本发明提供一种导光板组合,其包括一导光板,该导光板上开设若干光源孔,该导光板组合还包括一遮蔽板,该遮蔽板设置于该导光板上以遮蔽该光源孔,该遮蔽板由添加颜色色料的树脂制成,该导光板的光源孔处有该颜色的光导出。

导光板组合
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导光板组合,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子装置的导光板组合。
背景技术
在手机设计中,为使其在黑暗中仍可使用,常采用手机按键照明设计,一般采用发光二极管(light-emitting diode,以下简称LED)作为灯源,将该LED置于手机PCB板上,直接射向按键数字上的所需光亮处,因此要使每一个按键都能够因该LED的照射而具有均匀的亮度,在LED数量的控制上便随着设计的不同而有不同的需求量,一般需要较多数目的LED,不仅增加了成本,此外,也增加了手机的整体耗电量。为了减少LED光源数量、成本及获得均匀的光源,常将LED置于一导光板调整结构的光源孔内,从而通过该导光板组合实现传递及均化光。
虽然导光板组合可将LED点光源的亮度传递到各按键处,从而实现对各按键的照明,然而一般的导光板组合并不能对LED光源的光实现完全均匀化。具体表现为:导光板组合设置LED光源处的亮度明显高于其它未设LED光源处的亮度,如此于LED光源处形成亮点,从而破坏导光板组合的整体照明的和谐性,影响导光板组合的整体照明效果。此外,该LED光源处的亮点还可能刺痛使用者的眼睛。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可提高照明效果及舒适性的导光板组合。
一种导光板组合,其包括一导光板,该导光板上开设若干光源孔,该导光板组合还包括一遮蔽板,该遮蔽板设置于该导光板上以遮蔽该光源孔,该遮蔽板由添加颜色色料的树脂制成,该导光板的光源孔处有该颜色的光导出。
相较于现有技术,所述导光板组合,通过于导光板上设置该遮蔽板以遮蔽该光源,从而避免该导光板于其设置该光源处形成亮点,从而提高该导光板组合的照明效果及舒适性。

具体实施方式
本发明导光板组合适用于移动电话、个人数字助理(PersonalDigital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置,在本实施方式中,以用于移动电话的导光板组合为例加以说明。
请参阅图1,该移动电话100包括一电路板10及一导光板组合20。该导光板组合20设置(比如螺接)于该电路板10上。
该电路板10大致为一方形板状体,其包括一朝向该导光板组合20的表面12。该表面12上设置若干光源14。该光源14可以为发光二极管(light-emitting diode,简称为LED)。该光源14容置于该导光板组合20内,该光源14发出的光经过该导光板组合20的传导而至该移动电话100需照亮处,比如移动电话100的按键(图未示)处。
该导光板组合20包括一透明导光板22及若干遮蔽板24。
该导光板22上开设若干按键孔26及若干光源孔28。该按键孔26对应于该移动电话100的按键,其用来使该按键通过。该光源孔28对应于该光源14,其用来容置该光源14。该导光板22由热塑性树脂材料制成,比如由可由聚氯乙烯树脂(polyvinyl chloride)、聚碳酸酯树脂(polycarbonate)及聚苯乙烯(polystyrene)的一种或几种制成。
该遮蔽板24其形状大致与该光源孔28的横截面形状相当,且略大于该光源孔28的横截面。该遮蔽板24设置(比如粘胶粘结或螺钉螺接)于该导光板22上且遮蔽该光源孔28,从而遮蔽该光源孔28内的光源14。该遮蔽板24依实际需要可有不同,比如,当该导光板22的光源孔28处不希望有光导出时,该遮蔽板24可以由黑色材料(如掺有碳黑或墨的树脂)制成,反之,该遮蔽板24可以由半透明材料(如掺有少量白色金属颜料的树脂)制成。
可以理解,当该导光板22的光源孔28处需有颜色的光导出时,该遮蔽板24可由添加相应颜色色料的树脂制成。比如,当该导光板22的光源孔28处需红颜色的光导出时,该遮蔽板24可由添加红颜色色料的树脂制成。
所述导光板组合20,通过于导光板22上设置该遮蔽板24以遮蔽该光源14,从而避免该导光板22于其设置该光源14处形成亮点,从而提高该导光板组合20的照明效果及舒适性。此外,当该导光板22的光源处需要有特定颜色光导出时,该遮蔽板24可由添加该特定颜色色料的树脂制成,从而使应用该导光板组合20的移动电话100发出绚丽多彩的光。

Claims (4)

1.一种导光板组合,其包括一导光板,该导光板上开设若干光源孔,其特征在于:该导光板组合还包括一遮蔽板,该遮蔽板设置于该导光板上以遮蔽该光源孔,该遮蔽板由添加颜色色料的树脂制成,该导光板的光源孔处有该颜色的光导出。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光板组合,其特征在于:该遮蔽板粘结于该导光板上。
3.如权利要求1所述的导光板组合,其特征在于:该导光板由热塑性树脂材料制成。
4.如权利要求3所述的导光板组合,其特征在于:该热塑性材料为聚氯乙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂及聚苯乙烯的一种或几种。
