Claims (39)

1. amphibian vehicle comprises:
The land propelling unit;
Water propeller; And
Be used at least one tracked drive and at least one wheel of support vehicle on land, wherein:
This land propelling unit comprises one or more in this at least one tracked drive and at least one wheel, and
At least one tracked drive and at least one wheel are to be retractable into individually separately more than the vehicle waterline, with on land or use vehicle on the water.
2. according to the amphibian vehicle of claim 1, wherein this at least one tracked drive and this at least one wheel are retractible individually separately using this vehicle on land, thereby allow to select to be used for to support on land and the land way of contact of propelled vehicles.
3. according to the amphibian vehicle of claim 1 or 2, it is applicable on the water and slides.
4. according to each the amphibian vehicle in the aforementioned claim, it is applicable to and slides on the water and have a V-type hull.

9. according to each the amphibian vehicle in the aforementioned claim, wherein this land propelling unit provides power by mechanical drive.
10. according to each the amphibian vehicle in the claim 1 to 8, wherein this land propelling unit provides power by electric actuator.
11. according to each the amphibian vehicle in the claim 1 to 8, wherein this land propelling unit provides power by hydraulic actuator.
12. according to each the amphibian vehicle in the claim 1 to 8, wherein this land propelling unit provides power by a driving device that comprises machinery and Hydraulic Elements.
13. according to the amphibian vehicle of claim 12, wherein these Hydraulic Elements comprise hydraulic wheel motors.
14. according to each the amphibian vehicle in the aforementioned claim, wherein this at least one tracked drive and/or at least one wheel can substantially vertically be withdrawn.
15. according to each the amphibian vehicle in the claim 1 to 13, wherein this at least one tracked drive and/or at least one wheel are around one or more axle regractings that extend along longitudinal direction of car, so that each tracked drive and/or each wheel are withdrawn with camber line around this axle.
16. according to the amphibian vehicle of claim 15, wherein the position of the withdrawal of each tracked drive and/or each wheel is basically perpendicular to their position of stretching out.
17. according to each the amphibian vehicle in the aforementioned claim, wherein this at least one tracked drive and/or at least one wheel are withdrawn by means of threaded drives.
18. according to each the amphibian vehicle in the claim 1 to 16, wherein this at least one tracked drive and/or at least one wheel are by hydraulic actuating cylinder or air cylinder withdrawal.
19. according to the amphibian vehicle of claim 18, wherein this hydraulic actuating cylinder or air cylinder also provide vehicle suspension elasticity.
20. according to the amphibian vehicle of claim 18 or claim 19, wherein this hydraulic actuating cylinder or air cylinder also provide vehicle suspension damping.
21. according to each the amphibian vehicle in the aforementioned claim, wherein this at least one tracked drive and/or at least one wheel have the induction element of each tracked drive of guiding and/or each wheels retracted, and this induction element is positioned at the pipe that is attached to vehicle.

37. an amphibian vehicle comprises main vehicle structure, land propelling unit and water propeller, wherein this land propelling unit comprises at least one tracked drive and at least one wheel;
