公布了鉴定医用清洗液(剂)产品质量的质量控制物配方和制造方法。配方成份:人体、动物各类外周血细胞、蛋白质、葡萄糖、氯化钠、甲醇、甲醛、脂肪、天青、美蓝、伊红、醌类化合物、胆汁酸试剂及聚乙烯醇的混合物。制造方法:混合物定量涂布并固定于透明的硬质或软质载体表面并着色,载体表面包含了医疗行为中的使用后的手术器械、医疗设备、医学检验仪器可能沾染的各种同类污染物,制作成检验和判定医用清洗液(剂)的去污能力和去污速度的质量控制物。应用范围:制成的质量控制物,可用于医用清洗(剂)生产过程中、产品合格性及产品性能判定。对于清洗液(剂)产品的厂间、批间、瓶间的去污效果评定和质量监测,可快速和明确的清晰界线。使用方便:清洗液(剂)产品质量的质量控制物,体积小的固体,稳定,便于长期保存运输。主要成份用难以洗脱的染料着色。可肉眼清晰分辩、自动光电检测和化学方法检测;方便现场演示和大规模自动化检测。

技术领域:
检验和判定医用清洗液(剂)的去污能力和去污速度的质量控制板
背景技术:
医用清洗液(剂)是用于清除使用过的手术器械、医疗设备、医学检验仪器的沾染的污染物,污染物是来自于人体或生物体内的物体如蛋白质、脂肪等。医用清洗液(剂)产品的生产质量未有国际标准和国内标准,经文献查新检索未有评价不同厂家产品质量评定的方法;也尚无用于检验和判定医用清洗液(剂)产品质量的质量控制物。造成该行业无法进行医用清洗液(剂)产品的厂间、批间、瓶间的去污效果评定和质量监测。发明的配方,其材料(称混合物,下同)中包含了医疗污染物中同类各成份和简便制造方法形成的鉴定医用清洗液(剂)产品质量的质量控制物,可用于医用清洗液(剂)生产过程中、产品合格性及产品性能判定。质量控制物,由混合物和载体组成,体积小便于长期保存运输。可肉眼直观、自动光电检测和化学方法检测。方便现场演示和大规模自动化检测。清晰准确判定医用清洗液(剂)的去污能力和去污速度。
发明内容:
配方成份:人体、动物各类外周血细胞、蛋白质、葡萄糖、氯化钠、甲醇、甲醛、脂肪、天青、美蓝、伊红、醌类化合物、胆汁酸试剂及聚乙稀醇的混合物。制作方法:将该混合物定量涂布并固定于透明的硬质或软质载体表面,载体表面包含了医疗行为中所能遇到各种同类污染物并在水中或民用清洗液中溶解度很小,可标准化制作成鉴定医用清洗液(剂)质量的质量控制物。

具体实施方式:
按50%人体或动物各类外周血细胞、30%蛋白质、10%葡萄糖、8%氯化钠、1%甲醇、0.5%甲醛、0.05%脂肪、0.01%天青、0.01%美蓝、0.01%伊红、0.01%醌类化合物、0.01%胆汁酸试剂、0.4%聚乙稀醇的比例依次加入容器[1]图1中,形成混匀的混合物液体,将原本无色的物质着色;用微量定量加样器[2]图2取样50微升加入[3]图3玻璃片上1×1cm凹孔中,混匀;将混合物自然或37℃-40℃中干燥成为带有深蓝色质量控制物[4]图4,方便保存运输和肉眼清晰分辩和光电比色分辩清洗液的去污速度和效果。使用时,将清洗液滴人[4]图4检测区的凹孔内,经作用一定时间,自来水冲洗,根据混合物脱落的速度和干净程度判定清洗液的去污速度和去污能力,划分产品质量。

Claims (2)

1.配方成份:人体或动物各类外周血细胞、蛋白质、葡萄糖、氯化钠、甲醇、甲醛、脂肪、天青、美蓝、伊红、醌类化合物、胆汁酸试剂的有色物成分及聚乙稀醇的混合物。
2.制造方法:将该混合物定量涂布并固定于透明的硬质或软质载体表面,成为清洗产品的质量的鉴定材料和质量控制物的制造方法。
