Claims (11)
- 【权利要求1】一种电子装置的按键面板结构,其特征在于:该按键面板结构包括一按压表层、一图案层、一弹性层、一导光层及一按压底层,所述按压表层具有弹性,其上形成有按键轮廓,所述图案层上形成有按键标识,所述弹性层上形成有抵持体,所述按压底层上设有金属弹性体,所述按压层、图案层、弹性层、导光层及按压底层依次堆叠成一体,且所述按键轮廓、按键标识、抵持体及金属弹性体的位置对应。
- 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的电子装置的按键面板结构,其特征在于:所述按压底层上印刷有银网,通过该银网以导除按压时产生在按压面板结构上的静电。
- 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的电子装置的按键面板结构,其特征在于:所述按压表层与弹性层分别为透明且由具有弹性的高分子材料制成。
- 【权利要求4】如权利要求1所述的电子装置的按键面板结构,其特征在于:所述图案层与弹性层之间还具有一第一背胶层,且所述弹性层相对于所述图案层表面尺寸小,该第一背胶层与弹性层的表面尺寸相当。
- 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的电子装置的按键面板结构,其特征在于:所述图案层为一透明硬质层印刷油墨层形成,该透明硬质层由具有热塑性的高分子材料制成。
- 【权利要求6】如权利要求1所述的电子装置的按键面板结构,其特征在于:所述图案层底面的外围还粘结有一第二背胶层,该第二背胶层为中空的框形,其另一面粘结于电子装置上。
- 【权利要求7】如权利要求1所述的电子装置的按键面板结构,其特征在于:所述导光层为可为热塑性的高分子材料制成,如聚酰亚胺。
- 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的电子装置的按键面板结构,其特征在于:所述导光层与按压底层之间还具有一第三背胶层,该第三背胶层包括若干背胶条,通过该第三背胶层以粘结所述导光层与按压底层。
- 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的电子装置的按键面板结构,其特征在于:所述导光层印刷有导光轮廓,且所述按键表层的按键轮廓、图案层的按键标识、弹性层的抵持体、及按键底层的金属弹性体的位置对应。
- 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的电子装置的按键面板结构,其特征在于:所述按键底层包括一透明硬质层,该透明硬质层为热塑性的高分子材料制成,如聚碳酸酯、对苯二甲酸二乙烯脂树脂(Polyethylene terephathalate,PET)或其他类似材料。
- 【权利要求11】一种权利要求1所述的电子装置的按键面板结构的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:提供一第一硬质基材,于该第一硬质基材印刷按键标识形成所述图案层;提供一第一软质基材,将该具有按键标识的图案层与第一软质基材通过热压成型成一模组,该第一软质基材形成所述按压表层,且使得所述第一软质基材表面对应所述图案层上的按键标识形成按键轮廓;提供一第二软质基材,该第二软质基材通过热压成型形成所述弹性层,使得该弹性层底部形成抵持体;提供一导光基材,于该导光基材印刷导光轮廓形成所述导光层;提供一第二硬质基材,于该第二硬质基材上表面进行银网印刷使其上表面上形成银网,于该第二硬质基材底面粘结金属弹性体,得到所述按压底层;提供二层背胶,先将所述硬质基材与第一软质基材形成的模组与所述弹性层粘结,然后将所述导光层及按压底层粘结,接着将所述与导光层粘结后的按压底层置于电子装置上;提供一背胶层,将所述模组连接后的弹性层粘结至电子装置上,且该弹性层与所述导光层相堆叠,所述按压表层的按键轮廓、图案层的按键标识、弹性层的抵持体、导光层的导光轮廓及按压底层的金属弹性体的位置相对应,形成所述按键面板结构。
