本发明涉及书写墨水,具体属于一种日常教学使用的、适于在亚光板上书写的红色书写液。
背景技术
传统的教学板书使用的是以石膏粉为主料制成的粉笔,板书和擦黑板时,粉尘污染严重,危害师生的身体健康。为了解决这个问题,有人研制出“无尘粉笔”,在粉笔加了一些铁素体和胶质物,减少了粉尘污染,但主要原料仍离不开石膏粉,仍摆脱不了传统的干写法形式,因此,最终没有彻底解决粉尘污染问题。
如今人们又发明了“教学板书写液”,教学板书写液是一种粉笔代用品,将之注入专用的书写笔中,在特制板上书写,可代替粉笔用于教学,具有书写流畅、易擦除、无尘等优点。这类书写液主要有两种,一种是以有机溶剂为介质,但以有机溶剂作为介质成本高、易挥发、污染环境。另一种则以水为介质,以水为介质的水性书写液因其对人体无害,较适合于教学上使用。
中国专利申请号为97116837.7的“教学板书书写液”公开了一种红色书写液,它的组分包括颜料、分散剂、乳化剂、剥离剂、润滑剂、防冻剂。该书写液是将白色颜料精B-100、立索尔大红、CTAC、BY、LP(15#)、HFC、EYG在水(水要经过一定方式的处理,如处理成蒸馏水或净化水)中加热混合溶解,经过研磨,达到一定粘度,经过滤、静置而得。该书写液有以水为溶剂、无尘、书写方便等优点,但其制作工艺较繁琐、成本较高、久置颜料易沉积。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以在亚光板上书写的红色书写液,这种书写液配方简单、成本较低、制作工艺简便、久置不会产生沉淀。
本发明提供的一种红色书写液,它的原料组分和含量按重量百分比计:
硝酸铁              3~5%
硫氰酸盐            6~12%
表面活性剂          0.05~0.2%
稳定剂              20~30%
增色剂              5~10%
防腐剂              0.1~0.2%
水                  45~60%
其中,硝酸铁和硫氰酸盐形成的络合物是红色的着色剂;所述的硫氰酸盐选自硫氰酸钾、硫氰酸氨或硫氰酸钠:表面活性剂选自TritonX-100、TritonX-114、TritonX-200或吐温-20;稳定剂选自蔗糖、葡萄糖或淀粉;增色剂选自丙酮、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮或戊酮;防腐剂为苯甲酸。
该书写液的制备方法非常简便:即将上述原料组分按比例混合,搅拌均匀后即制成血红色书写液。
与已有技术相比,本发明配方简单、成本较低、制作工艺简便、久置不会产生沉淀,具有无尘无毒、无刺激气味、书写流畅、字迹清晰、反复加液使用等显著优点,很适合于日常教学使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
红色书写液的具体原料配方:
硝酸铁                  1g
硫氰酸钾                2.5g
TritonX-100             0.05g
蔗糖                    8g
乙醇                    2.5ml
苯甲酸                  0.05g
水                      15ml
按上述比例称取各组分,混合均匀后即制得血红色书写液。
实施例2
红色书写液的具体原料配方:
硝酸铁                  1g
硫氰酸胺                1.7g
TritonX-100             0.05g
蔗糖                    8g
丙酮         2ml
苯甲酸       0.05g
水           14ml
按上述比例称取各组分,混合均匀后即制得血红色书写液。
实施例3
红色书写液的具体原料配方:
硝酸铁            1g
硫氰酸钾          3g
吐温-20           0.02ml
葡萄糖            8.5g
乙醇              2.5ml
苯甲酸            0.05g
水                14ml
按上述比例称取各组分,混合均匀后即制得血红色书写液。
实施例1、2、3制备的血红色书写液经试验,久置不会产生沉淀,具有无尘无毒、无刺激气味、书写流畅、字迹清晰、易擦除等特点,是一种适合在亚光板上书写的红色书写液。

Claims (6)

1、一种红色书写液,其特征在于,它的原料组分和含量按重量百分比计:
硝酸铁        3~5%
硫氰酸盐      6~12%
表面活性剂    0.05~0.2%
稳定剂        20~30%
增色剂        5~10%
防腐剂        0.1~0.2%
水            45~60%;
所述的稳定剂选自蔗糖、葡萄糖或淀粉。
2、根据权利要求1所述的红色书写液,其特征在于所述的硫氰酸盐选自硫氰酸钾、硫氰酸氨或硫氰酸钠。
3、根据权利要求1所述的红色书写液,其特征在于所述的表面活性剂选自TritonX-100、TritonX-114、TritonX-200或吐温-20。
4、根据权利要求1所述的红色书写液,其特征在于所述的增色剂选自丙酮、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮或戊酮。
5、根据权利要求1所述的红色书写液,其特征在于所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸。
6、根据权利要求1所述的红色书写液的制备方法,其特征在于将原料各组分按比例混合,搅拌均匀后即得血红色书写液。
