Abstract

本发明的一种防爆式二位二通流体气控角座阀,为一种流体控制阀门。由防爆壳、活塞体、阀体三大系统组成。防爆壳为耐压的合金制成,紧套在气缸体的外层,防止气缸体过压爆破。活塞体为合金钢制成的双层花钵体形,上层活塞钵底中心的阀杆孔为凸形孔,下层活塞钵底中心的阀杆孔为凹形孔,可节约材料和减轻重量。在连杆外壳与阀体之间,设有螺旋式的防损套,可减少阀杆外壳或阀体的螺纹损坏。阀门的关闭口底座为弧形,可减少流体的阻力。阀杆的密封组件,以层间的塑料圈和橡胶圈的复合层多层叠加而成,可加强封闭性能。芯底螺钉和阀芯底垫将阀芯密封垫固定在阀芯的底部,阀芯自身通过螺纹销锁定在阀杆上,加强了稳固性。本发明密封性好,对流体阻力小,阀芯稳固,具有防爆功能,可减少连杆外壳或阀体因螺纹损坏或造成整体损坏,便于维护。本发明适用在具有一定压力的气体、液体管道中应用。

一种防爆式二位二通流体气控角座阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门,尤其涉及气动活塞式控制流体的阀门。
背景技术
目前,工业和食品生产中,广泛采用气动式阀门控制管道液体或气体的流量。该种阀门的共同特征是,以压缩空气为动力,以气动活塞为执行机构,如我国专利200810200533.9、200810200379.5、200810201418.3等。以上的专利均存在着下述不足的一种或多种:不具防爆性;阀杆外壳和阀体拆卸破坏螺纹面导致整体报废;因塑料密封圈性能不好而出现质量问题;因阀门的底座为角形座而影响过流量;因阀芯固定不好而脱位,影响关闭;因活塞体厚实而造价高等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种具有防爆功能、主件维护损坏率低、密封性好、过流阻力小、阀芯稳固性好、节省活塞体材料的流体控制阀,以克服现有同类产品的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:在活塞体外层设有防爆壳,活塞体为双层钵体形活塞,活塞体为花钵体形,在阀杆外壳与阀体之间设有螺旋式的防损套,阀体的关闭口处的底部为弧形底座,关闭口的顶部为平面形的,阀杆周围的密封件采用塑料圈与橡胶圈组成的复合密封件,芯底螺钉和阀芯底垫将阀芯密封垫固定在阀芯的底部,阀芯自身通过螺纹销锁定在阀杆上。
本发明的积极效果是:①由于设有防爆壳,可防止因流体的气压过高而爆炸,具有安全性;②因阀杆采取塑料加橡胶的复合叠层密封,加强密封性能;③由于阀体的关闭口处的底部为弧形,可减少流体的阻力,使过流量加大;④由于芯底螺钉和阀芯底垫将阀芯密封垫固定在阀芯的底部,阀芯自身通过螺纹销锁定在阀杆上,加强了稳固性,也便于拆卸;⑤由于在阀杆外壳与阀体之间设有防损套,可减少在维护拆卸过程中,阀杆外壳或阀体主件的损坏,延长使用寿命;⑥由于采用双层钵体结构的活塞,代替传统的圆盘活塞,缩小了活塞体积,节省了活塞材料。
本发明整体体现了体积小、重量轻、密封性好、过流阻力小、阀芯稳固、控制速度快、主体部件经久耐用等优点,且具有过压防爆保护的功能。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
在图1中,防爆壳27上下两部分通过螺钉8和螺母9固定。防爆壳27上部顶端突出观察罩1,防爆壳27的上半部一侧设有上气口31;防爆壳27的下半部的一侧设有下气口32,防爆壳27底部中心与阀杆外壳15连接;连接螺口18套在阀杆外壳15尾端,防损套19套在连接螺口18外部。
在图2中,阀体21通过连接螺口18、防损套19与阀杆外壳15密封连接,阀杆外壳15通过螺钉8和螺母9与内缸体5和外缸体6密封连接,内缸体5与观察罩1密封连接,压垫螺母14的上部设有指示杆3,阀杆17位于缸体和阀杆外壳15的中心处,其置于缸体的一端与上层活塞10、下层活塞12密封连接,其置于弧形底座30的上端与阀芯22连接,活塞与缸体之间设有弹簧。阀杆外壳15上端设有弹簧,弹簧下面设有塑料密封圈28,塑料密封圈28的下面设有橡胶密封圈29,阀芯22上设有阀芯密封垫23。防爆壳27的上下两部分分别套在内缸体5和外缸体6上,并分别设有上气口31和下气口32。上气口31和下气口32分别连通缸体由活塞分割成的气缸前腔33和气缸后腔34。活塞与缸体内壁密封接触,活塞环11位于上层活塞10与下层活塞12的两钵形体上边缘39的缝隙之间。上“O”型垫圈2位于观察罩1的底部,下“O”型垫圈7位于防爆壳27的上部与下部的结合口处,两只压垫13将上层活塞10和下层活塞12夹住,压垫螺母14将压垫13紧固。阀体密封圈20位于连接螺口18的底部。芯底螺钉26和阀芯垫片25将阀芯密封垫23固定在阀芯22的底部,阀芯22自身通过螺纹销24锁定在阀杆17上。复合密封件由上层U型塑料密封圈28和下层U型橡胶密封圈29多层重叠而成,套在阀杆17的周围。阀体21关闭口处的底部为弧形底座30,关闭口的顶部为平面形的。
在图3、图4、图5中,双层钵体活塞35为合金钢制成的花钵体形,钵底中心留有阀杆孔,上层活塞10的钵底阀杆孔为凸形孔36,下层活塞12的钵底阀杆孔为凹形孔37,两钵边38相叠,两钵形体上边缘39之间卡有活塞环11。内缸体5材料为塑料注塑制成,外缸体6、阀杆17、阀杆外壳15、连接螺口18、防损套19、阀体21材料均优选为优质不锈钢制作。
本发明广泛使用于各类工业自动化控制的管道系统上,凡涉及流体的输送只要其粘度小于600mm2/s均可使用,按照管道规格将本阀安装于管道中,将控制气源连接于本产品的上气口31和下气口32处,按照按制信号,控制气源进入缸体,打开或关闭阀体的关闭口,以控制管道内介质流通或阻断。工作完毕,再次发出控制信号,断开控制气源,打开或关闭阀体的关闭口,阻断或输送管道内的介质,一个工作循环结束。

