的厚度可在0.8~0.9mm之间。成型后的基层11可自然冷却至室温(约20℃)。
步骤S3:将预定量聚丙烯与添加剂的混合料加热至熔融状态。所述添加剂包括有硬脂酸、硬脂锌及色母。该耐磨层13中聚丙烯、硬脂酸、硬脂锌及色母的质量比可在25~30∶3~8∶0.01~0.2∶0.01~0.5之间。
步骤S4:提供另一成型容器,将该熔融状的聚丙烯与添加剂的混合料射出至该另一成型容器中形成一耐磨层13。该耐磨层13的厚度可在0.05~0.1mm之间。成型后的耐磨层13进行自然冷却至室温(约20℃)。
步骤S5:提供一辊压机,将所述冷却后的基层11与耐磨层13辊压成型为一体,制得所述塑料片材10。
对所述塑料片材10进行了耐磨耗测试。测试方法为:采用美国进口的沙轮CS-10,在测试负重为1000g的条件下对所述耐磨层13的表面测试1000转。测试结果表明,塑料片材10的掉粉量为6~8mg,基本达到聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)塑料的耐磨耗级别(相同测试条件下掉粉约4mg),大大低于聚苯乙烯的掉粉量(约50~65mg)。
所述塑料片材10可制成为形式多样的包装片材,如包装袋、缓冲垫、托盘等。
本发明较佳实施方式的塑料片材通过在聚苯乙烯基层的表面覆合一具有较强耐磨性能的耐磨层,进而提高了聚苯乙烯塑料片材的耐磨损性能,可有效防止聚苯乙烯塑料片材的掉粉现象,使被包装的产品外观不受影响。

Claims (9)

1.一种塑料片材,其包括一基层,该基层包含有聚苯乙烯材料,其特征在于:该塑料片材还包括一形成于基层一表面的耐磨层,该耐磨层由聚丙烯及添加剂材料制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料片材,其特征在于:所述添加剂包括有硬脂酸、硬脂锌及色母。
3.如权利要求2所述的塑料片材,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯、硬脂酸、硬脂锌及色母的质量比在25~30∶3~8∶0.01~0.2∶0.01~0.5之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的塑料片材,其特征在于:所述塑料片材中聚苯乙烯的含量在55~65%之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的塑料片材,其特征在于:所述基层中还含有滑石粉。
6.一种塑料片材的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供预定量的聚苯乙烯并将该聚苯乙烯加热至熔融状态;
提供一成型容器,将该熔融的聚苯乙烯射出至该成型容器中形成一基层;
提供预定量的聚丙烯与添加剂的混合料并将该混合料加热至熔融状态;
提供另一成型容器,将该熔融的混合料射出至该另一成型容器中形成一耐磨层;
提供一辊压机,将该基层与耐磨层辊压成型为一体。
7.如权利要求6所述的塑料片材的制作方法,其特征在于:所述添加剂包括有硬脂酸、硬脂锌及色母。
8.如权利要求7所述的塑料片材的制作方法,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯、硬脂酸、硬脂锌及色母的质量比在25~30∶3~8∶0.01~0.2∶0.01~0.5之间。
9.如权利要求6所述的塑料片材的制作方法,其特征在于:所述基层与耐磨层在辊压成型前进行自然冷却。
