Abstract

本发明提供可擦蓝黑色书写液,书写液的主要成分包含:α-萘酚酞、酚酞、氢氧化钠、乙醇、甲醛、增稠剂、表面活性剂和蒸馏水。该书写液利用互补色原理配制而成,无毒、无刺激气味、不腐蚀,不仅可用于教学板书写液,也可用于儿童水彩笔的书写液,制备过程简单、使用方便,用水溶液即可擦除,是一种对人体无害,对环境无污染的书写液。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可擦书写液,具体属于一种可擦蓝黑色书写液。
背景技术
目前人们发明了各种白板书写液,将之注入专用的书写笔中,在特制的白板板上书写,可代替粉笔用于教学,具有书写流畅、易擦除、无尘环保等优点。然而,目前研发的这种书写液主要为红色、黄色、蓝色、绿色、紫色等,作为常用的黑色书写液到目前为止很少见文献报道。
中国专利申请号为200710139431.6公开了一种“可供浅色教学板使用的黑色书写液及其制备方法”,该书写液的优点是以水为溶剂、无尘、书写方便,其组分包括A液、D液、表面活性剂、甘油、过氧化氢、葡萄糖。其中A液中含有甲醛和浓硫酸,D液中含有固体碘,浓硫酸。由于配方中使用了碘、过氧化氢、甲醛和浓硫酸等对人的皮肤有刺激性和腐蚀性的试剂,从而在书写液制备过程中,容易对人和环境造成危害。
中国专利号为97116837.7公开了一种“教学板书写液”,它的组分包括颜料、分散剂、乳化剂、剥离剂、润滑剂、防冻剂。该书写液是将颜料、分散剂、乳化剂、剥离剂、润滑剂、防冻剂在水中加热混合溶解,经过研磨,达到一定粒度,经过过滤、静置而得。该书写液有以水为溶剂、无尘等优点,但其制作工艺较繁琐、久置颜料易沉积。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无毒,无刺激气味,对人体无害,对环境无污染,制备方法简单,使用方便的一种可擦除蓝黑色书写液。
一种可擦蓝黑色书写液,其组分按重量百分比计包括:
α-萘酚酞       4.0~8.0%
酚酞            0.16~0.5%
氢氧化钠        0.9~3%
乙醇            8.0~17%
甲醛            0.1~0.5%
增稠剂          0.02~0.11%
表面活性剂      0.02~0.08%
蒸馏水          77~85%
所述的增稠剂选自羧甲基纤维素或羟乙基纤维素;所述的表面活性剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠中的任意一种;所述的甲醛是浓度为37%的甲醛水溶液。该书写液中还可以加入适量香精。
书写液的制备:按上述比例称取各组分,先将氢氧化钠溶于少量的蒸馏水中,再加入乙醇,搅拌,然后再加入α-萘酚酞和酚酞,边加入边搅拌,补加蒸馏水稀释溶解后,再加入甲醛加热(40~60℃)0.5~1小时,使甲醛与α-萘酚酞和酚酞发生交联,冷却至室温后将增稠剂、表面活性剂加入,再加入剩余的水,充分搅拌使溶液混合均匀,过滤即得蓝黑色书写液溶液。
与已有技术相比,本书写液采用α-萘酚酞和酚酞为色料母体,α-萘酚酞在碱性条件下显绿色,酚酞在碱性条件下显红色,根据颜色的互补色原理,红色的互补色是绿色,将α-萘酚酞的绿色溶液与酚酞的红色溶液按一定比例混合,即可得到蓝黑色书写液。但由于α-萘酚酞和酚酞的显色体在溶液或空气中不太稳定,加入少量甲醛会使它们发生交联反应,生成α-萘酚酞和酚酞的二聚体或多聚体,可大大改善α-萘酚酞和酚酞的显色体在溶液或空气中的稳定性,并且形成的α-萘酚酞和酚酞的聚集体,可以使显色体的共轭体系增大,有利于显色体向深色方向移动,即溶液的蓝黑色加深。由于甲醛的加入量比缩聚反应的需要量要小,故反应产物的书写液中不存在游离的甲醛,即生成物中不存在甲醛危害。该书写液无毒,无刺激气味,对人体无害,对环境无污染,制备方法简单,使用方便,是一种环保且有利于保护学生视力的书写液。另外,用该书写液所书写在白板的字迹,受到空气中二氧化碳和水蒸汽的联合作用,在一定时间后会自动消色。在教学过程中也可用水直接擦除字迹,若用弱酸性水溶液擦除效果更佳。

1.一种可擦蓝黑色书写液,其组分按重量百分比计包括:
α-萘酚酞                4.0~8.0%
酚酞                     0.16~0.5%
氢氧化钠                 0.9~3%
乙醇                     8.0~17%
甲醛                     0.1~0.5%
增稠剂                   0.02~0.11%
表面活性剂               0.02~0.08%
蒸馏水                   77~85%;
所述的甲醛是浓度为37%的甲醛水溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的书写液,其特征在于所述的增稠剂选自羧甲基纤维素或羟乙基纤维素。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的书写液,其特征在于所述的表面活性剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠中的任意一种。