1.一种防爆式二位二通流体气控角座阀,由气动的缸体和阀体组成,其特征在于:在缸体外层设有防爆壳(27),活塞体为合金钢制成的双层钵体活塞(35),活塞体为花钵体形,内活塞为上层活塞(10),外活塞为下层活塞(12),上层活塞(10)钵底中心的阀杆孔为凸形孔(36),下层活塞(12)钵底中心的阀杆孔为凹形孔(37),两层钵边(38)相叠,两钵形体上边缘(39)之间卡有活塞环(11),在阀杆外壳(15)与阀体(21)之间设有螺旋式的防损套(19),阀体(21)的关闭口处的底部为弧形底座(30),关闭口的顶部为平面形的;阀杆(17)周围的密封件采用塑料圈与橡胶圈组成的复合密封件,芯底螺钉(26)和阀芯垫片(25)将阀芯密封垫(23)固定在阀芯(22)的底部,阀芯(22)自身通过螺纹销(24)锁定在阀杆(17)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆式二位二通流体气控角座阀,其特征是,所述的防损套(19)套在连接螺口(18)外部,连接螺口(18)套在阀杆外壳(15),连接螺口(18)尾端底部垫有阀体密封圈(20)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防爆式二位二通流体气控角座阀,其特征是,所述的复合密封件,由上层U型塑料密封圈(28)和下层U型橡胶密封圈(29)多层重叠而成,套在阀杆(17)的周围。
