Abstract

一种硬盘固定装置,用于固定一硬盘,该硬盘于侧向设有至少一突块,该硬盘固定装置包括一收容该硬盘的固定架、一锁条及一操作组件,该固定架包括一前板,该前板设有一供该硬盘进出的开口及一设于该开口侧向与该硬盘的突块对应的缺口,该锁条滑动组设于该前板并对应设有一缺口,该操作组件可转动地组设于该前板并可抵推该锁条相对该前板滑动,使该锁条的缺口与该前板的缺口及该硬盘的突块对正或错位,从而允许或挡止该硬盘进出该固定架。该硬盘固定装置可方便操作者安装及拆卸硬盘。

硬盘固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬盘固定装置。
背景技术
现有电脑机箱中常通过固定架来收容并固定若干硬盘,以扩展或加强电脑的功能。而将硬盘固定于固定架的方法又分为多种,如可以用螺丝直接将硬盘锁固于固定架内;也可以先将滑轨用螺丝锁固于硬盘两侧,之后再滑入固定架内并最终通过螺丝或其它固定元件将硬盘固定。然而,在上述方法中,安装和拆卸硬盘时都需要拧紧或松释大量的螺丝,过程繁琐,操作不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种拆装方便的硬盘固定装置。
一种硬盘固定装置,用于固定一硬盘,该硬盘于侧向设有至少一突块,该硬盘固定装置包括一收容该硬盘的固定架、一锁条及一操作组件,该固定架包括一前板,该前板设有一供该硬盘进出的开口及一设于该开口侧向与该硬盘的突块对应的缺口,该锁条滑动组设于该前板并对应设有一缺口,该操作组件可转动地组设于该前板并可抵推该锁条相对该前板滑动,使该锁条的缺口与该前板的缺口及该硬盘的突块对正或错位,从而允许或挡止该硬盘进出该固定架。
相较现有技术,该硬盘固定装置通过转动该操作组件而使该锁条相对该前板滑动,以使该锁条的缺口对正或错开该前板的缺口及该硬盘的突块,使方便操作者安装及拆卸硬盘。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明硬盘固定装置的较佳实施方式,用于固定一硬盘100,其包括一收容该硬盘100的固定架200、一组设于该固定架200的锁条40及一操作组件300。
请参照图2,该硬盘100的前端向一侧突伸有两突块120。
该固定架200包括一对侧板20及一组设于该对侧板20前端的前板30。
该对侧板20分别向内相向突伸若干可支撑该硬盘100的支撑片22。该对侧板20前侧缘分别垂直向外延伸形成一设有若干固定孔的折边24。其中左侧的折边24上设一组可供该硬盘100的突块120穿设的缺口243。
请参照图3,该前板30的中部设有一可供该硬盘100进出该固定架200的开口32及若干对应该对侧板20的折边24的固定孔的通孔。该前板30于该开口32的左侧设有一组对应该侧板20的缺口243的缺口34。该前板30于该开口32的下方设一穿设部36。该穿设部36包括一圆孔362及一设于该圆孔362的左侧的方孔364。该前板30于该穿设部36的两侧分别设一对卡孔37及一固定孔38。
请同时参照图3,该锁条40沿纵向设有若干长圆形的滑槽42,其两侧分别垂直设有一折边43,其中右侧的折边43上设有延伸至该锁条40的缺口44。该右侧的折边43于底部进一步向后延伸形成一滑动部46,该滑动部46的底缘垂直延伸形成一凸片462。
该操作组件300包括一锁头50、一安装盖60、一锁片70、一呈U形的弹片82、一垫圈84及一螺母86。
该锁头50包括一螺杆52及一套设于该螺杆52的六角形的止动螺母54。该螺杆52的头部设有一钥匙孔522,该螺杆52的杆部设有一定位突起524。
该安装盖60是一罩体,包括一方形本体61及自该本体61的两侧缘及底缘分别延伸形成的壁面63。该本体61上设一通孔62,该通孔62的上下两侧突设一对平行的挡片622,该安装盖60两侧缘的壁面63分别延伸一对卡扣片64及一设有一通孔的凸耳66。该安装盖60底部的壁面63延伸形成一折片68(如图3所示)。
该锁片70设有一与该锁头50的螺杆52的定位突起524对应的通孔72。该锁片70沿外圆周设有两相互垂直的抵接片74。
请同时参照图4至6,组装时,该锁条40贴设于该固定架200的前板30的外侧,其滑动部46滑动收容于该前板30的穿设部36的方孔364内,其凸片462伸入该前板30的内侧;该安装盖60罩设在该前板30及该锁条40的外侧,其卡扣片64卡入该前板30的卡孔37,其凸耳66藉由一螺丝固定于该前板30的固定孔38,其折片68抵接于该前板30;该锁头50穿设于该安装盖60的通孔62,其止动螺母54的相对两侧边夹置于该安装盖60的两挡片622之间,该弹片82套设于该锁头50的止动螺母54上弹性抵接该前板30及该安装盖60,该锁头50的螺杆52的杆部穿经该前板30的穿设部36的圆孔362;该锁片70套设于该锁头50的螺杆52的定位突起524;该锁条40的凸片462位于该锁片70的两抵接片74之间;该垫圈84套设于该螺杆52的杆部后,该螺母86螺锁于该螺杆52的杆部;藉由若干常用的固定件穿经该锁条40的滑槽42及该前板30的通孔并锁固于该侧板20的折边24的固定孔,将该前板30固定于该侧板20并将该锁条40滑动组设于该前板30。
请同时参照图6、7及8,使用时,利用一钥匙插入该操作组件300的锁头50的钥匙孔522使其螺杆52的杆部转动,带动该锁片70的一抵接片74抵顶该锁条40的凸片462,使锁条40向上滑动,当该锁条40的缺口44与该前板30的缺口34、该侧板20的缺口243及该硬盘100的两突块120相互错位时(如图8所示),可阻挡该硬盘100的突块120自前板30的缺口34及该侧板20的缺口243脱出从而阻挡该硬盘100自该固定架200抽取出来。
请同时参照图4、5及9,解锁时,利用该钥匙插入该操作组件300的锁头50的钥匙孔522并反向转动,该锁片70的另一抵接片74下压该锁条40的凸片462,该锁条40向下滑动,当该锁条40的缺口44与该前板30的缺口34、该侧板20的缺口243及该硬盘100的突块120正对时,该硬盘100便可从该固定架200中抽取出来。

