模拟吸烟烟斗
技术领域
本发明涉及药物及医药技术,并用作助于戒烟的装置。其可在不能吸烟的场所使用,例如飞机机舱或不允许吸烟的公共场所。另外,本发明的装置不需燃烧烟草即能满足吸烟者对于尼古丁的需要,同时还能隔绝烟雾和对吸烟者及周围群众健康有害的燃烧产物,例如CO、丙酮、砷、苯并芘、焦油等,此处仅提及很少一部分。
背景技术
已知的模拟吸烟装置制为香烟形状(美国专利申请20040003820)。这些已知的装置包括一内表面被皱纹纸所包裹的圆柱形主体,该皱纹纸被可使人联想到燃烧烟草的适当的芳香物质浸渍过。该装置的主体容纳一可移动的刷子,该刷子的刚毛刮擦皱纹纸以促进香味的析出。

本发明的优选实施例描述

烟斗按照下述方式使用。烟斗杆4可从烟斗柄1中拆分出来,并且胶囊6置于空腔5中。另外,烟斗杆4可连接到烟斗柄1上,此过程中,密封破坏装置12会弄破薄膜10以破坏胶囊6的密封。
另外,使用者可选择最适合他的烟斗性能。在“a”状态的性能中,吸烟者的嘴唇与烟斗的嘴部一接触,电加热器7、光源18以及声源19即被接通。使用者吸入经由烟道14且被电加热器7加热过并且饱含尼古丁或调味剂蒸汽的空气,该空气饱含尼古丁或调味剂是因为其经过了胶囊6。同时光源18和声源19在开口的空腔3中制造出烟草燃烧的效果。

在“c”状态的性能中,使用者自行通过按下按钮开关17来接通电加热器7,、光源18以及声源19。

Claims (16)

1.一种模拟吸烟烟斗,包括连为一体的烟斗柄(1)和烟锅(2),以及可从烟斗柄(1)上拆分出的烟斗杆(4),该烟斗杆(4)具有烟嘴,空腔(5)位于烟斗柄(1)和烟斗杆(4)之间的烟道(14)中,并且该空腔(5)中放置一含尼古丁或调味剂的密封胶囊(6),在烟道(14)中,电加热器(7)位于胶囊(6)之前,并与位于烟锅(2)的壁中的电源(8)相连接;
