本发明公开了一种免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块,属于建筑砌块生产领域。所述砌块由以下重量配比的配料制成:二水脱硫石膏20-35份、水泥20-35份、生石灰3-10份、骨料30-40份、增强剂0.1-1份、复合激发剂0.1-1份。与现有技术相比,本发明的免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块具有节能环保、工业用地少、投资低等特点。

Description

免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑砌块生产领域,具体地说是一种免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块。
背景技术
现有技术中生产石膏砌块的方法主要是采用熟石膏粉为主要原料,加水搅拌后浇入模内成型的。而工业废品中的化学石膏(如脱硫石膏、磷石膏等,其化学成分为粉状的CaSO4·2H2O)因其自身性能方面的原因,还无法以主料的形式直接用于生产石膏砌块。要想对化学石膏进行回收利用,就必需通过如下工艺将其转换成熟石膏粉(其化学成份为半水CaSO4)后再应用于砌块生产:
(1)将化学石膏先干燥,然后对其进行煅烧脱水为半水石膏,生产过程中粉尘污染严重,需要配套庞大的除尘设备,厂房占地多,投资大。
(2)化学石膏通过高温、高压水煮的方式脱水,最后用烘干设备将其干燥成半水石膏粉,这种生产方式需要价格昂贵的离心脱水机和干燥设备。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种以二水脱硫石膏为主要配料,节能环保、工业用地少、投资低的免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块。
本发明的技术任务是按以下方式实现的:免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块,由以下重量配比的配料制成:
二水脱硫石膏          20-35份
水泥                  20-35份
生石灰                3-10份
骨料                  30-40份
增强剂                0.1-1份
复合激发剂            0.1-1份
水                    适量;
具体制备步骤为:
按照上述配比准确计量各配料后,将各配料混合均匀,并以0.15-0.5的水料比加水搅拌;
将搅拌均匀的混合料浇入砌块成型机的模具中成型;
10-30分钟后出模,烘干或自然晒干后即得砌块成品。
所述骨料为建筑砂、河砂、水淬矿渣和建筑垃圾粉碎细颗粒中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物,其粒径为0.1-1.5mm。
所述的复合激发剂由Na2SO4、木钠及胶粉混合制成,Na2SO4、木钠及胶粉的质量比为(0.5-1.5)∶(0.5-1.5)∶(7-9);
其中,胶粉为可再分散胶粉或聚乙烯醇。
所述增强剂可以选用现有技术中通用的增强剂,如玻璃纤维,植物纤维,纸粉,但是为了得到强度更好的砌块产品,优选以下增强剂:、木纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维,减水剂、早强剂中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物;
其中,减水剂为:木质素磺酸盐减水剂、萘系减水剂、蜜胺类减水剂;
早强剂为:硫酸钾、氯化钙、甲酸钙或碳酸锂。
本发明通过添加复合激发剂和增强剂等,使二水脱硫石膏这种无活性材料的活性提高,也就是利用复合激发剂降低二水脱硫石膏发生反应的条件,使物料(二水脱硫石膏、水泥和生石灰)变成气凝与水凝料混合,通过气凝反应、水化反应形成最终砌块产品。
本发明的免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块与现有技术相比具有以下突出的有益效果:
(1)克服了现有技术中不能直接以二水脱硫石膏生产石膏砌块的不足,且产品的各项技术指标完全符合国家行业标准JC/T698-1998中的各项指标要求。
