Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于超声减脂设备的波源承载装置,包括波源夹持装置、铰链螺钉、浮动支架、滑动机构、弹簧和铰链。当超声减脂设备运行时,波源被置于波源放置孔中,通过增大波源上下浮动行程及弹力的调节,保证在一定范围内波源可以始终与受试者皮肤表面接触,而不至被挤压或推移。

本发明涉及一种波源承载装置,特别是涉及一种用于超声减脂设备的波源承载装置。
背景技术
目前,由于超声减脂设备并不常见,还没有用于超声减脂设备的波源承载装置。借助耦合剂的辅助作用,波源紧贴受试者作用区域皮肤,既不能脱离,又不能压力过大,但是,当超声减脂设备运行时,人体表面高度变化较大,这就要求波源能够快速跟随高度的变化而得到调节,从而避免受试者皮肤被挤压或推移。
发明内容
本发明一种用于超声减脂设备的波源承载装置旨在提供一种用于超声减脂设备的波源承载装置。
本发明一种用于超声减脂设备的波源承载装置的技术方案如下:
本发明一种用于超声减脂设备的波源承载装置包括波源夹持装置、铰链螺钉、浮动支架、滑动机构、弹簧和铰链。
所述的波源夹持装置由两个半圆形结构扣接而成,形成波源放置孔,所述的两个半圆形结构的一个接触点由铰链固定连接,另一个接触点由铰链螺钉固定锁紧,并且铰链螺钉能够调节,以适应不同大小的波源;浮动支架是两根平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆,位于其中一个所述的半圆形结构之上并通过螺钉固定连接成为一个整体;滑动机构是一个长方体结构,并且留有可以供所述的浮动支架的两根平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆自由穿梭的两个通孔,所述的两个通孔起到引导所述的平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆方向的作用,并且所述的两个通孔内表面光滑,以便减小与所述的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆之间的摩擦力,所述的滑动机构上有可以与超声减脂设备的机械臂固定的4个螺纹孔;所述的弹簧有两根,分别置于所述的浮动支架的两根平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆顶端的平光垫片和底端的直线轴承之间。
当超声减脂设备运行时,波源被置于波源放置孔中,并由波源夹持装置、铰链螺钉和铰链固定,承载波源后的波源承载装置通过滑动机构上留有的个4个螺纹孔与超声减脂设备的机械臂连接。由于弹簧分担了一部分波源的重力,实际波源对人体的压力相当于波源总重量与弹簧弹力的差值。
本发明一种用于超声减脂设备的波源承载装置的有益效果在于:通过增大波源上下浮动行程及弹力的调节,保证在一定范围内波源可以始终与受试者皮肤表面接触,并且,由于波源承载装置上存在的两根表面光滑的平行的导向杆和滑动机构的存在,使得所述的超声减脂设备在运行时摩擦力很小,避免了受试者皮肤表面被挤压。

具体实施方式
参见附图1,本发明一种用于超声减脂设备的波源承载装置的波源夹持装置1由两个半圆形结构扣接而成,形成波源放置孔,所述的两个半圆形结构的一个接触点由铰链6固定连接,另一个接触点由铰链螺钉2固定锁紧,并且铰链螺钉2能够调节,以适应不同大小的波源;浮动支架3是两根平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆,位于其中一个所述的半圆形结构之上并通过螺钉固定连接成为一个整体;滑动机构4是一个长方体结构,并且留有可以供所述的浮动支架3的两根平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆自由穿梭的两个通孔,所述的两个通孔起到引导所述的平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆方向的作用,并且所述的两个通孔内表面光滑,以便减小与所述的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆之间的摩擦力,所述的滑动机构4上有可以与超声减脂设备的机械臂固定的4个螺纹孔;所述的弹簧5有两根,分别置于所述的浮动支架3的两根平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆顶端的平光垫片7和底端的直线轴承8之间。
参见附图2,当超声减脂设备运行时,波源9被置于波源放置孔中,并由波源夹持装置1、铰链螺钉2和铰链6固定,承载波源9后的波源承载装置通过滑动机构4上留有的4个罗纹孔按照附图3所示的方式与超声减脂设备的机械臂连接,由于波源9紧贴受试者作用区域皮肤,既不能脱离,又不能压力过大,但是,当超声减脂设备运行时,人体表面高度变化较大,这就要求波源能够快速跟随高度的变化,从而避免受试者皮肤被挤压或推移。由于弹簧5分担了一部分波源9的重力,实际波源9对人体的压力相当于波源9及其承载装置总重量与弹簧5弹力的差值。通过增大波源上下浮动行程及弹力的调节,保证在一定范围内波源可以始终与受试者皮肤表面接触。

1.一种用于超声减脂设备的波源承载装置,其特征在于:包括波源夹持装置、铰链螺钉、浮动支架、滑动机构、弹簧和铰链:
所述的波源夹持装置(1)由两个半圆形结构扣接而成,形成波源放置孔,所述的两个半圆形结构的一个接触点由铰链(6)固定连接,另一个接触点由铰链螺钉(2)固定锁紧,并且铰链螺钉(2)能够调节;浮动支架(3)是两根平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆,位于其中一个所述的半圆形结构之上并通过螺钉固定连接成为一个整体;滑动机构(4)是一个长方体结构,并且留有可以供所述的浮动支架(3)的两根平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆自由穿梭的两个通孔,并且所述的两个通孔内表面光滑,所述的滑动机构(4)上有可以与超声减脂设备的机械臂固定的4个螺纹孔;所述的弹簧(5)有两根,分别置于所述的浮动支架(3)的两根平行的表面光滑的耐磨的导向杆顶端的平光垫片(7)和底端的直线轴承(8)之间。
