一种在塑料片(1)上形成具3D纹路(3)的方法和产品,在该方法中预先准备一模具,该模具上设有3D纹路(3);在上述模具的3D纹路(3)面上涂敷光固性胶体层(2),于光固性胶体层(2)上铺设一层塑料片(1),经辊压平整后进行光固,脱模,即制得塑料片(1)上成型有一具有3D纹路(3)的光固性胶体层(2);于塑料片(1)具3D纹路(3)的光固性胶体层(2)上通过真空电镀或直接喷涂方法形成一光干扰涂层(4),成模后,将塑料片(1)具光干扰涂层(4)的那面倒扣于注有光固性胶体的模具内,经辊压、光固、脱模,使光干扰涂层(4)上形成另一表面平整的光固性胶体层(5),进而制得塑料片(1)上形成具3D纹路(3)之产品。
