本发明属于金属卤化物灯的发光药丸,特别属于色温为2800-3200K的金属卤化物灯的发光药丸。
背景技术
近年来市场对低色温暖色调(色温2800-3200K)金属卤化物灯的需求大增,中国北方、北美、北欧因天地寒冷,金属卤化物灯发出的偏黄暖色调光能提供温馨和谐的照明气氛,让人感到温暖,心情舒畅,但通常低色温金属卤化物灯的显色性不好(显色指数小于60)。对需求色彩正确判断的照明场所,如制钞厂、印刷企业、印染企业、展览馆、珠宝馆及商店商场等,就很不适宜。中国专利zl 97111536.2介绍了显色指数为85、色温为3000K钪钠系列金属卤化物灯,其发光药丸的主要成份为钠、钪、锂、镝、铊的碘化物,上述的发光药丸对管型的要求比较苛刻。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够适应不同管型的、显色指数高的发光药丸。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:金属卤化物灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂,还含有碘化铱。
所述的碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂、碘化铱的摩尔比为1∶0.3-0.5∶0.03-0.06∶0.005-0.01。
优选的碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂、碘化铱的摩尔比为1∶0.4∶0.04∶0.006。
所述的金属卤化物灯的色温为2800-3200K。
本发明利用碘化铱来提高金属卤化物灯的显色指数,碘化铱的摩尔浓度太低时,起不到增加显色指数的作用,而当其摩尔浓度太高时,反而降低金属卤化物灯的显色指数。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有显色性好,显色指数大于80,能够适应2800-3200K的不同管型的金属卤化物灯。

下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
实施例1:
金属卤化物灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂,碘化铱,所述的碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂、碘化铱的摩尔比为1∶0.3∶0.03∶0.005。
实施例2:
金属卤化物灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂、碘化铱,所述的碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂、碘化铱的摩尔比为1∶0.4∶0.04∶0.006。
实施例3:
金属卤化物灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂,碘化铱,所述的碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂、碘化铱的摩尔比为1∶0.5∶0.06∶0.01。
实施例1、2、3均可用于不同管型的150W金属卤化物灯,其显色指数分别为80、85、82,色温分别为2800K、3000K、3200K。

1.金属卤化物灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂,其特征在于:含有碘化铱;碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂、碘化铱的摩尔比为1∶0.3-0.5∶0.03-0.06∶0.005-0.01。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属卤化物灯的发光药丸,其特征在于:
所述的碘化钠、碘化钪、碘化锂、碘化铱的摩尔比为1∶0.4∶0.04∶0.006。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属卤化物灯的发光药丸,其特征在于:所述的金属卤化物灯的色温为2800-3200K。
