Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的从一种料筒中挤出膏状物料用的活塞和一种按权利要求9前序部分所述的这种料筒。
背景技术
流动的例如膏状的物料的保存和挤出用的料筒特别是在建筑业是众所周知的。物料可盛入一个薄膜袋中，以便料筒的装料或再装料。这种料筒也可具有两个或多个组成部分，各组成部分分别具有自己的薄膜袋并可共同挤出。薄膜袋可全面地或部分地、线状或点状地例如通过粘接或塑料焊接与料筒连接。有关这种薄膜袋尤其是也可理解为一种例如可从文献DE 102004056908A1中得知的吹制成型件，或者也可理解为一种把料筒内腔的一部分隔开的、例如可从文献DE 102005017599A1中得知的薄壁。
活塞可在料筒中移动，以便挤出流动物料。如果用薄膜袋且其与料筒连接在一起，则活塞应依次地从料筒解开该薄膜袋并应密封料筒，以避免可能从薄膜袋中流出的物料在挤出时在活塞和料筒之间流出，并防止空气进入而带入空气湿度。
发明内容
为此本发明的目的是提出一种合适的活塞和一种带有该活塞的料筒。
根据本发明，这个目的是通过权利要求1和9的特征部分来实现的。本发明的活塞具有一个环形的切刃，以便分开料筒内侧的一个或多个薄膜袋，这里“环形”的概念不是指绝对的“完整环形”，因为不需要在整个圆周上进行剪切动作。此外，本发明活塞具有一个用于密封料筒的环形密封件。切刃和密封件是相互连接的，它们也可通过另一个件间接地进行连接。连接可用另一种特别是比橡胶材料制成的密封件硬的材料制作切刃。本发明可选用一种适合切刃的材料并与选用另一种适合密封件的材料无关。从而可使本发明活塞的切刃的剪切功能和密封件的密封功能达到最佳化。
根据本发明的一种优选方案，活塞具有两个形状一致的活塞部分，这两个活塞部分之一具有该切刃，而另一部分则具有该密封件。这两个活塞部分例如通过扣合连接件或锁扣连接件相互连接成活塞。两个活塞部分以其一致的形状而可在同一铸塑模中相继地并用不同的材料制成。在这种情况下，切刃具有像密封件一样的形状，该密封件例如具有环形密封边。
本发明的一种方案用环形密封唇口作为密封件。密封唇口的形状也适合切刃的形状，如果后者用较硬的材料和密封唇口用弹性较大的材料制作的话。
本发明的一种方案采用一个扣合连接件或锁扣连接件来连接切刃和密封件。扣合连接件或锁扣连接件无需附件零件即可构成，且装配零件可用最少的工作量连接在活塞上。扣合连接件或锁扣连接件适合自动化连接并适合系列生产。
切刃在挤出方向最好布置在密封件之前，以便它在密封件前挤出时切开料筒的薄膜袋。而在挤出方向后面的密封件则确保可能从薄膜袋中流出的物料不通过活塞并防止空气湿度侵入。在挤出时薄膜袋被破坏，所以袋内的物料流出。活塞具有物料容器，该容器例如可由一个在具有切刃和密封件的活塞部分之间的空腔构成。该容器的入口位于切刃和密封件之间。该入口可以是环形的，物料经该入口进料、再经切刃进入活塞的容器。
本发明的一个方案在活塞内设置有一个例如可用塞子堵死的排气孔，以便在活塞引入料筒时可排出空气。
如果活塞由两个相同的活塞部分组成，则本发明的一个优选方案是这两个活塞部分都有排气孔并可相互旋转。在一定的旋转位置内，这两个活塞部分的排气孔连通，或者说一个活塞部分在任何情况下都不会遮盖另一个活塞部分的排气孔。在这两个活塞部分的这个旋转位置内，活塞可进入料筒，且空气可通过活塞部分的排气孔从料筒排出。而在这两个活塞部分的另一个旋转位置内，则一个活塞部分可封闭另一个活塞部分的排气孔，所以流动物料在料筒挤出时不可能通过活塞部分的排气孔排出。
权利要求9是结合用于料筒活塞的上述方案来说明的，详见上面的说明。

