Abstract

本发明涉及一种密封容器的封盖，本发明封盖(200)的多个开闭手柄(210)以允许折叠的方式连接，上述开闭手柄(210)的扣合突起(212)可以和容器(100)上端外缘的扣槽(110)结合，其特征在于：折叠连接部(220)连接上述封盖(200)与开闭手柄(210)并包括：弹性折叠部(222)，以没有段差的方式连接到封盖(200)的上部面并且朝外缓慢弯曲；以及连接部(224)，连接上述弹性折叠部(222)与开闭手柄(210)，并且为了有效地分散关闭时所生成的冲击力而具有一定的长度，作为上述弹性折叠部(222)与封盖(200)之间界面的内角部IC可以在关闭封盖时折叠而使上述弹性折叠部(222)与封盖(200)的外侧面形成弹性接触。

Description

密封容器的封盖
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封容器的封盖，尤其是一种可以在关闭封盖时最大限度地降低冲击而提高封盖的耐久性，可以在成型时顺畅地引导原料流通而得以事先防止成型不良现象的密封容器的封盖。
背景技术
众所周知，密封容器的用途之一是收纳食物并加以严密保管，上述现有密封容器包括：容器，其上部呈开放形态并可以储存食物；以及封盖，可以把上述容器中呈开放形态的上部加以密封。
图1a与图1b是上述现有容器10与封盖20的结合部位的放大剖视图及动作图。容器10与封盖20之间配置密封件30以便严密地密封容器10，容器10中呈开放状态的上端外缘具有扣槽11，封盖20的外侧面凭借折叠线23连接开闭手柄21，上述开闭手柄21的扣合突起22可以和容器10的扣槽11结合。折叠线23与容器10的外侧面中朝外突出的连接衬料(gusset)24连接，可以使开闭手柄21朝上或朝下折叠。
因此如图1a所示，在容器10与封盖20结合的状态下使开闭手柄21以折叠线24为基准朝下折叠(箭头方向)时，扣合突起22将与扣槽11结合并且如图1b所示严密地密封住容器10。
具备上述结构的现有密封容器具有下列问题。
第一、一般容器10通常以合成树脂或玻璃作为原料进行成型，使用上述原料制成的容器10的形状与尺寸将随着分子与分子之间的相互热力学状态的变化而不可避免地出现收缩现象，因此所制成的容器10之间无法准确地维持一致尺寸。
也就是说，图1a所示的容器10的开放端部与扣槽11之间的厚度l随着所制容器10的收缩率而不同，因此其厚度比一定公差范围内的厚度较厚或较薄。
此时，如果厚度l较薄，凭借着在一定范围内进行弹性变形的密封件30而可以使用封盖密封容器10且不会对折叠线23造成较大的负担，但如果厚度l较厚，扣合突起22在结合到扣槽11时由于折叠线23急剧变形而增加蠕变(creep)现象，使冲击力集中到折叠线23，从而导致折叠线23发生龟裂而破断。
另外，折叠线23的厚度如图1a及图1b所示远低于连接衬料24与开闭手柄21的厚度，上述折叠线23考虑到开闭手柄21的折叠、解锁及剪切应力而制成0.3mm左右的厚度，如果厚度l如前文所述较厚，冲击力将集中到相对较薄的折叠线23，从而导致折叠线23发生撕裂破损。
第二、利用合成树脂材料成型封盖20时，由于如前文所述发生段差而厚度急剧变薄的折叠线23使得原料在模具内部无法顺畅流动，成型后容易因为充填不足而发生未成型及白花现象之类的成型不良。
第三、从封盖20的外侧面朝外突出的连接衬料24与现有折叠线23互相连接，当扣合突起22如图1b所示结合到扣槽11时，封盖20的外侧面与开闭手柄21的内侧面之间将出现间隙d，导致蠕变集中出现在折叠线23上而触发折叠线23的剪切破坏。
发明内容
发明所解决的技术课题
为了解决现有技术的上述问题，本发明的目的是提供一种可以在关闭封盖以密封容器时最大限度地降低冲击而提高封盖的耐久性的密封容器的封盖。
本发明的另一个的是提供一种可以在成型时顺畅地引导原料流通而得以事先防止成型不良现象的密封容器的封盖。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的，本发明封盖的多个开闭手柄以允许折叠的方式连接，而且上述开闭手柄的扣合突起可以和容器上端外缘的扣槽互相结合，本发明折叠连接部连接上述封盖与开闭手柄并包括：弹性折叠部，以没有段差的方式连接到封盖的上部面并且朝外缓慢弯曲；以及连接部，连接上述弹性折叠部与开闭手柄，并且为了有效地分散关闭时所生成的冲击力而具有一定的长度，作为上述弹性折叠部与封盖之间界面的内角部可以在关闭封盖时折叠而使上述弹性折叠部与封盖的外侧面形成弹性接触。
发明效果
具有上述结构的本发明封盖可以通过由弹性折叠部与连接部组成的折叠连接部有效地吸收及分散关闭封盖时发生的冲击力，从而大幅提高封盖的耐久性。
本发明即使在容器的关闭区段较厚时也能凭借折叠连接部有效地分散冲击力，而且由于其与封盖之间没有段差，因此原料流程比较顺畅而得以最大限度地减少成型不良现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例做进一步说明。
