本发明为生物燃料炭,生物燃料炭是酯的产品,是第三代人造能源和再生能源。生物燃料炭燃烧时产生的火焰与固体酒精一样,无烟,无毒气体,污染小,是清洁高效燃料,21天生物降解率为98%,易燃易熄,起火快,火力旺。适用于:火锅,野炊,在特制的烧烤箱内可烧烤,烧水,炒菜,取暖,壁炉,燃烧时间长,一公斤燃烧约三小时。

技术领域
本发明专利燃料炭,是利用再生能源,经生物技术方法制作,燃烧时释放污染少,而且可进行生物降解的新能源。
背景技术
目前公知的燃料油大多是化石燃料油,污染环境大,而且此能源越来越少。油脂是再生能源,而且污染环境少,但是由于动植的油脂的分子大,和其它再生原料往往进行不完全的燃烧,而产生大量黑烟来污染环境。
发明内容
为了克服能源短缺,污染大,不能生物降解的不足,该燃料炭采用了再生原料为基础,所用的主要燃料进行生物处理,把原料的分子分解成小分子或原子,减少对环境的污染,实现生物降解的目的。
具体实施方式
本发明专利燃料炭解决技术问题采用的技术方案是,生物燃料炭的主要原料油脂(大豆油,玉米油,油菜籽油,棕榈油,棉籽油,工业油脂以及废弃的动植油等等),加硫酸作催化剂,加热反应(受热分解,将复杂的分子加热,分裂成为较简单的分子,一个分子受热后,不可逆地分成若干个较小的分子或原子),生成甘油和脂肪酸的阴离子以及钾离子,趁热过滤降去杂质,油水分离,除去水份和沉淀物,加甲醇加热酯换,生成甲酯(十六完值)和氢氧离子。加液体石碏油加热反应,趁热混合草木粉(稻草,麦秆,玉米秆,甘蔗渣,杂竹,木糠,树枝,树叶等等,经碱液浸泡脱脂处理),干草木粉的作用为引燃剂填充剂,加炭碎粉作引燃剂又是着色剂,粘土是助燃剂和增塑剂,进行综合搅拌,压模成型,包装。

1.本发明专利燃料炭,油脂加硫酸PH值为5,加热反应在70-80摄氏度搅拌10分钟,趁热过滤油水分离,再加50-80%的甲醇在55-60摄氏度慢速搅拌40分钟,酯换成甲酯(十六烷值)。
2.配方:原油加硫酸加热反应,过滤油水分离要损耗5-15%。下列配方以加硫酸加热反应过滤油水分离后的油为基准。生物燃料炭油占33%,甲醇占22%(有浑发),石碏油占18%,干草粉占27%,碎炭粉占3%,干粘土占8%。