Claims (7)

1.一种硬盘固定装置,用于固定一硬盘,该硬盘于前端向一侧设有至少一突块,该硬盘固定装置包括一收容该硬盘的固定架、一锁条及一操作组件,该固定架包括一前板,该前板设有一供该硬盘进出的开口及一设于该开口侧向与该硬盘的突块对应的缺口,该锁条滑动组设于该前板并于一侧对应该前板的缺口设有一缺口,该锁条的底部延伸形成一凸片,该操作组件可转动地组设于该前板并包括一锁片,该锁片间隔设有两抵接片,向不同方向转动该操作组件时,该两抵接片分别抵推该锁条的凸片,使该锁条相对该前板滑动,使该锁条的缺口与该前板的缺口及该硬盘的突块对正或错位,从而允许或挡止该硬盘进出该固定架。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于:该前板设有一穿设部,该穿设部包括一圆孔,该操作组件包括一组设于该前板的安装盖及一锁头,该安装盖设有一对应该穿设部的圆孔的通孔,该锁头穿设于该安装盖的通孔与该穿设部的圆孔,该锁片套设于该锁头。
3.如权利要求2所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于:该锁头包括一螺杆,该螺杆的头部设有钥匙孔,该螺杆的杆部设有定位突起,该锁片设有一套设于该定位突起的通孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于:该操作组件还包括套设于该螺杆的杆部且贴靠于该锁片的垫圈及螺母。
5.如权利要求2所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于:该穿设部还包括设于该圆孔侧向的方孔,该锁条的底部延伸形成一可在该方孔内滑行的滑动部,该凸片垂直设置于该滑动部的底缘。
6.如权利要求2所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于:该锁条纵向设有若干长圆形滑槽,该前板对应设有若干通孔,该固定架还包括一对与该前板垂直的侧板,其中一侧板沿侧缘垂直延伸有一设有若干固定孔的折边,若干固定件分别穿经这些锁条的滑槽及前板的通孔固定于这些固定孔。
7.如权利要求2所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于:该操作组件还包括一设置于该安装盖与该前板之间且套设于该锁头的弹片。
