技术领域
本发明涉及一种分切卷绕机。
背景技术
如从现有技术中所公知的,纤维幅材,例如纸幅或纸板幅,是经由多台机器而制造的,所述多台机器共同构成可长达数百米的生产线。新式纤维幅材机一年可生产超过450,000吨的幅材。造纸机的速度可超过2,000m/min(120km/h),并且幅材的宽度可超过11m;纸板机的速度通常较低。
在从现有技术中所公知的纤维幅材生产线中,生产作为一种连续的过程来进行。在机器中制成的幅材通过卷绕机而围绕卷轴(即卷筒)被卷绕成机器卷,所述机器卷的直径可大于3.5m,并且其重量可超过100吨。卷绕的目的在于将制造成平面形式的纸幅转换成可更易于加工的形式。在卷绕机上,机器的连续过程首次中断并且切换成周期性的操作。这种周期性被设法尽可能有效地实现,以便不致浪费已完成了的工作。
在生产中制成的机器卷幅材是全宽度的,并且幅材的长度甚至超过100km,因此,在从制造厂交付(用户)之前,幅材必须被切割成其宽度和长度对于制造厂的用户而言均合适的部分幅材,并围绕卷芯卷绕成所谓的用户卷。如从现有技术中所公知地,这种切割和卷绕是在适合的、单独的机器(即分切卷绕机)中进行的。
如从现有技术中所公知的,在分切卷绕机中,机器卷被开卷,宽的幅材在切割部中被切割成多个较窄的部分幅材,所述部分幅材在卷绕部围绕芯(例如卷轴)被卷绕成用户卷。当制成用户卷后,停止分切卷绕机,并将这些卷(即所谓的卷组)从机器上移走;其后,该过程随着新的卷组被卷绕而继续进行。这些阶段被周期性地重复,直至机器卷中的纤维幅材用尽,由此执行机器卷的更换,并且随着新的机器卷的卷绕而再次开始操作。
如从现有技术中所公知的,在与切割相关的分切卷绕机的切割部中,还沿幅材的行进方向从最外侧的部分幅材的边缘切割不匀整的幅材边缘(即边料)。因为切割成部分幅材的操作是设法靠近卷收部来执行的,在同一连接中导引裁切下的边料(edge trim)是存在问题的,并且需设置例如吸入驱动(suction-driven)式边料传送系统。
如从现有技术中所公知的,在多站式卷绕机类型的分切卷绕机中,当需要切割边料时,边料切割是在两个位置/阶段进行的,即:在开卷之后且在切割部分幅材之前,在所谓的预切割部处直接切割第一边料;以及在与部分幅材的切割相关的切割部中切割实际的第二边料。如果使用预切割是不必要的,则幅材的不匀整的边缘会在部分幅材的实际切割部中被切割。在边料的切割中产生的边料通过吸入驱动式边料传送系统而被输入碎浆机中,所述碎浆机通常为指定的边料碎浆机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纤维幅材机的分切卷绕机,在该分切卷绕机中,能够容易且简单地实现将边料导引至碎浆机中。
为了实现上述目的和其他后述的目的,根据本发明的分切卷绕机主要的特征在于:该分切卷绕机包括:所述分切卷绕机的开卷站、切割部和卷收部,在所述开卷站的下方设有碎浆机,在所述分切卷绕机的开卷站与切割部之间的幅材的行进路径上设有边料切割装置,所述边料切割装置靠近所述开卷站设置,使得在所述切割部中执行将所述幅材切割成部分幅材之前,由所述边料切割装置从所述幅材的两个边缘切下的边料能够被导引至所述开卷站的碎浆机中。
根据本发明,在分切卷绕机的切割部中执行将幅材切割成部分幅材的操作之前,利用边料切割装置在边料可被容易地被导引至碎浆机的位置处切割幅材的边料。边料切割装置靠近幅材的开卷站设置,更合适地为紧随于开卷站之后设置,由此使得将边料导引至碎浆机的操作非常容易和简单。
根据本发明的有利的附加技术特征,幅材的切割边缘由测量装置监控以确保在与部分幅材的切割相关的切割部中的、最外侧的部分幅材的宽度正确,由此这些边缘能够被足够精确地保持在其位置,以使得制成的幅材卷的边缘保持足够匀整,进而使所生产的幅材卷能够交付使用,并且这些边缘根本不会再在与部分幅材切割相关的切割中被进行切割。
此外,根据本发明的有利的附加技术特征,设置有从测量装置到边料切割装置的反馈;由此,基于边缘的测量数据来调节边料切割装置的横向位置,从而使正在生产的一个或多个幅材卷的质量保持良好。

具体实施方式
附图示意性示出了本发明的实施例。在开卷站11处,从机器卷20对全宽度幅材W进行开卷,在开卷站11下方设有碎浆机14。全宽度幅材W在分切卷绕机的切割部12中被切割成部分幅材WO,所述部分幅材WO被导引入卷收部13中,在所述卷收部13中部分幅材WO通过例如托辊卷绕机而被卷绕成部分幅材卷21,在所述托辊卷绕机中,待卷绕的部分幅材卷21由两个托辊(carrier-roll)22、23支撑着被卷绕。根据本发明,在分切卷绕机的切割部12中执行将幅材切割成部分幅材WO的实际切割操作之前,在边料T可被容易地导引至碎浆机14的位置处通过边料切割装置10从全宽度幅材W的两个边缘切割边料T。边料切割装置10通常包括用于从幅材的两个边缘切下边料的装置。边料切割装置10靠近开卷站11设置,更合适地为紧随于开卷站11之后设置,因此将边料T导引至碎浆机14的操作非常容易和简单。有利地在刚要切割部分幅材之前切割边料T之后或在部分幅材切割的切割部12中,幅材边缘的位置由测量装置18进行监控;由此能够将这些幅材边缘足够精确地保持在其位置,使得制成的部分幅材卷21的边缘足够匀整,进而可交付使用;由此在与部分幅材切割相关的切割部12中无需再进行边料切割。测量装置18的测量数据被传送到测量数据处理装置16中,以确保在与部分幅材切割相关的切割部12中的最外侧的部分幅材的宽度正确。有利地,存在从测量数据处理装置16到边料切割装置10的反馈,由此边料切割装置的横向位置被基于幅材边缘的位置的测量数据来进行调节,使正被生产的卷的质量保持良好。还可以在幅材行进路径上的若干位置处定位测量装置,用以监控幅材边缘。

Claims (3)

1.一种分切卷绕机,包括:所述分切卷绕机的开卷站(11)、切割部(12)和卷收部(13),在所述开卷站(11)的下方设有碎浆机(14),在所述分切卷绕机的开卷站(11)与切割部(12)之间的幅材(W)的行进路径上设有边料切割装置(10),其特征在于,所述边料切割装置(10)靠近所述开卷站(11)设置,使得在所述切割部(12)中执行将所述幅材切割成部分幅材之前,由所述边料切割装置(10)从所述幅材的两个边缘切下的边料(T)能够被导引至所述开卷站(11)的碎浆机(14)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分切卷绕机,其特征在于,在所述边料切割装置(10)之后,在所述分切卷绕机的切割部(12)附近设有测量装置(18),用以确保所述幅材的正确宽度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的分切卷绕机,其特征在于,所述测量装置(18)连接至测量数据处理装置(16),并且从所述测量数据处理装置(16)到所述边料切割装置(10)具有反馈。
