Abstract

本发明提供一种打磨装置，其包括固定件、打磨件及连接件，该固定件上对应设有至少一通孔，该打磨件包括至少一打磨部，该打磨部部分插于该固定件的通孔中，该连接件连接该打磨部且收容于该固定件中。所述打磨装置可换毛且拆卸简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种打磨装置。
背景技术
打磨装置如毛刷应用于各个领域，尤其是在抛光、清洁以及打磨各种衬底或工作表面。所用的打磨毛刷通常具有与衬底相接触的打磨表面或区域，用于从衬底上去除材料。由于刷毛经常与衬底接触，在长时间使用后刷毛易产生磨损，以致不能继续使用。传统打磨毛刷通常不可换毛，当打磨毛刷的刷毛损坏时，需要更换整个打磨毛刷，其使用成本高，特别是用于专用机械的毛刷，其一般需设置特殊的固定结构，成本更高。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，提供一种可换毛且拆卸简单的打磨装置实为必要。
一种打磨装置，其包括固定件、打磨件及连接件，该固定件上对应设有至少一通孔，该打磨件包括至少一打磨部，该打磨部部分插于该固定件的通孔中，该连接件连接该打磨部且收容于该固定件中。
所述打磨装置可实现换毛的功能，要换毛时，只需把连接所有打磨部的连接件一拉，所有的打磨部将一次性拆卸下来，再在固定件上插入新的打磨刷毛并用连接件连接打磨部即可。该打磨装置拆卸简单，可实现快速换毛，提高了打磨装置的再次利用率，降低了使用成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的打磨装置作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1及图2，本发明优选的打磨装置10是一种打磨毛刷。打磨装置10包括盖体102、固定件104、打磨件105、连接件106及两个锁合件107。打磨件105包括至少一打磨部1050，本实施例中打磨部1050为一束打磨刷毛。
盖体102包括圆形的底板1022、由底板1022一侧周边沿垂直于底板1022方向延伸的侧壁1024以及设于底板1022另一侧的手柄1026。底板1022上相对手柄1026对称地开设有两个安装孔1028。
固定件104为圆盘状，其上设有多个通孔1042及两个与盖体102的安装孔1028对应的螺孔1044，多个通孔1042以同心圆方式排列。锁合件107为螺钉，其分别穿过盖体102的安装孔1028及固定件104的螺孔1044，可将盖体102及固定件104固定连接。
打磨部1050弯曲对折后形成中空的对折头1052，其可插入固定件104的通孔1042中。连接件106为细绳，其依次穿设于打磨部1050的折头1052并横贯整个固定件104。连接件106的两端收容于固定件104的螺孔1044中。
请参阅图1至图3，装配时，首先对折打磨部1050，将其对折头1052插入固定件104的通孔1042中，再用连接件106依次穿过打磨部1050的对折头1052并横贯整个固定件104。将连接件106的两端插入固定件104上的螺孔1044，再将固定件104放入盖体102，使打磨部1050的对折头1052与盖体102的底板1022相贴合。最后用锁合件107将盖体102及固定件104锁合。
打磨装置10可实现更换打磨部1050的功能，要更换打磨部1050时，只需把连接打磨部1050的连接件106一拉，所有的打磨部1050将一次性拆卸下来，再将新的打磨刷毛插入固定件104的通孔1042中，并用连接件106连接打磨部1050即可。该打磨装置10拆卸简单，可实现快速换毛，提高了打磨装置10的再次利用率，降低了使用成本。
可以理解，打磨装置10的盖体102的底板1022也可不垂直于其侧壁1024，即盖体102也可为锥台、鼓状体等其他形状。相应地，固定件104也可为锥台、鼓状体等其他形状。
锁合件107还可为如销钉、螺栓、卡钩等其他锁合件，固定件104及盖体102也可通过其他锁合方式固定。
打磨装置10的固定件104的通孔1042也可为如矩形、椭圆形等其他规则排列方式，或者是如随机分布排列等不规则排列方式。
连接件106也可为粗绳、细线、丝、窄带等其他连接件，能连接固定件104上打磨部1050的对折头1052并使固定件104收容于盖体102中即可。
打磨部1050还可以不弯折而将其一端插于固定件104的通孔1042中并与一环状物相连，连接件106通过该环状物而连接打磨部1050。
该打磨装置10还可以只包括固定件104及打磨件105。

Claims (10)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种打磨装置，其包括固定件及打磨件，该固定件上对应设有至少一通孔，该打磨件包括至少一打磨部，其特征在于：该打磨装置还包括连接件，该打磨部部分插于该固定件的通孔中，该连接件连接该打磨部且收容于该固定件中。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的打磨装置，其特征在于：该打磨装置还包括一盖体及一锁合件，该盖体开设有至少一安装孔，该固定件还开设有至少一与盖体相对应的固定孔，该锁合件穿过盖体的安装孔及固定件的固定孔，将该固定件固定至盖体。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的打磨装置，其特征在于：该固定孔为螺孔，该锁合件为螺钉。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求2所述的打磨装置，其特征在于：该连接件的两端收容于固定件的固定孔中。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的打磨装置，其特征在于：该打磨部弯曲对折后形成中空部的对折头，该对折头插于该固定件的通孔中。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的打磨装置，其特征在于：该连接件穿设打磨部的对折头，将打磨部连接起来。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求1所述的打磨装置，其特征在于：该打磨部的一端插于固定件的通孔中并与一环状物相连，该连接件通过该环状物而连接打磨部。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的打磨装置，其特征在于：该连接件为细绳。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的打磨装置，其特征在于：该盖体收容该固定件。
  10. 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的打磨装置，其特征在于：该固定件的通孔以同心圆方式排列。