(2)整个生产过程既不需要将二水脱硫石膏煅烧成半水石膏,也无需通过高温、高压水煮、烘干的方法制备半水石膏粉,而是直接利用电厂脱硫石副产物——二水脱硫石膏加入复合激发剂和骨料、水泥等生产建筑砌块,由于省去了煅烧或水煮、烘干的工艺环节,因此本发明砌块的生产过程更加节约能源,节省了煅烧设备、离心脱水机和干燥设备的投资成本及运行成本。
(3)以电厂脱硫废弃物二水脱硫石膏为主料生产建筑砌块,变废为宝,减少石膏堆积占用的土地量,具有良好的社会效益、经济效益和环保效益。
(4)本发明生产过程中无三废污染,尤其是没有粉尘的排放,既环保,又可以节省大量除尘设备的投资成本及运行成本。
(5)由于省去了若干加工工艺及设备的使用,所以只需占用少量厂房。
(6)本发明免蒸压养护,不但能利用自动化程度高、工艺参数控严格的砌块生产线进行砌块生产,而且也能在工艺简单、设备条件差的砌块生产设备上进行生产,更便于推广应用。
具体实施方式
以具体实施例对本发明的免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块作以下详细地说明。
实施例一:
生产设备:
计量装置、混合机、搅拌机、砌块模具、砌块成型机;
生产工艺为:
1、首先将免煅烧二水脱硫石膏30Kg、普通硅酸盐水泥30Kg、生石灰5Kg、建筑砂(粒径为0.1--1mm)35Kg、木纤维0.5Kg、复合激发剂0.5Kg以0.15的水料比计量准确后输送入混合机中混合均匀,其中,复合激发剂由质量比为1∶1∶8的Na2SO4、木钠及可再分散胶粉混合而成;
2、将搅拌均匀的混合料浇入砌块成型机的模具中成型;
3、10分钟后将成型的砌块从模具中顶出,烘干后即得砌块成品。
实施例二:
生产设备:
计量装置、混合机、搅拌机、砌块模具、砌块成型机;
生产工艺为:
1、首先将免煅烧二水脱硫石膏25Kg、矿渣水泥33Kg、生石灰8Kg、建筑垃圾粉碎细颗粒(粒径为0.2-1.2mm)38Kg、萘系减水剂0.6Kg、复合激发剂0.7Kg以0.15的水料比计量准确后输送入混合机中混合均匀,其中,复合激发剂由质量比为1∶1.2∶8.5的Na2SO4、木钠及可再分散胶粉混合而成;
2、将搅拌均匀的混合料浇入砌块成型机的模具中成型;
3、20分钟后将成型的砌块从模具中顶出,自然晒干后即得砌块成品。
实施例三:
生产设备:
计量装置、混合机、搅拌机、砌块模具、砌块成型机;
生产工艺为:
1、首先将免煅烧二水脱硫石膏30Kg、矿渣水泥25Kg、生石灰4Kg、河砂(粒径为0..2-1.5mm)32Kg、甲酸钙0.6Kg、复合激发剂0.6Kg以0.17的水料比计量准确后输送入混合机中混合均匀,其中,复合激发剂由质量比为1∶0.8∶7.5的Na2SO4、木钠及聚乙烯醇混合而成;
2、将搅拌均匀的混合料浇入砌块成型机的模具中成型;
3、20分钟后将成型的砌块从模具中顶出,自然晒干后即得砌块成品。

Claims (3)

1.免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块,其特征在于:该砌块由以下重量配比的配料制成:

所述复合激发剂由Na2SO4、木钠及胶粉混合制成,Na2SO4、木钠及胶粉的质量比为(0.5-1.5)∶(0.5-1.5)∶(7-9);
所述胶粉为可再分散胶粉或聚乙烯醇;
具体制备步骤为:
按照上述配比准确计量各配料后,将各配料混合均匀,并以0.15-0.3的水料比加水搅拌;
将搅拌均匀的混合料浇入砌块成型机的模具中成型;
10-30分钟后出模,烘干或自然晒干后即得砌块成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块,其特征在于:所述增强剂是玻璃纤维、植物纤维、减水剂、早强剂中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的免煅烧免蒸压养护脱硫石膏砌块,其特征在于:所述的减水剂为木质素磺酸盐减水剂、萘系减水剂、蜜胺类减水剂中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物;所述的早强剂为:硫酸钾、氯化钙、甲酸钙或碳酸锂中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物。
