10. windscreen wiper device according to claim 5 (1), wherein said joint piece (12) comprises at least one elasticity tongue (13), described elasticity tongue (13) is bonded in the hole (14) that is arranged on the respective shapes in the described swing arm (8), and wherein said elasticity tongue (13) can rotate between the inside position that described swept area of wiper blade (2) is remained to the external position on the described swing arm (8) and described swept area of wiper blade (2) is discharged from described swing arm (8) along hinge axis (18).
11. windscreen wiper device according to claim 10 (1), wherein said hinge axis (18) is near the internal edge setting of described joint piece (12).
12. windscreen wiper device according to claim 10 (1), wherein said hinge axis (18) is near the external margin setting of described joint piece (12).
13. according to claim 10,11 or 12 described windscreen wiper devices (1), wherein said swing arm (8) has basic at least U-shaped cross-section in its position that is connected to described joint piece (12), and wherein said hole (14) are arranged in the bottom (15) of described U-shaped cross-section.