具体实施方式
图1和2所示的本发明活塞1具有两个活塞部分2、3，它们在图1中作为单个零件示出并在图2中组成活塞1。这两个活塞部分2、3的形状和尺寸相同，但用不同的塑料制成。这两个活塞部分2、3以其相同的形状而可在同一铸塑模中但不同时制造。
活塞部分2具有一个环形切刃4，而活塞部分3则具有一个带密封边6作为密封件的环形密封唇5。具有切刃4的活塞部分2用硬的即抗弯的塑料制成，而具有密封唇5的活塞部分3则用适合作密封材料的弹性塑料制成。由于两个活塞部分2、3的相同形状，活塞部分2具有一个环形唇口7，其横截面相当于密封唇口5的横截面，且其环形边构成切刃4。在其底部，唇口7和密封唇口5一体变成一个圆盘形的底面8。底面8在中心在凸缘9的一侧具有一个未示出的活塞杆的管形容纳孔14(图3)。
在相反的方向内，像唇口7和密封唇口5那样，从两个活塞部分2、3凸起一个管形的凸缘9，该凸缘通过缝隙10分成若干区段11。凸缘9的横截面呈钩形(见图3和4)。唇口7和密封唇口5在其内侧有一个环形的向内凸起的嵌缘12，该嵌缘与凸缘9共同作用：即密封唇口5的嵌缘12与具有切刃4的活塞部分2的凸缘9构成一个扣合连接件13，这个扣合连接件像在图2、3和4看出那样，相当于一个按钮通过扣合把两个活塞部分2、3连接在一起。通过缝隙10把凸缘9分成区段11，使弹性变形增加，以便扣合连接件13实现扣合。两个活塞部分2、3原则上也可按图示相反的方向通过扣合连接件13的扣合实现连接，但具有切刃4的活塞部分2在挤出方向布置在具有密封唇口5的另一活塞部分3的前面。也即凸缘9在密封唇口5的内侧扣合在嵌缘12上，而切刃4则自由凸出活塞1。
如图3和4所示，包括两个用扣合连接件13相互连接在一起的活塞部分2、3的活塞1被装在一个料筒15中，料筒15装有可流动的例如膏状的物料，该物料可通过活塞1的移动被挤出。料筒15可包括多个例如两个组成部分，它们在料筒15中用薄膜袋相互隔开。作为这种未示出的薄膜袋紧贴在料筒15的一壁的内侧并例如呈直线形以一条沿料筒15纵向延伸的粘接缝或塑料焊缝16固定在料筒15的内侧。在挤出物料时，活塞1的切刃4切开料筒15内侧的薄膜袋。如果例如由于损坏而使物料的一部分从薄膜袋流出并从切刃4“撞出”时，密封唇口5则阻止物料通过活塞1流出料筒15。此外，密封唇口5阻止空气进入料筒而防止了空气湿度的侵入。从薄膜袋流出的物料被密封唇口5向内引导并通过凸缘9的缝隙10流入两个活塞部分2、3的底面8之间的空腔中。底面8之间的空腔构成从薄膜袋流出的并从切刃4“撞出”的物料的容器17，而凸缘9的缝隙10则构成容器17的入口。密封唇口5由于具有弹性也可在料筒15内侧的不平整的区域例如在粘接或塑料焊接缝16的区域实现密封。
两个活塞部分2、3各有一个排气孔18。该排气孔在本实施例中具有圆柱形孔的形状并轴向平行偏心设置在一个径向肋21对接一个管形肋20的部位。通过按钮式扣合连接的活塞部分2、3可相互转动，所以两个活塞部分2、3的排气孔18可以对准并由此相互连通。在活塞部分2、3的这个旋转位置内，活塞1可引入料筒15中，且空气可通过排气孔18从料筒15排出。通过两个活塞部分2、3的相互旋转，一个活塞部分2可封闭另一个活塞部分3的排气孔18，如图4所示。为了可靠的密封，活塞部分2、3具有球形闭锁塞子19，该闭锁塞子是这样布置的，即通过活塞部分2、3的相互旋转，一个活塞部分2的闭锁塞子19可以遮盖另一个活塞部分3的排气孔18，如图4所示。闭锁塞子19改善了排气孔18密封性。当排气孔18通过两个活塞部分2、3的相互旋转被堵死后，在挤出料筒15时就不会有流动物料通过活塞1的排气孔18流出。

Claims (9)

1.从料筒(15)挤出流动物料用的活塞，这种物料装在一个薄膜袋中，其特征为，该活塞(1)具有一个用于从料筒(15)的内侧分开该薄膜袋的环形切刃(4)和一个用于密封料筒(15)内的活塞(1)的环形密封件(5)，该切刃和密封件是相互连接的。
2.按权利要求1的活塞，其特征为，活塞(1)具有两个形状一致的活塞部分(2、3)，其一个活塞部分(2)具有切刃(4)，而其另一个活塞部分(3)则具有密封件(5)，且这两个活塞部分(2、3)是相互连接的。
3.按权利要求1的活塞，其特征为，活塞(1)具有一个环形密封唇口作为密封件(5)。
4.按权利要求3的活塞，其特征为，切刃(4)的形状与密封唇口(5)吻合。
5.按权利要求1的活塞，其特征为，活塞(1)具有连接切刃(4)和密封件(5)的扣合或锁扣连接件(13)。
6.按权利要求1的活塞，其特征为，切刃(4)在挤出方向内布置在密封件(5)的前面，且活塞(1)具有一个在切刃(4)和密封件(5)之间带有一个入口(10)的物料容器(17)。
7.按权利要求1的活塞，其特征为，活塞(1)具有一个可闭锁的排气孔(18)。
8.按权利要求2的活塞，其特征为，两个活塞部分(2、3)可相互转动，且活塞部分(2、3)具有排气孔(18)，该排气孔在活塞部分(2、3)的一个旋转位置内相互连通，而在另一个旋转位置内，活塞部分(2)则堵死另一个活塞部分(3)的排气孔(18)。