如图2所示，本发明包括：容器100，其上部呈开放形态并可以储存食物；以及封盖200，可以把上述容器100中呈开放形态的上部加以密封。图2所示容器100为矩形，封盖200呈矩形板状，但可以根据需要而使容器100的形状成为包括圆筒形在内的各种多面体，封盖200则按照上述容器100的形状采取相应的形状，这在同一行业人士来说是非常明显的。
位于容器100上端外缘的扣槽110可以和后述的封盖200的扣合突起212结合，由于环境激素的毒性近来颇受人们关注，因此上述容器100的原料应该使用相关性很低的玻璃及陶瓷，但也可以根据需要而使用广泛地应用于容器制造用途的聚乙烯(PE，Polyethylene)或聚丙烯(PP，Polypropylene)等合成树脂材料进行成型，这在同一行业人士来说是非常明显的。
图3是容器100与封盖200的结合截面图，封盖200的底面边缘具有可以安装密封件300的安装槽230，上述密封件300紧贴在容器100中开放的上端部而把容器100严密地密封。
开闭手柄210通过折叠连接部220连接在封盖200的外侧面并可以关闭或打开容器100，扣合突起212则在开闭手柄210的内侧面突出并且可以和容器100的扣槽110互相结合。
折叠连接部220如图5a到图5c所示包括弹性折叠部222与连接部224，其厚度应该在0.5～0.7mm的范围内。折叠连接部220的厚度应该在封盖200的外侧面202沿着开闭手柄210的方向逐渐变厚。
如图5a所示，展开后的弹性折叠部222与封盖200的上部面以没有段差的方式连接并且朝外侧，即朝图5a的上部缓慢地弯曲，上述弹性折叠部222在扣合突起212结合在扣槽110时，作为封盖200的外侧面202与弹性折叠部222的内面之间界面的内角部IC将折叠而使其内面与封盖200的外侧面202接触并弹性弯曲。
连接弹性折叠部222与开闭手柄210的上述连接部224应该具有介于5～7mm范围的长度l1，从而可以有效地分散扣合突起212与扣槽110结合时随着封盖关闭而发生的冲击力。也就是说，加长弹性折叠部222的内角部IC与扣槽110之间的关闭区段L时，可以有效地吸收并分散关闭时所发生的冲击力。
包含上述弹性折叠部222与连接部224在内的折叠连接部220的长度应该介于8～12mm的范围内。
下面结合图5a到图5c对具有上述结构的本发明的容器与封盖结合过程做进一步说明。
首先，封盖200的密封件300如图5a所示接触容器100的开放端部，然后用一只手按住封盖200，另一只手则握住开闭手柄210并朝箭头方向压，就能使折叠连接部220以内角部IC为中心折叠。
如图5b所示，继续施压开闭手柄210而使扣合突起212接近扣槽110，弹性折叠部222的内面与封盖200的外侧面202接触。此时，弹性折叠部222奖弹性弯曲而与外侧面202完全接触。
继续往下压开闭手柄210时，扣合突起212将图5c所示与扣槽110结合并发生一定的冲击力，上述冲击力通过开闭手柄210传达到截面积较小的折叠连接部220，传达过来的上述冲击力可以通过连接部224与弹性折叠部222均匀地分散，因此可以显著地减少因为反复关闭或打开开闭手柄210而发生的龟裂现象。而且，包含弹性折叠部222与连接部224在内的折叠连接部220可以增加关闭区段L的长度，因此拉长了关闭时所发生冲击力的传达过程而得以大幅降低内角部IC承受的冲击力。
另外，即使在容器100的成型过程中发生收缩率使关闭区段L变厚，由于折叠连接部220分散冲击力，因此可以提供耐久性良好的封盖。
折叠连接部220与封盖200的上部面之间没有段差，因此原料在成型时流动比较顺畅，从而有效地避免了未成型及白花现象之类的成型不良。
由于本发明的弹性折叠部222与封盖200的外侧面202接触，因此可以有效地分散关闭时发生的蠕变。
前文结合附图与实施例对本发明做了详细说明，但其仅是对本发明所做说明而不是限定本发明，在本发明的技术思想范畴内，可以根据本发明的详细说明而实现各种变形及修改，这在同一行业人士来说是非常明显的。

Claims (3)

1.一种密封容器的封盖，上述封盖的多个开闭手柄以允许折叠的方式连接，上述开闭手柄的扣合突起可以和容器上端外缘的扣槽结合，其特征在于：
折叠连接部连接上述封盖与开闭手柄并包括：弹性折叠部，以没有段差的方式连接到封盖的上部面并且朝外缓慢弯曲；以及连接部，连接上述弹性折叠部与开闭手柄，并且为了有效地分散关闭时所生成的冲击力而具有一定的长度，
作为上述弹性折叠部与封盖之间界面的内角部IC可以在关闭封盖时折叠而使上述弹性折叠部与封盖的外侧面形成弹性接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封容器的封盖，其特征在于：
上述折叠连接部的长度l1为8mm～12mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封容器的封盖，其特征在于：
上述折叠连接部的厚度为0.5mm～0.7mm。
