Abstract

本发明涉及一种供料器,用于给贴片机提供贴片组件,该贴片组件包装于料带上,该供料器包括:供料器本体,该供料器本体的一端设有转轴;前盖,藉由该转轴安装于该供料器本体,该前盖包括邻近该转轴的第一端部、与该第一端部相对的第二端部和一对侧壁;以及后盖,包括后盖本体和挡止部,该挡止部设于该后盖本体的一端,并且,该挡止部的宽度大于该前盖的一对侧壁的距离,使得当先将该后盖盖于该供料器本体,再将该前盖盖于该供料本体时,该挡止部挡住该前盖的第二端部,以致该前盖无法被安装于该供料器本体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于给贴片机提供贴片组件的供料器。
背景技术
索尼公司生产的一种供料器,包括供料器本体、前盖和后盖。该供料器本体的前端设有一个转轴,该前盖藉由该转轴安装于该供料器本体,用于压紧料带,该前盖包括靠近转轴的第一端部和与该第一端部相对的远离转轴的第二端部,该前盖还包括两侧壁,该后盖设于供料器的后端,该后盖与前盖邻近一端的端部的宽度小于该前案两侧壁之间的距离。
当操作员备料时,正确的操作是先将前盖盖到供料器本体上,再压下后盖,通过后盖的端部压住前盖的第二端部的顶部。由于供料器的后盖具有足够的压紧力,可将前盖与料带压紧。由于该后盖与前盖邻近一端的端部的宽度小于该前案两侧壁之间的距离,当操作员错误操作,先将后盖压下,后装前盖,也能够将前盖装到供料器本体上,并压住后盖端部。但是,由于前盖没有足够的压紧力,导致生产过程中,前盖弹起,碰到高速运转的工作头,损坏吸嘴。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种供料器,可防止操作员错误操作。
本发明之供料器,包括供料器本体、前盖及后盖,该供料器本体的一端设有转轴;该前盖藉由该转轴安装于该供料器本体,该前盖包括邻近该转轴的第一端部、与该第一端部相对的第二端部和一对侧壁;该后盖包括后盖本体和挡止部,该挡止部设于该后盖本体的一端,并且,该挡止部的宽度大于该前盖的一对侧壁的距离,使得当先将该后盖盖于该供料器本体,再将该前盖盖于该供料本体时,该挡止部档住该前盖的第二端部,以致该前盖无法被安装于该供料器本体。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,为本发明实施方式中供料器100的立体装配图。该供料器100包括供料器本体10,前盖20以及后盖30。该供料器本体10的一端设有转轴12。该前盖20藉由该转轴12安装于该供料器本体10,该前盖20包括第一端部22、第二端部24和一对侧壁26,该第一端部22邻近该转轴12,该等侧壁26从该第二端部24的两侧垂直向下延伸。该后盖30包括后盖本体32和挡止部34,该挡止部34设于该后盖本体32的一端,并且,该挡止部34与该等侧壁26相邻的两边342、344的距离为该挡止部的的宽度,该挡止部的宽度大于该前盖的一对侧壁26的距离。该后盖30呈L形。
安装该供盖器100的前盖20、后盖30的正确的操作顺序为:先将前盖20盖于该供料器本体10,再将后盖30盖于该供料器本体10,该后盖30具有足够的压紧力使其挡止部34将该前盖20的第二端部24压紧。
当操作员操作错误,先将后盖30盖于该从料器本体10时,由于该后盖的挡止部34的宽度大于该前盖20的第二端部24的两侧壁26的距离,从而使得该前盖20无法被盖于该供料器本体10上。

Claims (2)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种供料器,包括:
    供料器本体,该供料器本体的一端设有转轴;
    前盖,藉由该转轴安装于该供料器本体,该前盖包括邻近该转轴的第一端部、与该第一端部相对的第二端部和一对侧壁;
    后盖,包括后盖本体和挡止部,该挡止部设于该后盖本体的一端,其特征在于:该挡止部的宽度大于该前盖的一对侧壁的距离;
    其中,当先将该后盖盖于该供料器本体,再将该前盖盖于该供料本体时,该挡止部档住该前盖的第二端部,以使该前盖无法被安装于该供料器本体。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的供料器,其中,该后盖呈L形。
